一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,涉及滤清器加工技术领域,由以下原料制成:竹浆60‑80份、聚四氟乙烯纤维15‑25份、乙酸乙酯乳液6‑8份、硅丙乳液10‑20份、田菁胶25‑35份、瓜儿冬胶16‑18份、甲基硅油15‑25份、藻酸丙二醇酯6‑8份、甘油8‑10份、果胶15‑25份、卡拉胶10‑20份、双性玉米淀粉15‑25份、水130‑140份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,原料易得,通过采用具有塑性的双性玉米淀粉与生物胶作为原料与乳液进行合并后制备浆料直接进行滤纸浸泡后,使得普通滤纸增强挺度,保证了滤纸的品质性能,便于长久使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及滤清器加工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸。
背景技术
汽油滤清器简称汽滤,汽油滤清器有化油器式和电喷式之分,使用化油器的汽油发动机,汽油滤清器位于输油泵进口一侧,工作压力较小,一般采用尼龙外壳,电喷式发动机的汽油滤清器位于输油泵的出口一侧,工作压力较高,通常采用金属外壳,汽油滤清器的滤芯多采用滤纸,也有使用尼龙布、高分子材料的汽油滤清器主要功能是滤除汽油中的杂质,如果汽油滤清器过脏或堵塞,线式滤纸汽油滤清器:汽油滤清器在此类汽油滤清器内部,折叠的滤纸和塑料或金属滤器的两端连接,污油进入后,由滤清器外壁经过层层滤纸过滤后到达中心,洁净的燃油流出。
汽油滤清器主要功能是滤除汽油中的杂质,其主要是采用滤纸进行过滤,因此滤纸的质地品质是影响滤清器品质的直接因素,由于滤纸在实际的工作中长期与汽油接触,因此长久浸在汽油中,滤纸质地会变得松软,产生大量细小皱褶,便会造成滤纸的汽油通过性受到影响,因此如何保持滤纸挺度不变是保证滤清器性能的重要因素。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,加工方法简单,使用效果好的用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
竹浆60-80份、聚四氟乙烯纤维15-25份、乙酸乙酯乳液6-8份、硅丙乳液10-20份、田菁胶25-35份、瓜儿冬胶16-18份、甲基硅油15-25份、藻酸丙二醇酯6-8份、甘油8-10份、果胶15-25份、卡拉胶10-20份、双性玉米淀粉15-25份、水130-140份。
各原料优选份量为:竹浆70份、聚四氟乙烯纤维20份、乙酸乙酯乳液7份、硅丙乳液15份、田菁胶30份、瓜儿冬胶17份、甲基硅油20份、藻酸丙二醇酯7份、甘油9份、果胶20份、卡拉胶15份、双性玉米淀粉20份、水135份。
所述的双性玉米淀粉的制备方法为:
①、取100玉米淀粉加入搅拌罐中,加入65份过硫酸铵和60份氯醋酸在常温下进行搅拌35-45min;
②、将上述搅拌后的物料内加入35份阳离子醚化剂,再次搅拌15-25min后,出料烘干磨粉即可得到;
制备上述用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸的方法为:
1)将上述原料中的田菁胶、瓜儿冬胶、果胶和卡拉胶加热熬化,然后将与原料中的双性玉米淀粉加入其中,搅拌得到糊料膏体,进行高温烘干后,磨粉;
2)将原料中的其余原料进行混合后,放入搅拌罐中,将步骤1中的物料加入其中,升温至35-40℃,搅拌25-27min后,过滤后得到浆液;
3)取市售滤纸,将其预先湿润后,直接放入浆液中,常温浸泡2-3h后,升温至60-80℃,再次浸泡3-5h,再将至室温,浸泡1-2h后,取出挤出滤纸上多余浆液;
4)将步骤3处理后的滤纸放入烘箱中,烘干至滤纸含水率为3-5%后,进行表面压平处理后,即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,原料易得,通过采用具有塑性的双性玉米淀粉与生物胶作为原料与乳液进行合并后制备浆料直接进行滤纸浸泡后,使得普通滤纸增强挺度,保证了滤纸的品质性能,便于长久使用。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
称取:竹浆60kg、聚四氟乙烯纤维15kg、乙酸乙酯乳液6kg、硅丙乳液10kg、田菁胶25kg、瓜儿冬胶16kg、甲基硅油15kg、藻酸丙二醇酯6kg、甘油8kg、果胶15kg、卡拉胶10kg、双性玉米淀粉15kg、水130kg。
实施例2
称取:竹浆70kg、聚四氟乙烯纤维20kg、乙酸乙酯乳液7kg、硅丙乳液15kg、田菁胶30kg、瓜儿冬胶17kg、甲基硅油20kg、藻酸丙二醇酯7kg、甘油9kg、果胶20kg、卡拉胶15kg、双性玉米淀粉20kg、水135kg。
制备用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸的方法:
1)将上述原料中的田菁胶、瓜儿冬胶、果胶和卡拉胶加热熬化,然后将与原料中的双性玉米淀粉加入其中,搅拌得到糊料膏体,进行高温烘干后,磨粉;
2)将原料中的其余原料进行混合后,放入搅拌罐中,将步骤1中的物料加入其中,升温至35-40℃,搅拌25-27min后,过滤后得到浆液;
3)取市售滤纸,将其预先湿润后,直接放入浆液中,常温浸泡2-3h后,升温至60-80℃,再次浸泡3-5h,再将至室温,浸泡1-2h后,取出挤出滤纸上多余浆液;
4)将步骤3处理后的滤纸放入烘箱中,烘干至滤纸含水率为3-5%后,进行表面压平处理后,即可。

竹浆60-80份、聚四氟乙烯纤维15-25份、乙酸乙酯乳液6-8份、硅丙乳液10-20份、田菁胶25-35份、瓜儿冬胶16-18份、甲基硅油15-25份、藻酸丙二醇酯6-8份、甘油8-10份、果胶15-25份、卡拉胶10-20份、双性玉米淀粉15-25份、水130-140份;
制备上述用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸的方法为:
1)将上述原料中的田菁胶、瓜儿冬胶、果胶和卡拉胶加热熬化,然后将与原料中的双性玉米淀粉加入其中,搅拌得到糊料膏体,进行高温烘干后,磨粉;
2)将原料中的其余原料进行混合后,放入搅拌罐中,将步骤1中的物料加入其中,升温至35-40℃,搅拌25-27min后,过滤后得到浆液;
3)取市售滤纸,将其预先湿润后,直接放入浆液中,常温浸泡2-3h后,升温至60-80℃,再次浸泡3-5h,再将至室温,浸泡1-2h后,取出挤出滤纸上多余浆液;
4)将步骤3处理后的滤纸放入烘箱中,烘干至滤纸含水率为3-5%后,进行表面压平处理后,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,其特征在于:各原料优选份量为:竹浆70份、聚四氟乙烯纤维20份、乙酸乙酯乳液7份、硅丙乳液15份、田菁胶30份、瓜儿冬胶17份、甲基硅油20份、藻酸丙二醇酯7份、甘油9份、果胶20份、卡拉胶15份、双性玉米淀粉20份、水135份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,其特征在于:所述的双性玉米淀粉的制备方法为:
①、取100玉米淀粉加入搅拌罐中,加入65份过硫酸铵和60份氯醋酸在常温下进行搅拌35-45min;
②、将上述搅拌后的物料内加入35份阳离子醚化剂,再次搅拌15-25min后,出料烘干磨粉即可得到。
