Abstract
本发明公开了一种机动车节能环保排气装置,涉及一种机动车排气装置领域。本发明解决了目前机动车辆产生的尾气污染、噪音干扰及存在能源被浪费等问题。该机动车节能环保排气装置包括散热箱和净化箱,散热箱内设置有冷凝管,净化箱的进气孔将净化箱外的导气管和净化箱内排废气管连通;所述净化箱内的上部设置有上消音板和下消音板,净化箱内的排废气管的底部自下而上至少依次设置四个与排废气管连通的吹气管,每个吹气管壁周围均设置有多个吹气孔。该机动车节能环保排气装置能有效地消除噪音、降低污染、部分利用热能,且结构简单,成本低廉。
Description
本发明涉及一种机动车排气装置,具体涉及一种机动车节能环保排气装置。
近年来,随着经济社会的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,各种机动车辆也逐步增多,给人们的出行带来了很大方便,但机动车辆产生的尾气和噪音给环境造成的污染非常严重;同时尾气中所含的热量也被排放到空气中而被浪费掉;尤其是摩托车的消音管在行驶时的温度是非常高的,易灼伤坐在车后面人的脚。此外,现有的机动车排气装置大都通过排气管、膨胀室及棉材进行消音,并通过放置催化剂来净化废气。排气管路结构复杂,制造成本高;催化剂易老化,需要经常更换,加大了机动车的制造和使用成本,对机动车的销售也有一定的影响。
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种既可满足消音和净化尾气的要求,又能较大程度地降低了设备生产成本,同时又将尾气中的热量予以利用的机动车节能环保排气装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:机动车节能环保排气装置设置有散热箱和净化箱,散热箱和净化箱由导气管连通;所述散热箱的上端设置有进水管,散热箱的下端设置有放水闸,散热箱内设置有冷凝管,所述冷凝管的上、下端分别与导气管、机动车的排气管连通;所述净化箱上端设置有一个进气孔和排气孔,净化箱的进气孔将净化箱外的导气管和净化箱内排废气管连通;所述净化箱上端面设置一个进水阀,净化箱的下端面设置一个放水阀;所述净化箱内的上部设置有上消音板和下消音板,上消音板和下消音板均与净化箱的四周壁密封固定,上消音板和下消音板上均设置有多个透气孔。
所述净化箱内的排废气管的底部自下而上至少依次设置四个与排废气管连通的吹气管,每个吹气管壁周围均设置有多个吹气孔。
所述净化箱的侧壁设置一显示水位的装置。
所述显示水位的装置为一透明的玻璃管。
本发明的有益效果:净化箱内的上消音板和下消音板一起能够消除尾气排放时所发生的噪音,对驾驶者及周围的环境不产生干扰;净化箱内的水可以吸附排废气管的吹气管吹出的尾气中的有害成份,从而避免了将尾气中的废物直接排放到空气中而污染环境;散热箱内的水将尾气中的热量予以吸收并可在天气寒冷时用于取暖或放出作热水用;尤其是摩托车上安装有本发明的排气装置则不会发生灼伤事故;本发明结构简单,成本低廉。
下面结合附图对本发明的机动车节能环保排气装置作进一步说明。

如图1所示,机动车节能环保排气装置包括散热箱8和净化箱9,散热箱8和净化箱9由导气管10连通。本实施例若是用于摩托车,则散热箱8和净化箱9可安置于摩托车前轮的挡板上,分别位于摩托车前轮上的支撑轴的两侧。
如图2所示,散热箱8的上端设置有进水管12,散热箱8的下端设置有放水闸11,散热箱8内设置有冷凝管13,冷凝管13的上、下端分别与导气管10、机动车的排气管1连通。机动车的排气管1内尾气进入散热箱8内的冷凝管13后,尾气中热量被冷凝管13周围的水所吸收很大一部分,从而极大地降低了机动车的排气管1的温度,避免了灼伤人的事故发生。同时在天气寒冷时,可从散热箱8的放水闸11放出热水供人们洗漱用,具有节能功效。在摩托上可将散热箱8安装在摩托车的挡板上,在冬天季节里对驾驶者的膝部有保暖作用,在天热时可通过机动车行驶过程中产生的风力对散热箱8表面进行散热。
如图3所示,净化箱9的上端设置有一个进气孔2和排气孔3,净化箱9上端面设置一个进水阀4,净化箱9的下端面设置一个放水阀5,净化箱9的侧壁设置一显示水位的装置7,显示水位的装置7为一透明的玻璃管。观察显示水位装置7透明玻璃管,通过进水阀4向净化箱9内注水。净化箱9内的上部设置有上消音板14和下消音板15,上消音板14和下消音板15均与净化箱9的四周壁密封固定,上消音板14和下消音板15上均设置有多个透气孔16。净化箱9内的排废气管6的底部自下而上依次设置四个与排废气管6连通的吹气管17,每个吹气管17壁周围均设置有多个吹气孔18。机动车所排放的气压较强的废气能够进入与排废气管6连通的吹气管17,由吹气管17上的吹气孔18向净化箱内的水中排放,使得尾气中绝大部分有害物质均被水吸附,尾气通过净化箱内的水后再通过上消音板14和下消音板15的透气孔16,因透气孔16较小,故能对尾气起消音的作用,最后由排气孔3排出的气体是被完全净化的气体。
通过观察透明玻璃管里的水质可决定是否需要更换水,如果透明玻璃管里的水已变黑,则先用放水阀5放出净化箱9内的全部污水,随后再通过进水阀4放水以达到净化箱9要求的水位为止。净化箱9内的上消音板14和下消音板15一起能够消除尾气排放时所发生的噪音,对驾驶者及周围的环境不产生干扰;净化箱9内的水可以吸附尾气中的有害成份,从而避免了将尾气中的废物直接排放到空气中而污染环境。

1.一种机动车节能环保排气装置,其特征在于,所述机动车节能环保排气装置设置有散热箱和净化箱,散热箱和净化箱由导气管连通;所述散热箱的上端设置有进水管,散热箱的下端设置有放水闸,散热箱内设置有冷凝管,所述冷凝管的上、下端分别与导气管、机动车的排气管连通;所述净化箱上端设置有一个进气孔和排气孔,净化箱的进气孔将净化箱外的导气管和净化箱内排废气管连通;所述净化箱上端面设置一个进水阀,净化箱的下端面设置一个放水阀;所述净化箱内的上部设置有上消音板和下消音板,上消音板和下消音板均与净化箱的四周壁密封固定,上消音板和下消音板上均设置有多个透气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车节能环保排气装置,其特征在于,所述净化箱内的排废气管的底部自下而上至少依次设置四个与排废气管连通的吹气管,每个吹气管壁周围均设置有多个吹气孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机动车节能环保排气装置,其特征在于,所述净化箱的侧壁设置一显示水位的装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机动车节能环保排气装置,其特征在于,所述显示水位的装置为一透明的玻璃管。
