Respectively taking medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicines according to the formula, adding water (mass-volume ratio) which is 8 times of the total weight of the medicines, soaking for 2h, boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire for 30min, filtering, and keeping filtrate I; adding 6 times of water into the residue, boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire for 20min, filtering, and retaining filtrate II; mixing the first and second filtrates, vacuum concentrating under reduced pressure, and vacuum freeze drying to obtain Chinese medicinal extract product A, product B, product C, product D, and product E.
Example 5 efficacy verification of medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine with menstruation regulating function
The specific steps are the same as those in the embodiment 3, and the differences are that: the medicine is divided into a blank control group, a model group, a positive group, a product A group, a product B group, a product C group, a product D group and a product E group, and each traditional Chinese medicine group is provided with equal amount of traditional Chinese medicine dry matters (calculated according to 20g crude drugs/day, the daily administration dosage of mice is converted according to the body surface area, and the administration volume is 0.5 mL/mouse). In order to verify the synergistic effect of the medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine with the function of regulating menstruation and probiotics, taking the product 2 and the product C as an example to observe the effect of treating dysmenorrhea, the inventor carries out clinical observation on 30 cases of dysmenorrhea patients, and the content of the medicine is 10g (containing 10g of crude drugs, lactobacillus rhamnosus and lactobacillus plantarum is 2.5 multiplied by 10) for each time7CFU/g, content of Bifidobacterium longum is 5 × 107CFU/g, the auxiliary material is skimmed milk powder), 2 times a day, and 7 days after the first 5 days, after 1 treatment course, 7 cases (main symptoms disappear, no obvious discomfort exists before and after menstrual period) are cured, accounting for 23.33%; 17 effective cases (the main symptoms are obviously relieved, and the discomfort before and after the menstrual period is slight) account for 56.67 percent; the total effective rate is 80%.
