Abstract

本发明提供一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂,所述添加剂由4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)40‑60wt%、Sb2O5(五氧化二锑)20‑30wt%、PbO2(二氧化铅)10‑20wt%和聚酯纤维10‑20wt%组成。在正极板制备的同时,加入由4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)、Sb2O5(五氧化二锑)、PbO2(二氧化铅)和聚酯纤维组成的添加剂,提升正极板抗软化能力,增加极板活性物质之间的抗软化能力,延长蓄电池的使用寿命,解决了目前极板活性物质之间抗软化能力不足的问题。

一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂
技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂。
背景技术
目前在制造铅酸蓄电池时,需要对正板进行制备,进而制造蓄电池,而正极板的抗软化能力与蓄电池的寿命有很大的关系,极板活性物质之间结合强度越好,则电池寿命越长。目前对于正极板进行制造,通常是使用铅作为原材料,但是在其抗软化能力不足,极板活性物质之间结合抗软化能力不足。因此,解决目前极板活性物质之间的抗软化能力不足的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂,在正极板制备的同时,加入由4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)、Sb2O5(五氧化二锑)、PbO2(二氧化铅)和聚酯纤维组成的添加剂,提升正极板抗软化能力,增加极板活性物质之间的抗软化能力,延长蓄电池的使用寿命,解决了目前极板活性物质之间抗软化能力不足的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂,所述添加剂由4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)40-60wt%、Sb2O5(五氧化二锑)20-30wt%、PbO2(二氧化铅)10-20wt%和聚酯纤维10-20wt%组成。
进一步改进在于:所述添加剂的用量为每吨铅粉使用5-20kg。
进一步改进在于:所述4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)的规格为3-20μm。
本发明的有益效果:在正极板制备的同时,加入由4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)、Sb2O5(五氧化二锑)、PbO2(二氧化铅)和聚酯纤维组成的添加剂,提升正极板抗软化能力,增加极板活性物质之间的抗软化能力,延长蓄电池的使用寿命,解决了目前极板活性物质之间抗软化能力不足的问题。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂,所述添加剂由4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)60wt%、Sb2O5(五氧化二锑)20wt%、PbO2(二氧化铅)10wt%和聚酯纤维10wt%组成,所述添加剂的用量为每吨铅粉使用5kg,所述4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)的规格为3μm。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂,所述添加剂由4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)40wt%、Sb2O5(五氧化二锑)30wt%、PbO2(二氧化铅)20wt%和聚酯纤维20wt%组成,所述添加剂的用量为每吨铅粉使用20kg,所述4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)的规格为20μm。

1.一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂由4BS(四碱式硫酸铅)40-60wt%、Sb2O5(五氧化二锑)20-30wt%、PbO2(二氧化铅)10-20wt%和聚酯纤维10-20wt%组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种提高铅酸电池正极抗软化能力及电池寿命的添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂的用量为每吨铅粉使用5-20kg。
