核桃黑麻片
本发明涉及一种保健食品核桃黑麻片。
目前市场上已有的以黑芝麻、花生仁为主料,加上食用糖制做的黑芝麻片状食品,不含保健药物,对人体没有保健作用,存在着易粘结、不酥脆、口感差的缺点,而且在高温了节也难以生产。
本发明克服了上述缺点,提供了一种营养丰富,对人体具有保健作用的灵通黑芝麻片食品及其生产方法。
本发明是通过以下配方来实现的。
本发明是由药物、主料、糖、食用油四大部分组成。其各种成份及其配比(重量份)如下:1)药           核桃仁    10-15
           樱桃      0.1-0.5
           山樱桃    0.1-0.52)主料         黑芝麻    20-38
           花生仁    10-153)糖           蔗糖      25-30
          卜稀       15-204)食用油:     植物油     1-4
本发明核桃黑麻片中各组成成份的最佳配比(重量份)为;1)药          核桃仁     12.4
          樱桃       0.3
          山樱桃     0.32)主料        黑芝麻      24.9
          花生仁     12.43)糖          蔗糖        28
         卜稀        18.64)食用油:    植物油      3.1
本发明是根据我国传统营养学和中医原理,吸收民间传统工艺,并加以改革精制成的,具有黑发、润发、健脾等功效。生产的核桃黑麻片香甜可口,为大众化的保健食品。
结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
下面是核桃黑麻片各成份配比情况:
1)药        核桃仁    2000克
             樱桃      50克
            山樱桃     50克2)主料          黑芝麻    4000克
            花生仁    4000克3)糖             蔗糖     4500克
            卜稀      3000克4)植物油                   500克准备好以上配料后,按下列生产方法制作核桃黑麻片:
1.将核桃仁去杂质、淘洗后放入锅中,兑入1∶50(重量比)清水,放在温火上煎熬2小时,过滤取浓缩药汁待用。将樱桃、山樱桃搅拌成泥状后待用。
2.将黑芝麻去杂质淘洗后晒干或风干,晒干或风干的黑芝麻的含水量应控制在1%以下,再将黑芝麻用温火加热到80℃时炒熟,此时熟黑芝麻的体积应为生黑芝麻的1.5倍。
3.用盐将花生仁在锅中加热炒熟,去皮待用。
4.将卜稀、蔗糖、植物油混合用火加热至130℃时去火,加入药汁、樱桃泥、山樱桃泥、熟黑芝麻、熟花生仁搅拌,待冷却至80℃时切片成型。
5.将成型切片包装入库。

Claims (2)

1.一种核桃黑麻片,由药物、主料、糖类、食用油组成,其特征在于其成份配比(重量份)为:
1)药    核桃仁    10----15
        樱桃      0.1----0.5
        山樱桃    0.1----0.5
2)主料  黑芝麻     20----38
        花生仁     10----15
3)糖    卜稀       15----20
         蔗糖      25----30
4)食用油  植物油    1----4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的核桃黑麻片,其特征在于其成份(重量比)配比为:
核桃仁12.4、樱桃0.3、山樱桃0.3、黑芝麻24.9、花生仁12.4、蔗糖28、卜稀18.6、植物油3.1。
