本发明涉及一种PET塑料杯一次注塑成型方法,其包括如下步骤:步骤一:配备料:把固体PET发泡颗粒称量并放入发泡机料缸内;步骤二:原料预热:通过螺杆把发泡机料缸内的固体PET发泡颗粒推送至加热装置内,加热温度为300℃,此时固体PET发泡颗粒成为液态PET液;步骤三:注料:液态PET液流入注射机头内,注射机头对准塑胶杯模具注料,此时模具温度保持50℃;步骤四:关模:注射完成后把塑胶杯模具合上,经过5分钟后,液态PET液在塑胶杯模具内成型PET塑料杯;步骤五:开膜取底:打开塑胶杯模具,并把PET塑料杯从塑胶杯模具内取出来。

本发明涉及生活用品领域,尤指一种PET塑料杯一次注塑成型方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,奶茶店大量需要使用塑胶杯,塑胶杯由于卫生、可回收、使用方便深受广大商家使用,塑胶杯具有重量轻、防爆裂、耐高温又耐低温,性能稳定无毒等特点,现有的塑胶杯先需要拉片机进行第一道工序拉片,然后将拉好的片材进行第二道工序打杯,最后将打的杯进行第三道工序卷边口。每经一道工序均需要人员进行半成品的搬运,造成半成吕的污染,其次需要多人操作才能完成塑胶杯的制作,人工成本较高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种PET塑料杯一次注塑成型方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案是:一种PET塑料杯一次注塑成型方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一:配备料:把固体PET发泡颗粒称量并放入发泡机料缸内;
步骤二:原料预热:通过螺杆把发泡机料缸内的固体PET发泡颗粒推送至加热装置内,加热温度为300℃,此时固体PET发泡颗粒成为液态PET液;
步骤三:注料:液态PET液流入注射机头内,注射机头对准塑胶杯模具注料,此时模具温度保持50℃;
步骤四:关模:注射完成后把塑胶杯模具合上,经过5分钟后,液态PET液在塑胶杯模具内成型PET塑料杯;
步骤五:开膜取底:打开塑胶杯模具,并把PET塑料杯从塑胶杯模具内取出来。
一种PET塑料杯,包括杯体、杯口注塑环和杯底,杯口注塑环向外并向下延伸形成环形的外翻边,所述的杯体依次包括内膜层和外膜层,所述的内膜层和外膜层为PET膜层,所述的外膜层为透明膜层或者哑光膜层。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明减少生产所需步骤,节约生产成本、人工成本、用电成本和生产场地,通过一次注塑成型,效率提高,成品不良品率降低。
通过本发明制造的塑胶杯具有以下优点:
1.有良好的力学性能,冲击强度是其他薄膜的3-5倍,耐折性好。
2.耐油、耐脂肪、耐稀酸、稀碱,耐大多数溶剂。
3.气体和水蒸气渗透率低,既有优良的阻气、水、油及异味性能。
4.透明度高,可阻挡紫外线,光泽性好。
5.无毒、无味,卫生安全性好,可直接用于食品包装。
具体实施方式
本发明关于一种PET塑料杯一次注塑成型方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一:配备料:把固体PET发泡颗粒称量并放入发泡机料缸内;
步骤二:原料预热:通过螺杆把发泡机料缸内的固体PET发泡颗粒推送至加热装置内,加热温度为300℃,此时固体PET发泡颗粒成为液态PET液;
步骤三:注料:液态PET液流入注射机头内,注射机头对准塑胶杯模具注料,此时模具温度保持50℃;
步骤四:关模:注射完成后把塑胶杯模具合上,经过5分钟后,液态PET液在塑胶杯模具内成型PET塑料杯;
步骤五:开膜取底:打开塑胶杯模具,并把PET塑料杯从塑胶杯模具内取出来。

1.一种PET塑料杯一次注塑成型方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:
步骤一:配备料:把固体PET发泡颗粒称量并放入发泡机料缸内;
步骤二:原料预热:通过螺杆把发泡机料缸内的固体PET发泡颗粒推送至加热装置内,加热温度为300℃,此时固体PET发泡颗粒成为液态PET液;
步骤三:注料:液态PET液流入注射机头内,注射机头对准塑胶杯模具注料,此时模具温度保持50℃;
步骤四:关模:注射完成后把塑胶杯模具合上,经过5分钟后,液态PET液在塑胶杯模具内成型PET塑料杯;
步骤五:开膜取底:打开塑胶杯模具,并把PET塑料杯从塑胶杯模具内取出来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法制造的一种PET塑料杯,其特征在于:包括杯体、杯口注塑环和杯底,杯口注塑环向外并向下延伸形成环形的外翻边,所述的杯体依次包括内膜层和外膜层,所述的内膜层和外膜层为PET膜层,所述的外膜层为透明膜层或者哑光膜层。
