Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于闭合或覆盖所有结构和工艺孔口的封闭件,以便在干燥区域中使用,特别是在水下区域、即例如在化粪池和水池中使用。
现有技术
为了闭合结构和工艺孔口的覆盖件,通常利用相对板的凸缘中的螺栓或螺钉的原理,或者相对板上的卡口锁的卡口钥匙原理。
技术问题在于这样的事实:螺栓连接的接头或螺栓通常处于潮湿环境中或处于被淹没的环境中。因而,当在水下工作时,用螺丝刀、扳手或艾伦扳手拧松或重新旋拧过程中的后续操作是非常耗时的,并且对于操作者而言通常是不舒服的。与此同时,一个相当大的问题因螺栓连接的接头的表面氧化而产生,这通常会导致螺栓断裂,以及随之而来的漫长的修复。同时,同样的问题涉及覆盖件中的开口与相对板中的螺纹的轴线的配合。因此,很难保证螺钉和螺纹的对齐。有时会发生的是:由于螺钉未对准螺纹,螺纹被破坏,因而不能用于进一步锚固。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于缓和上述问题的缺点。该目的通过基于不同原理的用于闭合结构和工艺孔口的本发明实现,本发明的特征在于,在闭合孔的覆盖件的底侧上枢转地安装有摇臂,该摇臂的功能性部分在覆盖件的闭合位置中搁置在相对元件上,其锚固在闭合孔中。摇臂枢转地附接在销上,该销通过托架锚固到覆盖件的底部部分。摇臂安装于其上的销的轴线可以平行于闭合开口的纵向轴线或垂直于闭合开口的纵向轴线。摇臂的臂和摇臂的凸耳相对于销平衡,使得封闭件被保持在闭合位置中。
摇臂本身设置有臂和凸耳,所述臂在打开位置中抵靠在覆盖件的底壁上,所述凸耳的功能性部分在覆盖件的闭合位置中抵靠在相对元件上。弹簧可以连接到凸耳,以便将凸耳锁定在闭合位置中。摇臂的凸耳的功能性部分是倾斜的,以便在封闭件的闭合位置中提供与相对元件的自锁连接。
根据本发明的封闭件允许简单、快速并可重复地闭合任何工艺孔口,并且其优点对于在水下区域、即例如在化粪池和水池中的孔口而言尤其明显。在这些情况下,例如通过螺钉闭合孔口不仅非常不舒服,而且在重复的打开和闭合过程中还可能出现螺纹损坏。
根据本发明的封闭件可以可靠地闭合开口,该开口可以形成在工艺对象的水平壁或竖直壁中。

具体实施例
封闭件的发明基于摇臂2的功能,所述摇臂设置有销3通过其中的开口,并且该摇臂通过销3的托架4牢固地锚固在闭合孔的覆盖件的底壁上。闭合孔可以在水平平面和竖直平面中或者也可以在倾斜平面中,并且任何这样的解决方案都是本发明的一部分。托架4在覆盖件的底侧上,通常主要通过焊接而被永久地紧固、或者例如通过螺栓和螺母而被可拆卸地紧固。如果销3和销的托架4通过隔离层而与摇臂2分离,那么是有利的。实际的摇臂2和销的两个托架4由所需形状的精确切割的厚片材制成。
摇臂2设置有臂6和凸耳7,所述臂在封闭件的打开位置中搁置在覆盖件10的底壁上,所述凸耳的功能性部分8在覆盖件10的闭合位置中搁置在相对元件5上。摇臂2的臂6结构地制成,以便滑动到相对元件5下方的规定位置并且一起形成稳固的封闭件。相对元件5可以适当地设置在底部部分上,甚至带有可旋转的接触部14,以帮助机构的这些部分之间的相对运动。
摇臂2的臂6和摇臂2的凸耳7相对于销3平衡,使得封闭件保持在闭合位置中。弹簧可以连接到凸耳7,以便将凸耳7锁定在闭合位置中。摇臂2的凸耳7的功能性部分8是倾斜的,以便在封闭件的闭合位置中提供与相对元件5的自锁连接。

摇臂2的凸耳7设置有进入倾斜功能性部分8,其在将覆盖件10推到工艺开口上的同时允许偏转到凸耳7的闭合位置而不使用圆柱形推力钥匙13。因此,仅在摇臂2的凸耳7在相对元件5下方完全闭合的情况下或在其重新打开的情况下应用圆柱形推力钥匙13。
至于考虑到形状和重量,摇臂2制成为重心在摇臂2的杆9侧上。因此,摇臂2通过重力被推到闭合位置。因此,为了转动摇臂2至打开位置,需要克服摇臂2的重心的重力。摇臂2的重心制成为使得重力在竖直位置和水平位置中均作用在摇臂上。该特征使得能够锁定结构和工艺开口的水平底板和竖直壁覆盖件。重力可以通过弹簧力或等同技术手段得到加强。
通过插入到打开孔11中的圆柱形推力钥匙13施加力(但所述圆柱形推力钥匙还可以形成为其他形状),钥匙作用在摇臂2的杆9上,摇臂2围绕销3的轴线转动使得凸耳7从相对元件5滑出,因此整个机构将进入到打开位置中。
通过圆柱形推力钥匙13在摇臂2的臂6上的力,摇臂2的凸耳7滑到工艺开口的相对元件5下方,从而在覆盖件10和该工艺开口之间形成固定连接。在闭合摇臂2时,摇臂2的杆9从下方接触闭合孔口1的覆盖件10。闭合孔12可以用于帮助闭合开口,打开孔11用于将整个机构释放到打开位置。为了闭合和打开整个机构,仅使用没有技术改良的接触界面的简单圆柱形推力钥匙便足够。
工业应用

1.用于闭合竖直平面和水平平面中的结构和工艺孔口的封闭件,其特征在于,在闭合孔口(1)的覆盖件(10)的底侧上枢转地安装有摇臂(2),所述摇臂(2)设置有臂(6)和凸耳(7),所述摇臂的臂(6)在封闭件的打开位置中抵靠在所述覆盖件(10)的底壁上,所述凸耳的功能性部分(8)在覆盖件(10)的闭合位置中支撑在相对元件(5)上,所述相对元件锚固在闭合孔口(1)中,其中,所述覆盖件(10)设置有用于闭合封闭件的闭合孔(12)和用于打开封闭件的打开孔(11)。
