本发明的目的是提供一种烟熏鹌鹑蛋。
方案是:鹌鹑蛋18-20kg、八角150-160g、陈茶叶150-160g、味精50-60g、盐160-170g。
制备方法:将鹌鹑蛋煮熟,去掉壳,放入八角、陈茶叶、味精、盐,小火卤煮40分钟,捞出鹌鹑蛋,再入熏烤间熏烤,烤后放置2小时表面呈黑色时即可。
