Abstract

本发明公开的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,其包括:底座;可转动的安装在底座上的靠背骨架和坐垫骨架,靠背骨架上设置有一内齿圈;安装在底座上马达,马达的输出轴上设置有一驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与内齿圈啮合;设置在坐垫骨架与所述靠背骨架之间的电磁离合机构,电磁离合机构在单独需要靠背骨架转动时将靠背骨架与坐垫骨架分离,在需要将所述靠背骨架与坐垫骨架一起旋转时将靠背骨架与坐垫骨架连接起来。本发明采用一个电机即可根据需要分别驱动座椅靠背旋转或座椅靠背与坐垫一起旋转,解决现有座椅多电机布置空间不足的问题并通过减少电机数量,实现座椅轻量化的要求。

Description

单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及座椅技术领域,特别涉及一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅。
背景技术
现有座椅驱动,一般是一个电机驱动一个机构;在功能集成的座椅中,因为功能的增加,电机的需求数量增加,对座椅空间的需求也会很大。为契合无人驾驶汽车的发展,为实现主驾和副驾之间、前排与后排之间乘客之间沟通的便利性,座椅的旋转成为一种需求;目前的沟通座椅通常为坐垫靠背一体旋转,以主驾副驾为例,主驾和副驾之间需要进行沟通时,靠背通过独立旋转一个小角度来实现沟通的便利性;当前排与后排之间乘客之间需要沟通时,通过实现坐垫和靠背的同时旋转,来达到面对面沟通的效果;但是目前这类沟通座椅中,靠背单独旋转时需要一个电机驱动,而靠背与坐垫一起旋转时,需要另外一个电机驱动,为此增加了座椅的重量。同时也使得座椅需要具有较大用以安装两台电机的空间,造成座椅体积加大,占据车内较多的空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有沟通座椅所存在的上述诸多技术问题而提供一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,以解决现有座椅多电机布置空间不足的问题并通过减少电机数量,实现座椅轻量化的要求。
本发明所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,包括:
底座;
可转动的安装在所述底座上的靠背骨架和坐垫骨架,所述靠背骨架上设置有一内齿圈;
安装在所述底座上的马达,所述马达的输出轴上设置有一驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与所述内齿圈啮合;
设置在所述坐垫骨架与所述靠背骨架之间的电磁离合机构,所述电磁离合机构在单独需要靠背骨架转动时将所述靠背骨架与所述坐垫骨架分离,在需要将所述靠背骨架与所述坐垫骨架一起旋转时将所述靠背骨架与所述坐垫骨架连接起来。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述靠背骨架的下部为圆筒体,中上部为靠背体,在所述圆筒体的底部设置有一法兰部,所述法兰部通过一压在所述法兰部上的靠背旋转压板以及紧固件可转动的安装在所述底座上;所述内齿圈设置在所述圆筒体的内周面上。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述法兰部与所述底座之间设置有耐磨垫片。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述底座上设置有一坐垫骨架安装凸座,所述坐垫骨架安装凸座位于所述圆筒体内,所述坐垫骨架可转动的安装在所述坐垫骨架安装凸座上。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述坐垫骨架通过紧固件安装在一第一座垫固定支座上,所述第一座垫固定支座通过紧固件以及第二座垫固定支座可转动地安装在所述坐垫骨架安装凸座上。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述电磁离合机构固定安装在所述第一座垫固定支座的底面上,所述电磁离合机构具有一插销并在所述靠背骨架的圆筒体上设置有一插销孔,所述电磁离合机构驱动所述插销插入和拔出所述插销孔,使所述靠背骨架与所述坐垫骨架连接与分离。
在本发明的一个优选实施中,还包括一靠背位置检测机构,所述靠背位置检测机构安装在所述第一座垫固定支座上,在所述靠背骨架下部的圆筒体上设置有一检测标准,当所述靠背位置检测机构检测到所述圆筒体上的检测标准时,所述电磁离合机构中的插销正好对准所述圆筒体上的插销孔。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述靠背位置检测机构为一激光探测器,所述检测标准为一检测孔,当激光探测器射出的激光对准所述检测孔时,所述激光探测器检测不到反射的激光,当激光探测器射出的激光没有对准所述检测孔时,所述激光探测器检测到反射的激光。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明采用一个电机即可根据需要分别驱动座椅靠背旋转或座椅靠背与坐垫一起旋转,解决现有座椅多电机布置空间不足的问题并通过减少电机数量,实现座椅轻量化的要求。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图9,图中给出的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,包括底座100、靠背骨架200、坐垫骨架300、马达400、电磁离合机构500、激光探测器600。
底座100为一圆盘,其可以直接安装在车地板(图中未示出)上,也可以安装在一对滑轨上(图中未示出)。
靠背骨架200的下部为圆筒体210,中上部为靠背体220,在圆筒体210的底部设置有一法兰部213,法兰部213通过一压在法兰部213上的靠背旋转压板230以及紧固螺栓240可转动的安装在底座100上;在法兰部213与底座100之间设置有耐磨垫片700。
内齿圈250设置在圆筒体210的内周面212上。
马达400通过电机支架410安装在底座100上,马达400的输出轴上设置有一驱动齿轮420,驱动齿轮420与内齿圈250啮合,这样马达400即可通过驱动齿轮420和内齿圈250驱动靠背骨架200旋转。
在底座100上设置有一坐垫骨架安装凸座110,坐垫骨架安装凸座110位于圆筒体210内,坐垫骨架300通过紧固螺栓310安装在座垫固定支座320上,座垫固定支座320通过紧固螺栓330以及座垫固定支座340可转动地安装在坐垫骨架安装凸座110上。
电磁离合机构500通过紧固螺栓510固定安装在座垫固定支座320的底面上,电磁离合机构500具有一插销520并在靠背骨架200的圆筒体210上设置有一插销孔211,电磁离合机构500驱动插销520插入和拔出插销孔211,使靠背骨架200与坐垫骨架300连接与分离。
激光探测器600安装在座垫固定支座320的底面上,在靠背骨架200下部的圆筒体210上设置有一检测孔212,当激光探测器600射出的激光对准检测孔212时,激光探测器600检测不到反射的激光,此时电磁离合机构500中的插销520正好对准圆筒体210上的插销孔211。当激光探测器600射出的激光没有对准检测孔212时,激光探测器600检测到反射的激光,此时电磁离合机构500中的插销520没有对准圆筒体210上的插销孔211。
本发明的工作原理如下:
参见图10和图11,本发明的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅安装在车辆的驾驶位,对照方向盘800,供驾驶员乘坐。
参见图12和图13,当驾驶员需要与副驾驶位上乘客进沟通时,即可通过开关使马达400给电,马达420正向转动即可通过驱动齿轮420和内齿圈250驱动靠背骨架200单独向副驾驶位方向旋转25°(参见图6和图7),以方便驾驶员与副驾驶位上乘客进行交流。此时由于电磁离合机构500没有驱动插销520插入到圆筒体210上的插销孔211中,因此坐垫骨架300是不会跟随靠背骨架200一起转动的。
参见图14和图15,当驾驶员需要与后排乘客进行交流时,首先通过开关使马达400给电,马达420反向转动通过驱动齿轮420和内齿圈250驱动靠背骨架200单独反向旋转25°(参见图6和图7),回到初始位置,此时激光探测器600射出的激光对准检测孔212,激光探测器600检测不到反射的激光,电磁离合机构500中的插销520正好对准圆筒体210上的插销孔211。此时控制装置给电磁离合机构500供电,电磁离合机构500驱动插销520插入到圆筒体210上的插销孔211中(参见图8和图9)。待插销520插入到圆筒体210上的插销孔211中后,控制装置给马达400给电,马达420正向转动即可通过驱动齿轮420和内齿圈250驱动靠背骨架200和坐垫骨架300一起旋转180度,以方便驾驶员与后排乘客进行交流。

Claims (8)

1.一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转的座椅,其特征在于,包括:
底座;
可转动的安装在所述底座上的靠背骨架和坐垫骨架,所述靠背骨架上设置有一内齿圈;
安装在所述底座上的马达,所述马达的输出轴上设置有一驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与所述内齿圈啮合;
设置在所述坐垫骨架与所述靠背骨架之间的电磁离合机构,所述电磁离合机构在单独需要靠背骨架转动时将所述靠背骨架与所述坐垫骨架分离,在需要将所述靠背骨架与所述坐垫骨架一起旋转时将所述靠背骨架与所述坐垫骨架连接起来。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,其特征在于,所述靠背骨架的下部为圆筒体,中上部为靠背体,在所述圆筒体的底部设置有一法兰部,所述法兰部通过一压在所述法兰部上的靠背旋转压板以及紧固件可转动的安装在所述底座上;所述内齿圈设置在所述圆筒体的内周面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,其特征在于,在所述法兰部与所述底座之间设置有耐磨垫片。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背坐垫同步旋转的座椅,其特征在于,在所述底座上设置有一坐垫骨架安装凸座,所述坐垫骨架安装凸座位于所述圆筒体内,所述坐垫骨架可转动的安装在所述坐垫骨架安装凸座上。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,其特征在于,所述坐垫骨架通过紧固件安装在一第一座垫固定支座上,所述第一座垫固定支座通过紧固件以及第二座垫固定支座可转动地安装在所述坐垫骨架安装凸座上。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,其特征在于,所述电磁离合机构固定安装在所述第一座垫固定支座的底面上,所述电磁离合机构具有一插销并在所述靠背骨架的圆筒体上设置有一插销孔,所述电磁离合机构驱动所述插销插入和拔出所述插销孔,使所述靠背骨架与所述坐垫骨架连接与分离。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,其特征在于,还包括一靠背位置检测机构,所述靠背位置检测机构安装在所述第一座垫固定支座上,在所述靠背骨架下部的圆筒体上设置有一检测标准,当所述靠背位置检测机构检测到所述圆筒体上的检测标准时,所述电磁离合机构中的插销正好对准所述圆筒体上的插销孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种单马达驱动靠背单独旋转和驱动靠背与坐垫同步旋转座椅,其特征在于,所述靠背位置检测机构为一激光探测器,所述检测标准为一检测孔,当激光探测器射出的激光对准所述检测孔时,所述激光探测器检测不到反射的激光,当激光探测器射出的激光没有对准所述检测孔时,所述激光探测器检测到反射的激光。
