现有技术中,是将组成板片或块体形式的产品的各组分,这里的组分一般都是一种或多种石头或类似于石头的具有选定颗粒尺寸的粒状材料以及粘结剂,将各组分在各自初始搅拌机内完成初始混合后得到初始混合物,再将各初始混合物的层依次沉积到传送带表面,使得每个层布置在紧邻的前一层之上,形成多层或复合混合物结构后,在通过传送带将多层或复合混合物结构进给到以受控的速度转动的容器或支承件中,排出后在进行后续的预压硬化等步骤。该现有技术中,各初始混合物的层在垂直于所述传送带表面的方向上依次叠加,则后一初始混合物的层沉积到前一初始混合物的层上后,对前一初始混合物就无法进行其他工艺上的改进了,且各初始搅拌机相对于传送带固定架(用于安装传送带)的位置一旦固定,则工艺需求量最大的初始混合物组分必须安排在距受控的速度转动的容器或支承件最远的初始搅拌机内初步加工,且其他初始混合物由工艺需求量的逐渐减少向靠近受控的速度转动的容器或支承件的方向逐步安排,工艺安排的限制太多,不利于新工艺的拓展,阻碍了产品的升级进度。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提出一种制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备及其方法。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备;包括初始搅拌机、初级传送带和混合搅拌机;
每个初始搅拌机配置一个所述初级传送带,一种或多种石头或类似于石头的具有选定颗粒尺寸的粒状材料以及粘结剂在所述初始搅拌机内完成初始混合后得到初始混合物,所述混合搅拌机包括用于承接物料的旋转容器,所述初始混合物经所述初级传送带运送到所述混合搅拌机;一个以上所述初始搅拌机及其配套的初级传送带间隔环绕设置在所述混合搅拌机周围。
优选的,还包括打散装置,所述打散装置包括滚刷和驱动组件,所述滚刷设置在所述初级传送带的出料端上方,所述初级传送带的出料末端设置在所述旋转容器上方;在所述驱动组件的驱动下转动,所述初始混合物在所述初级传送带的带动下从所述滚刷和初级传送带之间的间隙通过。
优选的,所述滚刷包括转动轴和滚刷基体,若干所述滚刷基体可拆卸地并列套装固定在所述转动轴;
所述滚刷基体包括基体部和滚刷杆,所述基体部为可套装在所述转动轴的环状结构,所述滚刷杆的一端固定在所述环状结构,另一端沿着所述环状结构的径向向外延伸,若干所述滚刷杆呈放射状分布在所述环状结构的四周。
优选的,所述基体部的内环侧壁设有向外凹陷的安装槽,所述转动轴的外侧壁设有能刚好卡入所述安装槽内的安装棱,所述安装棱沿所述转动轴的长度方向延伸设置。
优选的,所述基体部与滚刷杆通过铸造或粘结方式联成一体。
优选的,所述滚刷杆的材料为非金属材质。
优选的,所述初级传送带和混合搅拌机之间设有双辊打散装置和次级传送带,所述次级传送带的出料末端设置在所述旋转容器上方;
所述双辊打散装置包括两转动辊和驱动组件,两所述转动辊并排设置,且在所述驱动组件的带动下绕着相反的方向转动,所述初始混合物经过所述初级传送带的运送后落到两所述转动辊之间,并随着两所述转动辊的转动落到所述次级传送带的表面上,所述次级传送带将打散后的混合物运送到所述旋转容器内。
一种制造板片或块体形式的物品的方法,该方法包括以下步骤,制备主要包括一种或多种石头或类似于石头的具有选定颗粒尺寸的粒状材料以及粘结剂的初始混合物;将这种混合物的具有预定厚度的层沉积到传送带表面上;进行预压步骤;以及与得到粗略成型的物料的最终步骤,使得初始混合物包括至少两种单混合物;每个初始搅拌机配置一个初级传送带,多个初始混合物通过各自配置的初级传送带从转动的容器或支承件四周的不同方向直接运送到其中,当所述转动的容器或支承件排出后,最终混合物被传送依次完成后续的预压和硬化步骤。
优选的,对一个或多个沉积在所述初级传送带表面的初始混合物的层,使用特定设备分别进行各自工艺需求上的再加工。
优选的,所述特定设备为喷浆设备或撒粉装置。
为每一初始搅拌机配置一初级传送带,可根据产品工艺需要,针对并列沉积在初级传送带表面的某一或多个初始混合物的层,通过所需工艺的特定设备进行再加工,如将产品中某种颜色的初始混合物的层成团成块,或者是对某个初始混合物的层进行碾压等,方便了产品新工艺的拓展,增加产品的新种类;另外,初始混合物在初级传送带上运送的过程中,在初级传送带运转所带来的无法避免的振动的作用下,得到了均匀紧密的初始混合物层,方便后续的加工。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1及图2所示,一种制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备;包括初始搅拌机1、初级传送带2和混合搅拌机3;
每个初始搅拌机1配置一个所述初级传送带2,一种或多种石头或类似于石头的具有选定颗粒尺寸的粒状材料以及粘结剂在所述初始搅拌机1内完成初始混合后得到初始混合物,所述混合搅拌机3包括用于承接物料的旋转容器,所述初始混合物经所述初级传送带2运送到所述混合搅拌机3;一个以上所述初始搅拌机1及其配套的初级传送带2间隔环绕设置在所述混合搅拌机3周围。
多种成分不同的初始混合物在各自的初始搅拌混合装置中进行初步均匀混合后,分别以预定厚度沉积到各自对应的初级传送带2表面,初级传送带2再将各不同的初始混合物运送到转动的容器或支承件中,即本实施例中的混合搅拌机3的旋转容器中,进行充分的混合;最终从转动的容器或支承件中排出的是成分均匀的多成分或复合混合物,并继续被传送依次完成后续的预压和硬化步骤,得到板片或块体形式的产品。
各初始混合物分别在各初始搅拌机1中单独混合加工,各初始搅拌机1的运转彼此之间互不干涉,则系统在运转时,可通过控制各初始搅拌机1内的物料按照选定的工艺,定时定量地把各初始混合物运送到转动的容器或支承件中上,实现对产品工艺的灵活调整,方便扩展产品的工艺性,增加产品的新种类。
为每一初始搅拌机1配置一初级传送带2,可根据产品工艺需要,针对并列沉积在初级传送带2表面的某一或多个初始混合物的层,通过所需工艺的特定设备进行再加工,如将产品中某种颜色的初始混合物的层成团成块,或者是对某个初始混合物的层进行碾压等,方便了产品新工艺的拓展,增加产品的新种类;另外,初始混合物在初级传送带2上运送的过程中,在初级传送带2运转所带来的无法避免的振动的作用下,得到了均匀紧密的初始混合物层,方便后续的加工。且实际使用时,并不是同一批产品中需要多少的初始混合物就在对应的初级搅拌机搅拌加工多少的物料,为了降低各初级搅拌机1开关的频次和因此带来的对设备和生产效率的影响,每一初级搅拌机1对其负责的初级混合物都是最大负荷地进行搅拌,而在将各初级搅拌机1内的物料混入时,通过控制各初级搅拌1下对应的初级传送带2的速度,以控制各初级混合物在最终产品中混入的比例。初级传送带2上设有称量装置,通过设定称量装置的参数,在经过初级传送带2送入混合搅拌机3中的量达到工艺要求的量时,称量装置控制初级传送带2停止工作,精准的下料,为最终产品的质量提供有力的保障。
如图3及图4所示,还包括打散装置5,所述打散装置5包括滚刷51和驱动组件52,所述滚刷51设置在所述初级传送带2的出料端上方,所述初级传送带2的出料末端设置在所述旋转容器上方;在所述驱动组件52的驱动下转动,所述初始混合物在所述初级传送带2的带动下从所述滚刷和初级传送带2之间的间隙通过。
初始混合物从初级传送带2进入混合搅拌机3的时候,先通过驱动组件52带动的滚刷51配合初级传送带2进行打散,避免初始混合物中出现不符合规定的大团块,方便后续与其他初始混合物的均匀混合。
所述滚刷51包括转动轴510和滚刷基体511,若干所述滚刷基体511可拆卸地并列套装固定在所述转动轴510;
所述滚刷基体511包括基体部5110和滚刷杆5111,所述基体部5110为可套装在所述转动轴510的环状结构,所述滚刷杆5111的一端固定在所述环状结构,另一端沿着所述环状结构的径向向外延伸,若干所述滚刷杆5111呈放射状分布在所述环状结构的四周。
本实施例中的滚刷51包括转动轴510和滚刷基体511,滚刷基体511可拆卸地套装固定在转动轴510上,转动轴510转动时,滚刷杆5111插入初始混合物中并向混合搅拌机3的方向拨动它们,拨动的过程即为打散和传送的过程。若干滚刷基体511可拆卸地并列套装固定在转动轴510上,使用时其中一个滚刷基体511上的滚刷杆5111断掉后,可将其拆下后换上一个全新的滚刷基体511,连着其他完好的部件继续使用,节约成本,提高资源的利用率,且安装和拆卸都很方便,适宜大力推广。
所述基体部5110的内环侧壁设有向外凹陷的安装槽5112,所述转动轴510的外侧壁设有能刚好卡入所述安装槽内的安装棱,所述安装棱沿所述转动轴510的长度方向延伸设置。
沿所述转动轴510的长度方向设置安装棱,本实施例中,每一转动轴510上设置的安装棱的数量为2条,滚刷基体511安装到转动轴510上时,直接将环状的基体部5110套装到转动轴510,并且安装槽5112卡装到安装棱5110上,则安装槽5112的侧壁限制了滚刷基体511和转动轴510之间的相对转动,且安装槽5112和安装棱侧壁之间的摩擦力使得滚刷基体511和转动轴510在缺乏太大的轴向外力作用的情况下,限制了两者在轴向上的相对运动。
所述基体部5110与滚刷杆5111通过铸造或粘结方式联成一体。
一体式的结构,避免各部件在非连接或一体状态下,转动时同步性不高而造成应力集中,损耗装置。
所述滚刷杆5111的材料为非金属材质。
不使用金属材料,是为了避免滚刷杆5111与初始混合物接触时两者发生化学反应,保证产品材料不受非工艺要求材料的影响;另一个是防止金属材料产生锈蚀等自身质变而对产品材料造成的污染。
所述初级传送带2和混合搅拌机3之间设有双辊打散装置5和次级传送带4,所述次级传送带4的出料末端设置在所述旋转容器上方;
所述双辊打散装置5包括两转动辊和驱动组件,两所述转动辊并排设置,且在所述驱动组件的带动下绕着相反的方向转动,所述初始混合物经过所述初级传送带2的运送后落到两所述转动辊之间,并随着两所述转动辊的转动落到所述次级传送带4的表面上,所述次级传送带4将打散后的混合物运送到所述旋转容器内。
初始混合物从初级传送带2进入混合搅拌机3的时候,先通过驱动组件带动的两所述转动辊转动,所述初始混合物经过所述初级传送带2的运送后落到两所述转动辊之间,利用两所述转动辊反方向运动的力将其打散,避免初始混合物中出现不符合规定的大团块,方便后续与其他初始混合物的均匀混合。
一种制造板片或块体形式的物品的方法,该方法包括以下步骤,制备主要包括一种或多种石头或类似于石头的具有选定颗粒尺寸的粒状材料以及粘结剂的初始混合物;将这种混合物的具有预定厚度的层沉积到传送带表面上;进行预压步骤;以及与得到粗略成型的物料的最终步骤,使得初始混合物包括至少两种单混合物;每一初始搅拌机1配置一初级传送带2,多个初始混合物通过各自配置的初级传送带2从转动的容器或支承件四周的不同方向直接运送到其中,当所述转动的容器或支承件排出后,最终混合物被传送依次完成后续的预压和硬化步骤。
对一个或多个沉积在所述初级传送带2表面的初始混合物的层,使用特定设备分别进行各自工艺需求上的再加工。
由于每个初始混合物的层不存在垂直于所述传送带表面的方向上的叠加,可根据产品工艺需要,一个或多个沉积在所述初级传送带2表面的初始混合物的层,通过所需工艺的特定设备进行再加工,如将产品中某种颜色的初始混合物的层成团成块,或者是对某个初始混合物的层进行碾压等,方便了产品新工艺的拓展,增加产品的新种类。
所述特定设备为喷浆设备或撒粉装置。
也可以通过喷浆设备或撒粉装置设置在对应初始混合物的层的上方,对初始混合物进行上色处理,简化了产线步骤,提高生产效率。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备,其特征在于:包括初始搅拌机、初级传送带和混合搅拌机;
每个初始搅拌机配置一个所述初级传送带,一种或多种石头或类似于石头的具有选定颗粒尺寸的粒状材料以及粘结剂在所述初始搅拌机内完成初始混合后得到初始混合物,所述混合搅拌机包括用于承接物料的旋转容器,所述初始混合物经所述初级传送带运送到所述混合搅拌机;一个以上所述初始搅拌机及其配套的初级传送带间隔环绕设置在所述混合搅拌机周围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备,其特征在于:还包括打散装置,所述打散装置包括滚刷和驱动组件,所述滚刷设置在所述初级传送带的出料端上方,所述初级传送带的出料末端设置在所述旋转容器上方;在所述驱动组件的驱动下转动,所述初始混合物在所述初级传送带的带动下从所述滚刷和初级传送带之间的间隙通过。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述滚刷包括转动轴和滚刷基体,若干所述滚刷基体可拆卸地并列套装固定在所述转动轴;
所述滚刷基体包括基体部和滚刷杆,所述基体部为可套装在所述转动轴的环状结构,所述滚刷杆的一端固定在所述环状结构,另一端沿着所述环状结构的径向向外延伸,若干所述滚刷杆呈放射状分布在所述环状结构的四周。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述基体部的内环侧壁设有向外凹陷的安装槽,所述转动轴的外侧壁设有能刚好卡入所述安装槽内的安装棱,所述安装棱沿所述转动轴的长度方向延伸设置。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述基体部与滚刷杆通过铸造或粘结方式联成一体。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备:所述滚刷杆的材料为非金属材质。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制造板片或块体形式的产品的生产设备:所述初级传送带和混合搅拌机之间设有双辊打散装置和次级传送带,所述次级传送带的出料末端设置在所述旋转容器上方;
所述双辊打散装置包括两转动辊和驱动组件,两所述转动辊并排设置,且在所述驱动组件的带动下绕着相反的方向转动,所述初始混合物经过所述初级传送带的运送后落到两所述转动辊之间,并随着两所述转动辊的转动落到所述次级传送带的表面上,所述次级传送带将打散后的混合物运送到所述旋转容器内。
8.一种制造板片或块体形式的物品的方法,该方法包括以下步骤,制备主要包括一种或多种石头或类似于石头的具有选定颗粒尺寸的粒状材料以及粘结剂的初始混合物;将这种混合物的具有预定厚度的层沉积到传送带表面上;进行预压步骤;以及与得到粗略成型的物料的最终步骤,使得初始混合物包括至少两种单混合物,其特征在于:每个初始搅拌机配置一个初级传送带,多个初始混合物通过各自配置的初级传送带从转动的容器或支承件四周的不同方向直接运送到其中,当所述转动的容器或支承件排出后,最终混合物被传送依次完成后续的预压和硬化步骤。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制造板片或块体形式的产品的方法,其特征在于:对一个或多个沉积在所述初级传送带表面的初始混合物的层,使用特定设备分别进行各自工艺需求上的再加工。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制造板片或块体形式的产品的方法,其特征在于:所述特定设备为喷浆设备或撒粉装置。
