本发明涉及一种机内涂布超感纸的制造方法,属于造纸技术领域。
背景技术
超感纸属于艺术类纸张,具有毛绒感觉的自然纹理表面,并且颜色淡雅、自然、立体美感、反射光减少、不刺眼、视觉柔美、舒服。超感纸最大的特点是纸的表面经过涂布处理,没有印刷的地方显哑色,而印刷的地方显示色泽的光亮。超感纸可以视为在铜版纸基础上深化与升华并且升级的一种高档印刷产品,其印刷效果比铜版纸鲜亮,颜色比铜版纸柔和,松厚度比铜版纸高。超感纸主要应用于精美画册、高档期刊、产品说明书、样本、书籍等正文的使用,印刷后表现的色彩层次丰富,对于图片的还原尤其逼真。目前市场上一些配图比例较大的书刊使用也较多,诸如:文人字画、配画古书、风土民情解说、古玩文物释图等刊物内文,已逐渐成为一些出版高档图书出版社的首选用纸。
超感纸最初采用机外涂布方式生产,经网部成型、施胶、干燥后表面不压光制造的超感原纸具有毛绒感觉的自然纹理表面,然后对超感原纸进行二次涂布加工,采用钛白粉、瓷土等功能颜料以及丁苯胶乳和淀粉混合作为胶黏剂共同作用于原纸表面,使得超感纸纸张表面既不显光亮、刺眼,印刷品又能呈现纹理自然、立体柔美、舒适的效果,独具一种低调奢华之美。随着超感纸市场逐渐成熟、需求增加以及终端客户成本控制,一些机内涂布的相对低定量的超感纸张正在逐渐替代高克重产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机内涂布超感纸的制造方法。该产品经过涂布处理,具有毛绒感觉的自然纹理表面,没有印刷的地方显哑色,而印刷的地方显示色泽的光亮;并且颜色淡雅、自然、立体美感、反射光减少、不刺眼、视觉柔美、舒服;印刷效果比铜版纸鲜亮,颜色比铜版纸柔和,松厚度比铜版纸高。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种机内涂布超感纸的制造方法, 包括使用针叶木化学浆、意大利杨APMP浆、阔叶木化学浆经分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、涂布、后干燥、压光整饰等工艺步骤,其特征在于:
(1)浆料重量配比:针叶木化学浆∶意大利杨APMP浆∶阔叶木化学浆为25-35∶25 -35∶30-50;
(2)浆料打浆后游离度:针叶木化学浆360~400 ml; 意大利杨APMP浆130~180ml;阔叶木化学浆360~400 ml;
(3)辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a)施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体重量比0.1-0.3%; (b)填料重量比10-15%;(c)阳离子淀粉重量比0.7-0.9%;(d)助留剂聚丙烯酰胺重量比0.05-0.08%; (e)皂土重量比0.2-0.3%;(f) 增白剂重量比0.2-0.8%;
(4)涂布涂料配方各组分以重量计:CaCO360-70份,瓷土20-30份,塑性颜料4-6份,丁苯胶乳12-15份,涂布淀粉3-6份,CMC0.5-1.0份;涂料固含量58-62%;
(5)涂布条件: 压区压力:传动侧/操作侧:16-24/16-24kN/m ,计量棒加压压力:上辊/下辊:0.6-1.2/0.6-1.2bar ,涂布量:18-20g/m2
(6)压光条件:压力60-100KN/m,温度50-60℃;
(7)制得的超感纸定量为80.0-105.0g/m2,水分为6.0-8.0%,白度 ISO≥85%,不透明度≥85%,表面吸收重量≤25g/m2,裂断长卷筒纸纵向≥3500m,平滑度40-50s,松厚度≥1.20 cm3/g,光泽度≤10.0%,印刷表面强度≥1.5m/s。
本发明使用商品漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆、商品漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆、自产意大利杨APMP浆配抄,经过机内涂布处理进一步改善纸张表面细腻性能。该产品具有毛绒感觉的自然纹理表面,没有印刷的地方显哑色,而印刷的地方显示色泽的光亮;并且颜色淡雅、自然、立体美感、反射光减少、不刺眼、视觉柔美、舒服;印刷效果比铜版纸鲜亮,颜色比铜版纸柔和,松厚度比铜版纸高。该产品主要应用于精美画册、高档期刊、产品说明书、样本、书籍等正文的使用,印刷后表现的色彩层次丰富,对于图片的还原尤其逼真,深受客户欢迎,市场潜力广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将打浆后游离度符合要求的针叶木硫酸盐浆(360~400ml)、阔叶木硫酸盐浆(360~400ml)、杨木APMP(140~180ml)三种浆料按照30%:30%:40%的比例进行配浆;之后加入10%的轻质碳酸钙填料,再加入0.5%的增白剂,经冲浆泵送入一级四段锥形除渣器进行净化除渣,然后进入除气罐进行脱气处理;之后进入压力筛进行筛选处理(阳离子PAM用量0.6kg/t纸、阳离子淀粉8kg/t纸、施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体1.5kg/t纸加在压力筛入口,改性硅藻土2.5kg/t纸加在压力筛出口);然后送入流浆箱上网,调节上网流量,控制纸页定量在70g/m2之间;湿纸页出网部后进入压榨部进行五辊三压区复合压榨,压榨至干度≥39%后进入前干燥部;烘缸表面温度控制在90-130℃对纸页进行干燥处理,至纸页干度≥92%;进入施胶压榨机进行机内涂布处理:按CaCO364份,瓷土30份,塑性颜料6份,丁苯胶乳12份,涂布淀粉5份,CMC0.5份制备固含量60%的涂料,搅拌均匀,采用计量棒式表面施胶机对从前干燥部进入的纸页进行涂布处理,控制涂布量20g/m2,然后出表面施胶机,对经过涂布深度处理过的湿纸页继续进行后干燥,控制烘缸温度在50-130℃,出后干燥部纸页干度≥93%;从后干燥部进入的纸页进入压光区,对纸页进行压光处理,压光温度控制在50-60℃,压光压力控制在60-100kN/m ;经过压光后,对纸张进行卷取,即可得到定量为90g/m2,白度 (ISO)86%,裂断长卷筒纸纵向4500m,平滑度45s,松厚度1.22 cm3/g,光泽度8.0%,印刷表面强度1.6m/s,且表面平整性好、印刷性能好的超感纸。
实施例2:
将打浆后游离度符合要求的针叶木硫酸盐浆(360~400ml)、阔叶木硫酸盐浆(360~400ml)、杨木APMP(140~180ml)三种浆料按照25%:30%:45%的比例进行配浆;之后加入10%的轻质碳酸钙填料,再加入0.8%的增白剂,经冲浆泵送入一级四段锥形除渣器进行净化除渣,然后进入除气罐进行脱气处理;之后进入压力筛进行筛选处理(阳离子PAM用量0.6kg/t纸、阳离子淀粉8kg/t纸、施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体1.5kg/t纸加在压力筛入口,改性硅藻土2.5kg/t纸加在压力筛出口);然后送入流浆箱上网,调节上网流量,控制纸页定量在78g/m2之间;湿纸页出网部后进入压榨部进行五辊三压区复合压榨,压榨至干度≥39%后进入前干燥部;烘缸表面温度控制在90-130℃对纸页进行干燥处理,至纸页干度≥92%;进入施胶压榨机进行机内涂布处理:按CaCO365份,瓷土30份,塑性颜料5份,丁苯胶乳12份,涂布淀粉5份,CMC0.5份制备固含量61%的涂料,搅拌均匀,采用计量棒式表面施胶机对从前干燥部进入的纸页进行涂布处理,控制涂布量22g/m2,然后出表面施胶机,对经过涂布深度处理过的湿纸页继续进行后干燥,控制烘缸温度在50-130℃,出后干燥部纸页干度≥93%;从后干燥部进入的纸页进入压光区,对纸页进行压光处理,压光温度控制在50-60℃,压光压力控制在60-100kN/m ;经过压光后,对纸张进行卷取,即可得到定量为100g/m2,白度 (ISO)88%,裂断长卷筒纸纵向4300m,平滑度40s,松厚度1.20 cm3/g,光泽度9.0%,印刷表面强度1.7m/s,且表面平整性好、印刷性能好的超感纸。

1.一种机内涂布超感纸的制造方法,包括使用针叶木化学浆、意大利杨APMP浆、阔叶木化学浆经分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、涂布、后干燥、压光整饰等工艺步骤,其特征在于:
(1)浆料重量配比:针叶木化学浆∶意大利杨APMP浆∶阔叶木化学浆为25-35∶25 -35∶30-50;
(2)浆料打浆后游离度:针叶木化学浆360~400 ml;意大利杨APMP浆130~180ml;阔叶木化学浆360~400 ml;
(3)辅料对绝干浆用量为:施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体重量比0.1-0.3%;填料重量比10-15%;阳离子淀粉重量比0.7-0.9%;助留剂聚丙烯酰胺重量比0.05-0.08%;皂土重量比0.2-0.3%;增白剂重量比0.2-0.8%;
