本发明提供的插板阀及插板阀系统,其中,插板阀包括阀体和阀芯组件,阀芯组件包括与驱动装置相连的支撑骨架和阀板;支撑骨架的上部设置有至少一个支撑构件,支撑构件沿支撑骨架的运动方向延伸,支撑构件的上部设置有压板,支撑构件的下部设置有可沿支撑构件上下滑动的限位挡板,压板与限位挡板之间设置有沿支撑构件运动方向形变的弹性构件;当阀板关闭时,限位挡板与阀板抵靠,且压板与限位挡板相互配合使得弹性构件处于压缩状态。利用本发明提供的插板阀及插板阀系统避免了传统插板阀出现的卡死现象,保证插板阀的正常运行,同时还可增强密封效果,延长插板阀的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种密封插板阀的技术领域,尤其涉及一种插板阀
背景技术
目前,插板阀广泛应用于化工、机械、冶金等各行各业的管道系统或真空炉设备中,主要发挥密封作用。插板阀的密封效果对插板阀本身甚至整体设备的正常运行都有着至关重要的意义。例如,在真空镀膜设备中,镀膜过程必须在真空环境下进行,因此插板阀必须紧闭密合,才能生产出优良的镀膜工件。
目前,插板阀的主要结构包括阀体和阀芯组件,阀芯组件包括支撑骨架、阀板及固定在支撑骨架上的钢珠,阀板具有可容纳钢珠的凹槽,支撑骨架的上端与气缸相连。关闭插板阀时,气缸推动支撑骨架运动,同时固定于支撑骨架上的钢珠带动阀板运动,当阀板经过待密封空间运行至阀体底端时,阀板停止运动,支撑骨架继续运动,将钢珠从凹槽内移出,撑开阀板,使阀板与阀体贴实,实现插板阀对待密封空间的密封。打开插板阀时,气缸抽气带动支撑骨架反向运动,支撑骨架通过钢珠带动阀板同时反向运动,但由于钢珠与阀板之间的较大摩擦力,使得钢珠很难重新回位至凹槽内,导致阀板卡死,并易造成对阀板外侧密封胶圈的破坏,当再次打开插板阀时,影响密封胶圈的密封效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种插板阀,避免插板阀卡死,保证插板阀的持续稳定工作。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种插板阀系统,避免插板阀卡死,保证插板阀的持续稳定工作。
本发明提供的插板阀,包括阀体和阀芯组件,所述阀芯组件包括与驱动装置相连的支撑骨架和阀板;所述支撑骨架的上部设置有至少一个支撑构件,所述支撑构件沿所述支撑骨架的运动方向延伸,所述支撑构件的上部设置有压板,所述支撑构件的下部设置有可沿所述支撑构件上下滑动的限位挡板,所述压板与所述限位挡板之间设置有沿所述支撑构件运动方向形变的弹性构件;
当所述阀板关闭时,所述限位挡板与所述阀板抵靠,且所述压板与所述限位挡板相互配合使得所述弹性构件处于压缩状态。
进一步地,所述支撑构件为一个。
进一步地,所述支撑构件为支撑杆,所述支撑杆的上部与所述压板固接,所述支撑杆的底部与所述支撑骨架的顶部固接,所述限位挡板套设在所述支撑杆的外侧。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供的插板阀,通过该插板阀的特定结构,可避免插板阀卡死,保证插板阀的持续稳定工作,同时还可避免密封胶圈的磨损,增强密封效果及密封圈的使用寿命。
在进一步的技术方案中,支撑构件可以为一个,该支撑构件可为支撑杆,通过将支撑杆的上部与压板固接,支撑杆的底部与支撑骨架的顶部固接,限位挡板套设在支撑杆的外侧,当阀板关闭时,驱动装置驱动支撑骨架运动,同时,支撑骨架带动阀板向待密封空间方向运动,当阀板运动至阀体底部碰到阀体时,阀板停止运动,此时限位挡板与阀板相抵靠;驱动装置驱动支撑骨架继续前行,将处于阀板的凹槽内的固定于支撑骨架上的钢珠从凹槽内挤出,支撑骨架同时带动与支撑骨架顶部固接的支撑杆一同运动,使得弹性构件处于压缩状态,从凹槽脱落的钢珠将两侧的阀板撑开,使两侧阀板与阀体贴实,达到密封的效果。
在进一步的技术方案中,支撑构件可以为一个,该支撑构件可以为驱动装置与支撑骨架相连的驱动杆,通过将驱动杆作为支撑构件,在避免插板阀卡死,保证插板阀持续正常运行的同时,可简化插板阀的结构,降低制造成本。
在进一步的技术方案中,支撑构件可以为多个,该多个支撑构件均为支撑杆,且多个支撑杆在支撑骨架上均布,可使支撑杆对支撑骨架的作用力均匀,提升插板阀的使用寿命。
在进一步的技术方案中,支撑构件可以为多个,多个支撑构件中,其中一个支撑构件可为驱动装置与支撑骨架相连的驱动杆,其余支撑构件可均为支撑杆,且这些支撑杆在支撑骨架上均布。在避免插板阀卡死,增强密封效果的同时,还可简化插板阀的结构,降低制造成本。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的插板阀系统,包括上述任一项所述的插板阀和驱动装置,该驱动装置的驱动杆与插板阀的支撑骨架,通过该插板阀系统,避免了传统插板阀系统出现的卡死现象,保证插板阀系统的正常运行,同时还可增强密封效果,延长插板阀系统的使用寿命。

实施例一
本实施例提供的插板阀,包括阀体和阀芯组件,阀芯组件包括与驱动装置1相连的支撑骨架2和阀板3;支撑骨架2的上部设置有至少一个支撑构件4,支撑构件4沿支撑骨架2的运动方向延伸,支撑构件4的上部设置有压板5,支撑构件4的下部设置有可沿支撑构件4上下滑动的限位挡板6,压板5与限位挡板6之间设置有沿支撑构件4运动方向形变的弹性构件7;当阀板3关闭时,限位挡板6与阀板3抵靠,且压板5与限位挡板6相互配合使得弹性构件7处于压缩状态。
为便于清楚准确地理解本发明的结构,针对本实施例提供的插板阀的具体工作过程作如下阐述。
当关闭阀板3时,向驱动装置1的驱动气缸通气,驱动装置1驱动支撑骨架2运动,同时,支撑骨架2带动阀板3向待密封空间9方向运动,当阀板3运动至阀体底部碰到阀体时,阀板3停止运动,此时,限位挡板6与阀板3相抵靠;驱动装置1驱动支撑骨架2继续前行,将处于阀板3的凹槽内的固定于支撑骨架2上的钢珠8从凹槽内挤出,从凹槽内被挤压出去的钢珠8将两侧的阀板3撑开,使两侧的阀板3与阀体贴实,达到较好的密封效果。与此同时,支撑骨架2运动过程中带动与支撑骨架2顶部固接的支撑构件4向同一方向运动,限位挡板6因与阀板3相抵靠处于静止状态,支撑构件4上部设置的压板5随着支撑构件4的运动挤压弹性构件7,使得弹性构件7处于压缩状态。
当开启阀板3时,向驱动装置1的驱动气缸反向通气,驱动装置1驱动支撑骨架2反向运动,固定于支撑骨架2上的钢珠8随同支撑骨架2反向运动,使钢珠8回位至阀板3的凹槽中,同时,支撑骨架2带动支撑构件4反向运动,由于此时弹性构件7仍然处于压缩状态,处于压缩状态的弹性构件7通过与阀板3相抵靠的限位挡板6向阀板3施加压力,防止阀板3在钢珠8回位至凹槽之前发生提前运动,当钢珠8回位至阀板3的凹槽中时,两侧的阀板3自动回位收缩至与支撑骨架2贴实;同时,支撑骨架2在驱动装置1的驱动下继续反向运动,并通过回位至凹槽内的钢珠8带动阀板3反向运动,使得阀板3向离开待密封空间9的方向运动,待阀板3完全离开待密封空间9,完成阀板3的开启过程。
本实施例由于弹簧构件的存在,避免了开启阀板3时出现阀板3提前运动,无法使钢珠8正确回位至凹槽中,出现插板阀卡死现象,同时也避免了在钢珠8回位至凹槽之前,钢珠8挤压阀板3,使得阀板3贴实阀体运动,从而导致阀板3外侧的密封胶圈的破坏。利用本实施例提供的插板阀,保证了插板阀的正常开启,增强密封胶圈的密封效果,保证了插板阀的正常运动,延长了插板阀的使用寿命。
实施例二
本实施例提供的插板阀,包括阀体和阀芯组件,所述阀芯组件包括与驱动装置1相连的支撑骨架2和阀板3;支撑骨架2的上部设置有至少一个支撑构件,支撑构件沿支撑骨架2的运动方向延伸,支撑构件的上部设置有压板,支撑构件的下部设置有可沿支撑构件上下滑动的限位挡板,压板与限位挡板之间设置有沿支撑构件运动方向形变的弹性构件7;当阀板3关闭时,限位挡板与阀板3抵靠,且压板与限位挡板相互配合使得弹性构件7处于压缩状态。
其中,支撑构件可以为一个或多个,本实施例其中一个实施方式为:当支撑构件为一个时,该支撑构件可为支撑杆,该支撑杆的上部与压板固接,支撑杆的底部与支撑骨架2的顶部固接,限位挡板套设在支撑杆的外侧。当关闭阀板3时,限位挡板与阀板3抵靠,压板与限位挡板的相互配合使得弹性构件7处于压缩状态;当开启阀板3时,处于压缩状态的弹性构件7向阀板3施加压力,防止阀板3在钢珠回位至凹槽之前发生提前运动,保证钢珠正确回位至凹槽中,进而保证阀板3的正常开启,该插板阀的关闭及开启过程与实施例一描述的大致相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例其中一个实施方式为:当支撑构件为一个时,该支撑构件可为驱动装置1与支撑骨架2相连的驱动杆10,其工作过程与实施例一中描述的大致相同,其中不同的是将驱动装置1与支撑骨架2相连的驱动杆10作为支撑构件,在避免插板阀卡死,保证插板阀持续正常运行的同时,还简化了插板阀的结构,降低了插板阀的制造成本。
本实施例其中一个实施方式为:当支撑构件为多个时,该多个支撑构件可均为支撑杆,且多个支撑杆在支撑骨架2上均布,可使支撑杆对支撑骨架2的作用力均匀,提升插板阀的使用寿命。其工作过程与实施例一种描述的大致相同,其中不同的是支撑构件为多个,多个支撑构件均为支撑杆,每个支撑杆的上部均设置有压板,每个支撑杆的下部均设置有可沿支撑杆上下滑动的限位挡板,压板与限位挡板之间均设置有沿支撑杆运动方向形变的弹性构件7。当关闭阀板3时,每个限位挡板均与阀板3抵靠,各压板与彼此对应的限位挡板相互配合使得相应的弹性构件7处于压缩状态;当开启阀板3时,处于压缩状态的各弹性构件7均向阀板3施加压力,防止阀板3在钢珠回位至凹槽之前发生提前运动,保证钢珠正确回位至凹槽中,进而保证阀板3的正常开启。
本实施例其中一个实施方式为:当支撑构件为多个时,该多个支撑构件中,其中一个支撑构件为驱动装置1与支撑骨架2相连的驱动杆10,其余支撑构件均为支撑杆,该支撑杆在支撑骨架2上均布。其工作过程与实施例一中描述的大致相同,其中不同的是将驱动装置1与支撑骨架2相连的驱动杆10作为其中一个支撑构件,其余支撑构件均为支撑杆,该支撑杆在支撑骨架2上均布,在避免插板阀卡死,保证插板阀持续正常运行的同时,使得支撑杆对支撑骨架2的作用力均匀,提升了插板阀的使用寿命。
实施例三
本实施例提供的插板阀系统,包括实施例一或实施例二提供的插板阀和驱动装置,该驱动装置的驱动杆与插板阀的支撑骨架固接。该插板阀系统的工作过程与上述描述的大致相同,在此不再赘述。利用本实施例提供的插板阀系统,避免了传统插板阀系统出现的卡死现象,保证插板阀系统的正常运行,同时还可增强密封效果,延长插板阀系统的使用寿命。

当所述阀板关闭时,所述限位挡板与所述阀板抵靠,且所述压板与所述限位挡板相互配合使得所述弹性构件处于压缩状态。

3.根据权利要求2所述的插板阀,其特征在于,所述支撑构件为支撑杆,所述支撑杆的上部与所述压板固接,所述支撑杆的底部与所述支撑骨架的顶部固接,所述限位挡板套设在所述支撑杆的外侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的插板阀,其特征在于,所述支撑构件为所述驱动装置与所述支撑骨架相连的驱动杆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的插板阀,其特征在于,所述支撑构件为多个。
6.根据权利要求5所述的插板阀,其特征在于,所述支撑构件均为支撑杆,且多个所述支撑杆在所述支撑骨架上均布,所述支撑杆的上部与所述压板固接,所述支撑杆的底部与所述支撑骨架的顶部固接,所述限位挡板套设在所述支撑杆的外侧。
7.根据权利要求5所述的插板阀,其特征在于,多个所述支撑构件中,其中一个所述支撑构件为所述驱动装置与所述支撑骨架相连的驱动杆,其余所述支撑构件均为支撑杆,所述支撑杆在所述支撑骨架上均布。
8.一种插板阀系统,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1至7任一项所述的插板阀和驱动装置,所述驱动装置的驱动杆与所述插板阀的支撑骨架固接。
