Abstract

本发明涉及适用于激光打印机等高速旋转多角镜扫描电动机的动力轴承,包括轴与可自由旋转地套在此轴上的中空轴套,在所述轴或轴套内周面的任一个上形成动压发生槽,在所述轴与轴套间保持润滑油,使所述槽宽比K与槽角度β相适应,使K×sinβ大致为0.1,由此就能取得在槽角度为较小锐角时所存在的有碍轴高速旋转稳定性与轴承寿命的空气向轴承部滞留等问题得以解决等的效果。

Description

动压轴承
本发明涉及适用于激光打印机多角镜扫描电动机等的高转速、高旋转精度轴承。
日本专利特开平3-163212揭示了一种适用于高转速的动压轴承。图3表示此动压轴承结构。图3中,封人设置在两组动压发生槽8、9间的间隙7内的空气在高速旋转时因发热等而膨胀要向外排出,然而,此时,通过将槽8、9的角度设定成小于20°的锐角使流动阻力变小,且取槽的深度为4μm以上,构成使空气顺利排出的结构。据此达到不让空气在轴旋转时滞留在轴承部,使旋转稳定。
本发明就是为解决这样的传统课题而成立、目的在于提供适于高速、高精度旋转的动压轴承。
然而,对于因高速旋转时的不平衡等的旋转振动时的压力(以下称挤压作用)会使润滑油从轴承部流走的现象、当将槽角度构成锐角时、使发生的动压减小,成为不利因素、从寿命上也不足够。
此外、特别在旋转线速度超过1m/sec的场合,已查明当把槽深度加深、使空气的排出因润滑油的离心力的影响而受阻。本发明就是为解决这样的传统课题、目的在于提供高速旋转性能优良、达到稳定保持润滑油的动压轴承。
为解决上述课题的本发明,按照槽角度设定动压发生槽的宽度,在槽角度变小时、把作为空气通道的槽宽加宽、使空气顺利排出,且通过降低因挤压作用对润滑油的压力、抑制润滑油从轴承部流出,当把动压发生槽的宽度d和槽间节距e的比作为K=d/e、相对于槽旋转方向的角度作为β时,使K×sin(β)大致为0.1。
据此,能在将槽角度设定成更小锐角时、不使轴承寿命降低以及使损害高速旋转时的旋转稳定性的空气向轴承部的滞留不发生。此外,也能按一定的较深程度设定槽深度。
此外,由于在低速旋转时有必要宁可提高轴承刚性,可以取小的槽宽比K、且使角度β变大。
因此,根据本发明,包括轴与可自由旋转地套在此轴上的中空轴套,在所述轴或轴套内周面的任一个上形成至少两组动压发生槽,在所述轴与轴套间保存润滑油,当把所述动压发生槽的宽度与槽间节距e的比作为K=d/e、相对于槽旋转方向的角度作为β时,使K×sin(β)大致为0.1。就是根据槽的角度来设定动压发生槽的宽度,在槽角度较小时加宽作为空气流道的槽的宽度,使空气排出顺利,且通过降低因挤压作用对润滑油的压力,具有抑制润滑油从轴承部流出的作用。
此外,根据本发明取槽角度为小于15°的锐角,在旋转线速度超过1m/sec时的高速旋转时、特别能使旋转性能与润滑油保持性能提高。
此外,根据本发明,取槽宽比K为0.35-0.65,且使槽部宽与非槽部宽大致相同,非槽部润滑油量与槽的润滑油量大致相同,具有使因挤压作用要流出的润滑油顺利地流回槽部的作用。

以下,参照附图说明本发明实施例。
在图1、图2中,将旋转轴1插入轴套2内,在轴套2的轴承部6上根据槽角度β1、β2来设置两组动压发生槽4、5,在轴套2的轴承部6与旋转轴1间保持间隙ΔR,其间充满润滑油。此时,在槽宽比K=d/e与槽角度间规定K×sin(β1)、K×sin(β2)=0.1(约为0.09-0.12)的关系。
用上述结构,在例如旋转轴1因不平衡等而振动时发生挤压作用的场合,使作用在轴承部6的面上的力在非槽部上变大,此力要使润滑油3向槽4、5流走、此流走的润滑油可分为沿槽、向压力作用的反方向的内周侧回流进入的部分和要向轴承外侧流走的部分,然而,通过加大此槽宽比K、使润滑油3向外侧流走的部分减少。另外、在向此外侧流走的压力较高的场合、只要加大槽角度、使动压增大就可以,然而此刻、在高速旋转时、由于阻碍空气排出而使旋转稳定性恶化。通过将此角β1、β2与槽宽比K按上述一定的关系设定,能保持高速旋转的旋转稳定性与润滑油3的保持性能的平衡。因此,从为与润滑油3因挤压作用而流走的量的平衡、将槽宽比设定为0.5较理想。然而,因实际加工公差上的问题、而设定成0.35-0.6,确认即使这样设定,能充分以挥上述效果。
尤其在旋转轴1的旋转线速度达到1m/sec以上的高速旋转时,若将槽角度β1、β2设定成小于15°,则更能发挥效果。
如上述实施例所表明的那样,本发明能在高速旋转时使润滑油的保持性与空气的排出情况变好,而取得提高高速旋转稳定性与轴承使用寿命的有利效果。另外,本发明对于转速达到数万rpm、旋转轴的线速度超过1m/sec的高速旋转,则更能发挥上述效果。此外,本发明能改善润滑油的排出条件、具有优良可靠性的效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种动力轴承,包括轴与可自由旋转地套在此轴上的中空轴套,在所述轴或轴套内周面的任一个上形成至少两组动压发生槽,在所述轴与轴套间保持润滑油,其特征在于当把所述动压发生槽宽d与槽的节距e的比、即槽宽比定为k=d/e、相对于槽旋转方向的角度定为β时,使K×sinβ约为0.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征在于使所述槽角度β小于15°、使所述轴的旋转线速度在1m/sec以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承,其特征在于使所述槽宽比为0.35-0.65。
