Abstract
本发明涉及蓄电池领域,具体涉及一种铅晶蓄电池,包括正极板、负极板和电解质:所述正极板包括,正极铅膏和正极栅板,所述正极铅膏包括按质量份计,氧化铅粉100份,去离子水11‑20份,硫酸3‑5份,石墨0.1‑1份,短纤维0.05‑0.15份;所述负极板包括,负极铅膏和负极栅板,所述负极铅膏包括按质量份计,铅粉100份,去离子水11‑20份,硫酸3‑5份,硫酸钡0.5‑5份,炭黑0.1‑0.5份,木素磺酸钠0.1‑0.5份,短纤维0.05‑0.15份;所述电解质包括按重量份计,10‑30份的主料和70‑90份基料;所述主料为二氧化硅含量为10‑30%的硅酸钠,所述基料包括,40‑50份硫酸、0.3‑0.8份阻氧剂、0.01‑0.2份阻氢剂、0.01‑0.1添加剂和50‑60份去离子水。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池领域,具体涉及一种铅晶蓄电池。
背景技术
铅晶蓄电池采用高导硅酸盐电解质代替传统铅酸电池中的硫酸,从而克服了传统铅酸电池寿命短,不能大电流充放电等一系列缺点。铅晶蓄电池放电时,正极的活性物质PbO2转化为PbSO4,铅酸蓄电池放完电后回充电时,正极的放电产物PbSO4转化为PbO2,在蓄电池的充放电反应过程中起到容量储存和释放的有效成分是正极中的活性物质PbO2,负极的活性物质Pb转化为PbSO4,铅晶蓄电池放完电后回充电时,负极的放电产物PbSO4转化为Pb,在蓄电池的充放电反应过程中起到容量储存和释放的有效成分是负极中的活性物质Pb,目前在电极中加入碳元素能使得电池具有更高的比功率和更长的使用寿命。然而,由于炭表面析氢电位较铅低,含炭的负极容易导致电池析氢增大,过度析氢则会使电解液浓度增大,甚至引起电池失水失效,影响电池寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是为了解决背景技术中的问题,提供一种铅晶蓄电池。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种铅晶蓄电池,包括正极板、负极板和电解质:
所述正极板包括,正极铅膏和正极栅板,所述正极铅膏包括按质量份计,氧化铅粉100份,去离子水11-20份,硫酸3-5份,石墨0.1-1份,短纤维0.05-0.15份;
所述负极板包括,负极铅膏和负极栅板,所述负极铅膏包括按质量份计,铅粉100份,去离子水11-20份,硫酸3-5份,硫酸钡0.5-5份,炭黑0.1-0.5份,木素磺酸钠0.1-0.5份,短纤维0.05-0.15份;
所述电解质包括按重量份计,10-30份的主料和70-90份基料;所述主料为二氧化硅含量为10-30%的硅酸钠,所述基料包括,40-50份硫酸、0.3-0.8份阻氧剂、0.01-0.2份阻氢剂、0.01-0.1添加剂和50-60份去离子水。
作为优选,所述阻氢剂为有机物和金属化合物组成的混合物;所述有机物为N-甲基吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、苯胺、酰胺、松香胺、硫脲及硫脲衍生物、肉桂醛、糠醛、戊基1,2-双(二甲基胺)-丙酮、杂环酮胺、脱氢松香咪唑啉、N-乙烯基吡啶聚合物、烷基吡啶鎓黄原酸盐、吡啶及吡啶衍生物、喹啉、异喹啉、异喹啉衍生物中的一种或任意两种的混合物;所述金属化合物为铅、锌、镉、钡、钙、铝、砷、锑、镓、汞、铋的氧化物、盐、氢氧化物或金属的离子配合物中任意1-3种的混合物;所述金属的盐为硫酸盐、硝酸盐、磷酸盐、碳酸盐中的一种;所述金属的离子配合物的配体为氨基(-NH3)、氰基(-CN)或硫氰基(-SCN)中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述添加剂为CoSO4, Na2SO4,(NH4)2SO4,谷氨酸,天冬氨酸,磷酸,柠檬酸,柠檬酸钠,氮川三醋酸二钠中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述阻氧剂为分析纯级丙三醇。
作为优选,所述氧化铅粉的粒径为1-3μm。
作为优选,所述短纤维的长度为1-3mm。
作为优选,所述短纤维为聚酯纤维或聚丙烯纤维。
作为优选,所述氧化铅粉中混合有质量百分比为0.35%-0.5%的改性颗粒,所述改性颗粒为三氧化二锑、五氧化二锑、氧化锡、氧化镁、氧化钙、硫酸镁、硫酸钙中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述改性颗粒的粒径为3-5μm。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果:
① 本发明所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,使用寿命长,制作过程中不会漏液,充放电效果好。
② 本发明所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,制作过程中,能有效防止负极析氢电流,保证了电池质量。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:
一种铅晶蓄电池,包括:所述正极板包括,正极铅膏和正极栅板,所述正极铅膏包括按质量份计,氧化铅粉100份,去离子水20份,硫酸5份,石墨1份,聚酯纤维0.15份;
所述负极板包括,负极铅膏和负极栅板,所述负极铅膏包括按质量份计,铅粉100份,去离子水20份,硫酸5份,硫酸钡5份,炭黑0.5份,木素磺酸钠0.5份,聚酯纤维0.15份;
上述氧化铅粉粒径为1-3μm,氧化铅粉中混合有质量百分比为0.5%的粒径为3-5μm的三氧化二锑、五氧化二锑、氧化钙、硫酸镁、硫酸钙的混合物,聚酯纤维的长度为1-3mm。
所述电解质包括按重量份计, 30份的主料和70份基料;所述主料为二氧化硅含量为30%的硅酸钠,所述基料包括, 50份硫酸、0.8份阻氧剂、0.2份分析纯级丙三醇、0.1添加剂和60份去离子水。所述阻氢剂为Pb(NO3)2和N-甲基吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠的混合物;所述添加剂为Na2SO4。
实施例2:
一种铅晶蓄电池,包括:所述正极板包括,正极铅膏和正极栅板,所述正极铅膏包括按质量份计,氧化铅粉100份,去离子水11份,硫酸3份,石墨0.1份,聚酯纤维0.05份;
所述负极板包括,负极铅膏和负极栅板,所述负极铅膏包括按质量份计,铅粉100份,去离子水11份,硫酸3份,硫酸钡0.5份,炭黑0.1份,木素磺酸钠0.1份,聚酯纤维0.05份;
上述氧化铅粉粒径为1-3μm,氧化铅粉中混合有质量百分比为0.35%的粒径为3-5μm的氧化锡、氧化镁混合物,聚酯纤维的长度为1-3mm。
所述电解质包括按重量份计,10份的主料和90份基料;所述主料为二氧化硅含量为10%的硅酸钠,所述基料包括,40份硫酸、0.3份阻氧剂、0.01份分析纯级丙三醇、0.01添加剂和50份去离子水。所述阻氢剂为Bi2O3、Ga(OH)2、ZnSO4与苯胺、喹啉的混合物,所述添加剂(NH4)2SO4。
实施例3:
一种铅晶蓄电池,包括:所述正极板包括,正极铅膏和正极栅板,所述正极铅膏包括按质量份计,氧化铅粉100份,去离子水15份,硫酸4份,石墨0.5份,聚酯纤维0.1份;
所述负极板包括,负极铅膏和负极栅板,所述负极铅膏包括按质量份计,铅粉100份,去离子水15份,硫酸4份,硫酸钡3份,炭黑0.3份,木素磺酸钠0.3份,聚酯纤维0.1份;
上述氧化铅粉粒径为1-3μm,氧化铅粉中混合有质量百分比为0.4%的粒径为3-5μm的硫酸镁、硫酸钙混合物,聚酯纤维的长度为1-3mm。
所述电解质包括按重量份计,20份的主料和80份基料;所述主料为二氧化硅含量为20%的硅酸钠,所述基料包括,45份硫酸、0.5份阻氧剂、0.1份分析纯级丙三醇、0.05添加剂和60份去离子水。所述阻氢剂为Bi2O3,10g/L异喹啉,10g/LPb(NO3)2,所述添加剂为谷氨酸。
Claims (9)
1.一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,包括正极板、负极板和电解质:
所述正极板包括,正极铅膏和正极栅板,所述正极铅膏包括按质量份计,氧化铅粉100份,去离子水11-20份,硫酸3-5份,石墨0.1-1份,短纤维0.05-0.15份;
所述负极板包括,负极铅膏和负极栅板,所述负极铅膏包括按质量份计,铅粉100份,去离子水11-20份,硫酸3-5份,硫酸钡0.5-5份,炭黑0.1-0.5份,木素磺酸钠0.1-0.5份,短纤维0.05-0.15份;
所述电解质包括按重量份计,10-30份的主料和70-90份基料;所述主料为二氧化硅含量为10-30%的硅酸钠,所述基料包括,40-50份硫酸、0.3-0.8份阻氧剂、0.01-0.2份阻氢剂、0.01-0.1添加剂和50-60份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,
所述阻氢剂为有机物和金属化合物组成的混合物;
所述有机物为N-甲基吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、苯胺、酰胺、松香胺、硫脲及硫脲衍生物、肉桂醛、糠醛、戊基1,2-双(二甲基胺)-丙酮、杂环酮胺、脱氢松香咪唑啉、N-乙烯基吡啶聚合物、烷基吡啶鎓黄原酸盐、吡啶及吡啶衍生物、喹啉、异喹啉、异喹啉衍生物中的一种或任意两种的混合物;
所述金属化合物为铅、锌、镉、钡、钙、铝、砷、锑、镓、汞、铋的氧化物、盐、氢氧化物或金属的离子配合物中任意1-3种的混合物;所述金属的盐为硫酸盐、硝酸盐、磷酸盐、碳酸盐中的一种;所述金属的离子配合物的配体为氨基(-NH3)、氰基(-CN)或硫氰基(-SCN)中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,所述添加剂为CoSO4, Na2SO4,(NH4)2SO4,谷氨酸,天冬氨酸,磷酸,柠檬酸,柠檬酸钠,氮川三醋酸二钠中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,所述阻氧剂为分析纯级丙三醇。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,所述氧化铅粉的粒径为1-3μm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,所述短纤维的长度为1-3mm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,所述短纤维为聚酯纤维或聚丙烯纤维。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,所述氧化铅粉中混合有质量百分比为0.35%-0.5%的改性颗粒,所述改性颗粒为三氧化二锑、五氧化二锑、氧化锡、氧化镁、氧化钙、硫酸镁、硫酸钙中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种铅晶蓄电池,其特征在于,所述改性颗粒的粒径为3-5μm。
