本发明涉及一种玉米收割机用柴油机排气管路改进结构,包括消声器、排气管,其特征在于:所述消声器安装在发动机的后端,并且与发动机相连,所述排气管竖直设置在发动机的前端,所述排气管通过柔性连接件连接发动机后端的消声器。本发明将发动机排气管路更改走向,由发动机后端改为发动机前端,排气口远离人工操作平台,提高了安全性;并且通过柔性连接件与消声器连接;柔性连接件起到减震,抗震的作用,提高排气管安装的稳定性,避免了安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明属于玉米收割机用柴油机排气管技术领域,特别是涉及一种玉米收割机用柴油机排气管路改进结构。
背景技术
目前,匹配中原地区一款玉米收割机由于整车结构限制,消声器布置在发动机后侧,由于整车工作平台也在该侧,极易造成排气烫伤事故,如图2;另外现有的排气管和消声器采用刚性连接,这样在发动机因工作而振动,很容易造成两个连接处的损坏;现针对此问题进行设计优化改进,目的为把排气侧引到发动机前端,远离工作平台。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、安装使用方便、避免排气烫伤事故、提高安全作业的玉米收割机用柴油机排气管路改进结构。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种玉米收割机用柴油机排气管路改进结构,包括消声器、排气管,其特征在于:所述消声器安装在发动机的后端,并且与发动机相连,所述排气管竖直设置在发动机的前端,所述排气管通过柔性连接件连接发动机后端的消声器。
本发明还可以采用如下技术措施:
所述柔性连接件包括柔性波纹软管,所述柔性波纹软管的一端通过法兰盘连接消声器排气管口,柔性波纹软管的另一端通过法兰盘连接直角弯头,所述排气管的下端插装在直角弯头上,并且通过卡箍紧固。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本发明将发动机排气管路更改走向,由发动机后端改为发动机前端,排气口远离人工操作平台,提高了安全性;并且通过柔性连接件与消声器连接;柔性连接件起到减震,抗震的作用,提高排气管安装的稳定性,避免了安全隐患。

请参阅图1,一种玉米收割机用柴油机排气管路改进结构,包括消声器1、排气管2,所述消声器安装在发动机3的后端,并且与发动机相连,所述排气管竖直设置在发动机的前端,所述排气管2通过柔性连接件4连接发动机后端的消声器1。由于本发明将发动机排气管路更改走向,由发动机后端改为发动机前端,排气口远离人工操作平台,提高了安全性;
上述结构中,所述柔性连接件4包括柔性波纹软管4-1,所述柔性波纹软管的一端通过法兰盘连接消声器排气管口1-1,柔性波纹软管4-1的另一端通过法兰盘连接直角弯头4-2,所述排气管2的下端插装在直角弯头4-2上,并且通过卡箍紧固。通过柔性连接件与消声器连接;柔性连接件起到减震,抗震的作用,提高排气管安装的稳定性,避免了安全隐患。

2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米收割机用柴油机排气管路改进结构,其特征在于:所述柔性连接件包括柔性波纹软管,所述柔性波纹软管的一端通过法兰盘连接消声器排气管口,柔性波纹软管的另一端通过法兰盘连接直角弯头,所述排气管的下端插装在直角弯头上,并且通过卡箍紧固。
