本发明涉及一种防毡缩抗起毛球羊毛整理剂的制备方法,属于羊毛整理剂制备技术领域。
背景技术
羊毛作为一种天然蛋白质纤维,以羊毛纤维为主要原料的针织物具有柔软、贴身、保暖性好、吸湿透气、穿着舒适等特点,因而由其织成的产品备受国内外消费者青睐。但由于羊毛纤维的鳞片层结构,在穿着过程中易起毛起球,这些毛球,极易使污物、灰尘沾附,使织物的穿着性能和外观受到影响,易出现尺寸稳定性差,舒适度下降等问题。因此,对质量要求较高的羊毛针织物应进行抗起毛起球整理。目前,羊毛织物抗起毛起球整理方法可以分为物理方法、化学方法及生物方法。物理方法主要依靠等离子体、紫外线等刻蚀羊毛表面鳞片层来实现;化学方法主要依靠使用化学试剂破坏鳞片层或在其表面形成薄来实现;生物方法主要是依靠生物酶降低羊毛织物弹性来实现。但抗起毛起球效果不稳定、羊毛易泛黄、手感下降、强度降低、弹性受损。因此研究出了水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂,它是以二元或多元有机异氰酸酯和多元醇化合物(聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇)为基本原料加聚而成。在羊绒针织物抗起毛起球整理方面具有良好的应用潜质。但其硬度高,乳液稳定性差、耐水与耐热性能差,导致羊毛织物变硬、手感变差,易泛黄,抗起毛起球和防毡缩性能降低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂硬度高,耐水与耐热性能差,导致羊毛织物变硬、手感变差,易泛黄,抗起毛起球和防毡缩性能降低的弊端,提供了一种取青鱼鱼皮清洗、剪碎,并用生理盐水浸泡,阴干后经碱浸酸浸,过滤洗涤后,保温浸泡得鱼皮提取液,与无水乙醇、钛酸四丁酯反应后,浓缩、干燥、碾磨制得防毡缩抗起毛球羊毛整理剂的方法。本发明制备步骤简单,所得产品耐水和耐热性能好,且含有纳米二氧化钛成份,有效提高羊毛的抗老化性;充分利用鱼皮与羊毛纤维相似的分子结构,在纤维表面形成一层薄膜,降低纤维表面的摩擦系数,有效提高了织物的抗起毛起球和防毡缩性能;使用后羊毛织物柔软、手感好,无泛黄现象发生。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
(1)称取新鲜青鱼鱼皮300~500g,经人工用去离子水反复清洗除去鱼皮表面污物后,用剪刀剪成3×3cm碎片,再将所得碎片倒入盛有1~2L质量分数为0.9%生理盐水的烧杯中,浸泡18~24h,过滤,收集浸泡后的鱼皮碎片,将其均匀平铺于竹筛中,自然阴干6~8h,得阴干鱼皮碎片;
(2)称取100~200g上述所得阴干鱼皮碎片,加入盛有600~800mL质量分数为0.5~0.7%氢氧化钠溶液的烧杯中,浸泡80~100min,过滤,除去滤液,用去离子水洗涤滤饼直至洗涤液呈中性,再将所得滤饼转入盛有600~800mL质量分数为0.3~0.5%盐酸的烧杯中,浸泡2~4h,过滤,除去滤液,用去离子水洗涤滤饼直至洗涤液呈中性,得预处理鱼皮碎片;
(3)将上述所得预处理鱼皮碎片加入盛有600~800mL去离子水的烧杯中,随后将烧杯转入水浴锅中,于温度为45~50℃条件下,保温浸泡5~7h,过滤,除去滤渣,收集滤液,得鱼皮提取液;
(4)量取300~400mL上述所得鱼皮提取液,加入盛有80~100mL无水乙醇的烧杯中,再将烧杯转入数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器中,设定温度为50~55℃,转速为600~800r/min,在恒温搅拌条件下,通过滴液漏斗,以1~3mL/min速率向烧杯内滴加15~20mL钛酸四丁酯,待滴加完毕,继续恒温搅拌反应30~45min;
(5)待反应结束,将上述烧杯中物料转入旋转蒸发仪中,于温度为65~70℃条件下,旋蒸浓缩至原体积的1/3,得浓缩液,将其转入真空干燥箱中,于温度为60~65℃条件下,干燥6~8h,再将干燥后的物料倒入研钵中,研磨成粉,即得防毡缩抗起毛球羊毛整理剂。
本发明的应用方法:按质量比1:10,将本发明制备的防毡缩抗起毛球羊毛整理剂与自来水在320r/min的转速下搅拌混合1~2h,得混合液,再升温至55~60℃,将需整理的羊毛织物加入混合液中,振荡保温80~90min,取出羊毛织物,用去离子水洗涤1~2次,再在75~80℃下烘干即可。经检测,整理后的羊毛织物毛毡缩密度为0.057~0.059g/cm3,失重率为2.62~3.06%,强力保留率为91.2%以上;该整理剂充分利用鱼皮与羊毛纤维相似的分子结构,在纤维表面形成一层薄膜,降低纤维表面的摩擦系数,有效提高了织物的抗起毛起球和防毡缩性能,值得推广与使用。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明制备步骤简单,所得产品乳液稳定性、耐水和耐热性能好;
(2)充分利用鱼皮与羊毛纤维相似的分子结构,在纤维表面形成一层薄膜,降低纤维表面的摩擦系数,有效提高了织物的抗起毛起球和防毡缩性能;
(3)使用后羊毛织物柔软、手感好,无泛黄现象发生。
具体实施方式

实例2
首先称取新鲜青鱼鱼皮400g,经人工用去离子水反复清洗除去鱼皮表面污物后,用剪刀剪成3×3cm碎片,再将所得碎片倒入盛有2L质量分数为0.9%生理盐水的烧杯中,浸泡21h,过滤,收集浸泡后的鱼皮碎片,将其均匀平铺于竹筛中,自然阴干7h,得阴干鱼皮碎片;再称取150g上述所得阴干鱼皮碎片,加入盛有700mL质量分数为0.6%氢氧化钠溶液的烧杯中,浸泡90min,过滤,除去滤液,用去离子水洗涤滤饼直至洗涤液呈中性,再将所得滤饼转入盛有700mL质量分数为0.4%盐酸的烧杯中,浸泡3h,过滤,除去滤液,用去离子水洗涤滤饼直至洗涤液呈中性,得预处理鱼皮碎片;然后将上述所得预处理鱼皮碎片加入盛有700mL去离子水的烧杯中,随后将烧杯转入水浴锅中,于温度为48℃条件下,保温浸泡6h,过滤,除去滤渣,收集滤液,得鱼皮提取液;量取350mL上述所得鱼皮提取液,加入盛有90mL无水乙醇的烧杯中,再将烧杯转入数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器中,设定温度为53℃,转速为700r/min,在恒温搅拌条件下,通过滴液漏斗,以2mL/min速率向烧杯内滴加18mL钛酸四丁酯,待滴加完毕,继续恒温搅拌反应38min;最后待反应结束,将上述烧杯中物料转入旋转蒸发仪中,于温度为68℃条件下,旋蒸浓缩至原体积的1/3,得浓缩液,将其转入真空干燥箱中,于温度为63℃条件下,干燥7h,再将干燥后的物料倒入研钵中,研磨成粉,即得防毡缩抗起毛球羊毛整理剂。

实例3
首先称取新鲜青鱼鱼皮500g,经人工用去离子水反复清洗除去鱼皮表面污物后,用剪刀剪成3×3cm碎片,再将所得碎片倒入盛有2L质量分数为0.9%生理盐水的烧杯中,浸泡24h,过滤,收集浸泡后的鱼皮碎片,将其均匀平铺于竹筛中,自然阴干8h,得阴干鱼皮碎片;再称取200g上述所得阴干鱼皮碎片,加入盛有800mL质量分数为0.7%氢氧化钠溶液的烧杯中,浸泡100min,过滤,除去滤液,用去离子水洗涤滤饼直至洗涤液呈中性,再将所得滤饼转入盛有800mL质量分数为0.5%盐酸的烧杯中,浸泡4h,过滤,除去滤液,用去离子水洗涤滤饼直至洗涤液呈中性,得预处理鱼皮碎片;然后将上述所得预处理鱼皮碎片加入盛有800mL去离子水的烧杯中,随后将烧杯转入水浴锅中,于温度为50℃条件下,保温浸泡7h,过滤,除去滤渣,收集滤液,得鱼皮提取液;量取400mL上述所得鱼皮提取液,加入盛有100mL无水乙醇的烧杯中,再将烧杯转入数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器中,设定温度为55℃,转速为800r/min,在恒温搅拌条件下,通过滴液漏斗,以3mL/min速率向烧杯内滴加20mL钛酸四丁酯,待滴加完毕,继续恒温搅拌反应45min;最后待反应结束,将上述烧杯中物料转入旋转蒸发仪中,于温度为70℃条件下,旋蒸浓缩至原体积的1/3,得浓缩液,将其转入真空干燥箱中,于温度为65℃条件下,干燥8h,再将干燥后的物料倒入研钵中,研磨成粉,即得防毡缩抗起毛球羊毛整理剂。

Claims (1)
1.一种防毡缩抗起毛球羊毛整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)称取新鲜青鱼鱼皮300~500g,经人工用去离子水反复清洗除去鱼皮表面污物后,用剪刀剪成3×3cm碎片,再将所得碎片倒入盛有1~2L质量分数为0.9%生理盐水的烧杯中,浸泡18~24h,过滤,收集浸泡后的鱼皮碎片,将其均匀平铺于竹筛中,自然阴干6~8h,得阴干鱼皮碎片;
(2)称取100~200g上述所得阴干鱼皮碎片,加入盛有600~800mL质量分数为0.5~0.7%氢氧化钠溶液的烧杯中,浸泡80~100min,过滤,除去滤液,用去离子水洗涤滤饼直至洗涤液呈中性,再将所得滤饼转入盛有600~800mL质量分数为0.3~0.5%盐酸的烧杯中,浸泡2~4h,过滤,除去滤液,用去离子水洗涤滤饼直至洗涤液呈中性,得预处理鱼皮碎片;
(3)将上述所得预处理鱼皮碎片加入盛有600~800mL去离子水的烧杯中,随后将烧杯转入水浴锅中,于温度为45~50℃条件下,保温浸泡5~7h,过滤,除去滤渣,收集滤液,得鱼皮提取液;
(4)量取300~400mL上述所得鱼皮提取液,加入盛有80~100mL无水乙醇的烧杯中,再将烧杯转入数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器中,设定温度为50~55℃,转速为600~800r/min,在恒温搅拌条件下,通过滴液漏斗,以1~3mL/min速率向烧杯内滴加15~20mL钛酸四丁酯,待滴加完毕,继续恒温搅拌反应30~45min;
(5)待反应结束,将上述烧杯中物料转入旋转蒸发仪中,于温度为65~70℃条件下,旋蒸浓缩至原体积的1/3,得浓缩液,将其转入真空干燥箱中,于温度为60~65℃条件下,干燥6~8h,再将干燥后的物料倒入研钵中,研磨成粉,即得防毡缩抗起毛球羊毛整理剂。
