一种各向异性聚丙烯板-金属复合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种各向异性聚丙烯板-金属复合材料。
背景技术
目前塑料与铝板的复合材料主要用PVC(聚氯乙烯)塑料,聚氯乙烯比重大(达到1.38),使用温度低,燃烧时会放出有毒气体,抗冲击强度低,再成型性差。
各向异性聚丙烯-金属复合材料具有良好的耐冲击性,高的抗弯曲性能,比同厚度的铝镁合金总量轻30%以上。可广泛用于家电生产,高端装修,高端箱包,豪华车内饰等。采用各向异性聚丙烯板代替PVC塑料与铝板、箔或其他金属板、箔复合得到的复合板材具有比重小(聚丙烯的比重为0.92),使用温度高,无毒无味,抗张强度、抗冲击强度高。
发明内容
有鉴于背景技术所述,本发明有必要提供一种各向异性聚丙烯板-金属复合材料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种各向异性聚丙烯板-金属复合材料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、配置聚丙烯专用粘合剂;
S2、制备复合纤维:将上述粘合剂涂布在聚丙烯薄膜上,并将涂布后的聚丙烯薄膜切成一定宽度的纤维,加热牵拉,得到复合纤维;
S3、将所述复合纤维按一定方式编制或将所述复合纤维切成一定长度的短切纤维后分撒在硬质基板上经过辊压得到各项力学性能异性的各向异性聚丙烯膜片;
S4、提供上金属层和下金属层,将至少一层所述各向异性聚丙烯膜片夹设于所述上金属层和下金属层之间,热压成型。
在S1中,所述聚丙烯专用粘合剂的制备方法为:
按照以下质量百分比提供配方原料:高密度聚乙烯50-20份、聚丙烯树脂20-50份、EVA树脂50-80份、石蜡1-5份、顺丁烯二酸酐1-5份、丙烯酸酯1-5份、二甲苯50-100份、过氧化物0.1-1份;
按上述各种物料混合,在密封容器中加热到65-70度保温60分钟;
再加热到90度反应180分钟得到所述粘合剂。
在S2中,所述加热牵拉时的温度为100-150度。
在S3中,所述辊压的温度为120-160度。
在S4中,所述上金属层和/下金属层为金属板或金属箔。
优选的,所用的金属板或金属箔可以是铜、铁、马口铁、镀铬铁、镀锌铁、铝、不锈钢等材料。
上述方法中,采用的各向异性聚丙烯片的层数根据需要的产品厚度来决定。
本发明还提供一种各向异性聚丙烯板-金属复合材料,其由作为外表面的第一金属层和第二金属层,以及夹设于所述第一金属层和第二金属层之间的压合的至少一层各向异性聚丙烯膜片构成。
优选的,所述上金属层和下金属层为金属板或金属箔。
更优选的,所用的金属板或金属箔可以是铜、铁、马口铁、镀铬铁、镀锌铁、铝、不锈钢等材料。
所述各向异性聚丙烯膜片是由按一定方式编制的复合纤维或将所述复合纤维切成一定长度的短切纤维后分撒在硬质基板上经过辊压得到的;所述复合纤维是由涂布有所述聚丙烯专用粘合剂的聚丙烯薄膜切成一定宽度的纤维,加热牵拉,得到的复合纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明用各向异性聚丙烯板代替PVC塑料与铝板、箔或其他金属板、箔复合得到的复合板材具有比重小(聚丙烯的比重为0.92),使用温度高,无毒无味,抗张强度、抗冲击强度高。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本实施例提供一种各向异性聚丙烯板-金属复合材料成品,如图1所示,其由作为外表面的上下铝板1,以及夹设于所述上下铝板1之间的相互压合的至少一层各向异性聚丙烯膜片2。
本实施例提供各向异性聚丙烯板-金属复合材料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1、将0.2mm的铝板进行除油清洗,干燥处理,按需要的规格切成片;
2、取标重为180克/平方米的各向异性聚丙烯膜片8张;
3、将所述铝板和所述各向异性聚丙烯膜片按图2的方式排列;
4、将按上述排好的料置于层压机上。
5、升温到130℃,压制5-10分钟后通入冷却水冷却到50度以下。
6、打开层压机取出物料,得到各项异性聚丙烯-金属复合板材料。
所述各向异性聚丙烯膜片2的制备方法为:
S1、配置聚丙烯专用粘合剂:
按照以下质量百分比提供配方原料:高密度聚乙烯50-20份、聚丙烯树脂20-50份、EVA树脂50-80份、石蜡1-5份、顺丁烯二酸酐1-5份、丙烯酸酯1-5份、二甲苯50-100份、过氧化物0.1-1份;
按上述各种物料混合,在密封容器中加热到65-70度保温60分钟;
再加热到90度反应180分钟得到粘合剂。
S2、制备复合纤维:将上述粘合剂涂布在聚丙烯薄膜上,并将涂布后的聚丙烯薄膜切成一定宽度的纤维,加热牵拉,得到复合纤维;
S3、将所述复合纤维按一定方式编制或将所述复合纤维切成一定长度的短切纤维后分撒在硬质基板上经过辊压得到各项力学性能异性的各向异性聚丙烯膜片:所述硬质基板优选不锈钢板,也可以采用其他的金属或者非金属材质的硬质基板,所述硬质基板的功能和作用为制备各向异性聚丙烯膜片的治具,辊压完成后,需将制得的各向异性聚丙烯膜片从所述硬质基板表面剥离。

1.一种各向异性聚丙烯板-金属复合材料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、配置聚丙烯专用粘合剂;
S2、制备复合纤维:将上述粘合剂涂布在聚丙烯薄膜上,并将涂布后的聚丙烯薄膜切成一定宽度的纤维,加热牵拉,得到复合纤维;
S3、将所述复合纤维按一定方式编制或将所述复合纤维切成一定长度的短切纤维后分撒在硬质基板上辊压得到各项力学性能异性的各向异性聚丙烯膜片;
S4、提供上金属层和下金属层,将至少一层所述各向异性聚丙烯片夹设于所述上金属层和下金属层之间,热压成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
在所述S1中,所述聚丙烯专用粘合剂的制备方法为:
