本发明涉及电动汽车充供电技术领域,具体涉及一种用于立体停车库的电动汽车充电装置。
背景技术
发展电动汽车产业势在必行:首先,解决大气环境污染客观要求发展电动汽车产业。燃油汽车会排放出大量破坏生态环境的有害气体,电动汽车以电能为动力,行使时不仅没有废气排出,而且噪音较小,是最被看好的“零污染”汽车。其次,化石能源不断枯竭迫切要求发展电动汽车产业。随着全球能源消耗的增加,地球的矿物能源将面临枯竭,因此发展电动汽车也是应对化石能源不断枯竭的客观需要。另外,经济实惠是发展电动汽车产业的内生动力。纯电动汽车百公里耗电量19KWh左右,费用低于12元,随着技术进步费用将进一步降低,而燃油汽车百公里平均耗油10升,费用高于65元,随着化石资源的枯竭,费用将会快速升高,电动汽车能耗费用远远低于燃油汽车。
制约电动汽车产业快速发展的瓶颈:电动汽车作为一种新能源汽车,既然是零排放、无污染、使用费用低的交通工具,发展缓慢的主要原因是由于汽车电池电能存储技术不过关,一是电池容量偏低,不能满足长距离行驶需要。二是电池常规充电慢,快速充电损坏电池,无法像加油站那样快捷方便地充电。
由于电动汽车具有许多的优点和发展的必然性,其数量也随着不断的增加,因此对充电站设备的要续也日趋增大。电动汽车由于其充电需求的随机性比较大,对电网的要求和智能化充电站的需求也相应的有所提高,如果大量的建设特定的场所向电动汽车充电,势必要求很多的占地面积,使得本来就非常紧缺的土地资源变得更加严峻,因此建立一个安全、可靠且资源利用率高的智能充电站的问题迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于立体停车库的电动汽车充电装置,能解决电动汽车停/取车,充电等问题,智能、高效、方便地对电动汽车车进行充电。
一种用于立体停车库的电动汽车充电装置,设置在立体停车库一侧,包括充电桩、上位机、信息扫苗模块、机械手、导轨、智能充电模块、显示引导模块;
所述机械手设置在导轨上,导轨设置在车库停车位一侧,该机械手能够在导轨上来回移动,且机械手与上位机通信连接;
所述信息扫描模块与上位机通信连接,用于采集车辆信息及车辆充电接口位置,所述信息扫描模块将采集到的信号传输到上位机供上位机对车辆的充电进行控制,当信息扫描模块扫描到车辆充电接口位置时,上位机给机械手一个移动信号,使机械手运动至指定位置,将充电桩上的充电器与充电接口进行连接,完成后机械手退回原位;
所述智能充电模块与充电桩和上位机通信连接,通过驾驶员在智能充电模块上设置充电模式,如快速、慢充、定时充等,选择完成后上位机发出控制信号开始充电;充电完成后,智能充电模块给上位机一个信号,上位机发出控制信号停止充电,且上位机指令机械手将充电器拔掉,并退回原位;
所述显示引导模块根据后台上位机对采集到的信号处理后能够提供显示状态服务,显示提示内容包括智能语音播报、LED屏幕引导系统、语音提示和LED屏幕提示刷卡结算、取车位置。
所述上位机采用西门子触摸工控机,所述西门子触摸工控机具备刷卡功能。
还包括计量计费模块,所述计量计费模块与上位机连接,计量计费模块采用1.0级电度表,精确计量电动汽车所充电量,将电量传送至上位机,计算充电费用。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明利用现有停车场的空间位置,可以避免了建设充电桩的选址占地,具有实施可行性,能够加快发展清洁环保的电动汽车产业,积极应对化石能源不断枯竭的严峻形势。
(2)本发明可以简化电动汽车的用电计费方式,,准确地将充电信息转化计算为用电费用,可以轻松的为多种网络设备提供电量数据,方便用电公司的计量监测;

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2所示,一种用于立体停车库的电动汽车充电装置,设置在立体停车库车位一侧,包括充电桩1、上位机2、信息扫苗模块3、机械手4、导轨5、智能充电模块6、显示引导模块7;
当用户需要向电动汽车8充电时,首先将电动汽车8驶入立体停车库的车位中,在驶入前用户可以通过车库墙面上的大屏幕显示的数据信息了解当前车库的基本情况,如车库当前的停车数量、剩余的停车位数、剩余车位的位置等情况。
当用户确定要对电动汽车8进行充电时,信息扫描模块3扫描到车辆充电接口位置时,上位机2给机械手4一个移动信号,使机械手4运动至指定位置,将充电桩1上的充电器与充电接口进行连接,完成后机械手4退回原位,通过驾驶员在智能充电模块6上设置充电模式,如快速、慢充、定时充等;
当用户到车库充电桩1边上的西门子工控机刷卡,通过西门子工控机的界面,用户可以详细了解个人的详细资料,了解车库概况、查询信息、使用指南、公共信息等。当用户按下触摸屏上的停车充电时,屏幕上会提示用书刷IC卡。用户刷一次IC卡后,屏幕会自动弹出用户的电动汽车所停的车位序号,待用户核实确认后会弹出充电方式的界面。此时车库会自动监测以下几方面信息,充电插头是否正确连接、是否监测到其他的闭锁信号等,若没有任何故障则自动闭合充电电源,向电动汽车8供电。用户核实确认信息后可离开车库。如有任何疑问可点击触摸屏上的使用指南,友好的人际界面可以将停/取车流程详细的展现给用户。
充电完成后,智能充电模块6给上位机2一个信号,上位机2发出控制信号停止充电,且上位机2指令机械手4将充电器拔掉,并退回原位。
当用户需要取车时,首先按下西门子工控机屏幕上的用户取车,工控机会提示用户在刷卡区刷IC卡。执行完刷卡操作后,工控机屏幕上会显示卡号、充电时间、充电电量以及总金额等信息,后台服务器会根据1.0级电度表精确计算电动汽车所充电量。

所述信息扫描模块与上位机通信连接,用于采集车辆信息及车辆充电接口位置,所述信息扫描模块将采集到的信号传输到上位机供上位机对车辆的充电进行控制,当信息扫描模块扫描到车辆充电接口位置时,上位机给机械手一个移动信号,使机械手运动至指定位置,将充电桩上的充电器与充电接口进行连接,完成后机械手退回原位;
所述智能充电模块与充电桩和上位机通信连接,通过驾驶员在智能充电模块上设置充电模式:快速、慢充、定时充,选择完成后上位机发出控制信号开始充电;充电完成后,智能充电模块给上位机一个信号,上位机发出控制信号停止充电,且上位机指令机械手将充电器拔掉,并退回原位;
