本发明涉及硅胶片领域,具体涉及一种分层式导热硅胶材料。
背景技术
目前的硅胶片不分层,影响导热效果和散热效果,也较容易脱离其它配件。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种提高导热和散热效果、不易脱离其它配件的分层式导热硅胶材料。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种分层式导热硅胶材料,其特征在于,由上至下设置有导热粉体层、硅胶层、胶层,所述的导热粉体层由氧化锌和石墨烯构成,所述的硅胶层由聚硅氧烷和散热油墨构成。
所述的氧化锌和石墨烯的质量比为1:1。
聚硅氧烷和散热油墨的质量比为1:0.2。
所述的石墨烯为纳米石墨烯。
导热粉体层、硅胶层、胶层的厚度比为0.2:1:0.2。
所述的导热粉体层、硅胶层、胶层紧密连接。
本发明提高导热和散热效果、不易脱离其它配件。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细介绍。
一种分层式导热硅胶材料,其特征在于,由上至下设置有导热粉体层、硅胶层、胶层,所述的导热粉体层由氧化锌和石墨烯构成,所述的硅胶层由聚硅氧烷和散热油墨构成。所述的氧化锌和石墨烯的质量比为1:1。聚硅氧烷和散热油墨的质量比为1:0.2。所述的石墨烯为纳米石墨烯。导热粉体层、硅胶层、胶层的厚度比为0.2:1:0.2。所述的导热粉体层、硅胶层、胶层紧密连接。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式导热硅胶材料,其特征在于,所述的氧化锌和石墨烯的质量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式导热硅胶材料,其特征在于,聚硅氧烷和散热油墨的质量比为1:0.2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式导热硅胶材料,其特征在于,所述的石墨烯为纳米石墨烯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式导热硅胶材料,其特征在于,导热粉体层、硅胶层、胶层的厚度比为0.2:1:0.2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式导热硅胶材料,其特征在于,所述的导热粉体层、硅胶层、胶层紧密连接。
