一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,涉及滤清器加工技术领域,由以下原料制成:竹浆55‑65份、聚四氟乙烯纤维15‑25份、乙酸乙酯乳液3‑5份、醋丙乳液3‑5份、田菁胶15‑25份、瓜儿冬胶10‑20份、磷酸酯淀粉6‑8份、改性碳酸钙15‑25份、陶瓷纤维粉2‑4份、硅藻土6‑8份、水120‑130份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,原料易得,通过采用高硬度粉末原料与乳液进行合并后制备浆料直接进行滤纸浸泡后,使得普通滤纸增强增韧,保证了滤纸的品质性能,便于长久使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及滤清器加工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸。
背景技术
汽油滤清器简称汽滤,汽油滤清器有化油器式和电喷式之分,使用化油器的汽油发动机,汽油滤清器位于输油泵进口一侧,工作压力较小,一般采用尼龙外壳,电喷式发动机的汽油滤清器位于输油泵的出口一侧,工作压力较高,通常采用金属外壳,汽油滤清器的滤芯多采用滤纸,也有使用尼龙布、高分子材料的汽油滤清器主要功能是滤除汽油中的杂质,如果汽油滤清器过脏或堵塞,线式滤纸汽油滤清器:汽油滤清器在此类汽油滤清器内部,折叠的滤纸和塑料或金属滤器的两端连接,污油进入后,由滤清器外壁经过层层滤纸过滤后到达中心,洁净的燃油流出。
汽油滤清器主要功能是滤除汽油中的杂质,其主要是采用滤纸进行过滤,因此滤纸的质地品质是影响滤清器品质的直接因素,由于滤纸在实际的工作中长期与汽油接触,因此长久浸在汽油中,滤纸实际的韧性及强度会有很大影响,直接导致滤清器的清洁能力下降,甚至导致汽车发动机出现故障。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,加工方法简单,使用效果好的用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
竹浆55-65份、聚四氟乙烯纤维15-25份、乙酸乙酯乳液3-5份、醋丙乳液3-5份、田菁胶15-25份、瓜儿冬胶10-20份、磷酸酯淀粉6-8份、改性碳酸钙15-25份、陶瓷纤维粉2-4份、硅藻土6-8份、水120-130份。
各原料优选份量为:竹浆60份、聚四氟乙烯纤维20份、乙酸乙酯乳液4份、醋丙乳液4份、田菁胶20份、瓜儿冬胶15份、磷酸酯淀粉7份、改性碳酸钙20份、陶瓷纤维粉3份、硅藻土7份、水125份。
所述的改性碳酸钙的制备方法为:
将碳酸钙进行初步粉碎有过100-200目筛,然后将其置放于高温烘烤箱内,升温至120-130℃,高温烘烤20-30min后,自然冷却至室温,出料再次磨粉过300-400目筛,即可得到。
制备上述用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸的方法为:
1)将上述原料中的田菁胶、瓜儿冬胶加热熬化,然后将与原料中的改性碳酸钙、陶瓷纤维粉和硅藻土混合后搅拌得到糊料膏体,进行高温烘干后,磨粉;
2)将原料中的其余原料进行混合后,放入搅拌罐中,将步骤1中的物料加入其中,升温至35-40℃,搅拌25-27min后,过滤后得到浆液;
3)取市售滤纸,将其预先湿润后,直接放入浆液中,常温浸泡2-3h后,升温至60-80℃,再次浸泡3-5h,再将至室温,浸泡1-2h后,取出挤出滤纸上多余浆液;
4)将步骤3处理后的滤纸放入烘箱中,烘干至滤纸含水率为3-5%后,进行表面压平处理后,即可。

实施例1
称取:竹浆55kg、聚四氟乙烯纤维15kg、乙酸乙酯乳液3kg、醋丙乳液3kg、田菁胶15kg、瓜儿冬胶10kg、磷酸酯淀粉6kg、改性碳酸钙15kg、陶瓷纤维粉2kg、硅藻土6kg、水120kg。
实施例2
称取:竹浆60kg、聚四氟乙烯纤维20kg、乙酸乙酯乳液4kg、醋丙乳液4kg、田菁胶20kg、瓜儿冬胶15kg、磷酸酯淀粉7kg、改性碳酸钙20kg、陶瓷纤维粉3kg、硅藻土7kg、水125kg。
制备上述实施例1或2的方法:
1)将上述原料中的田菁胶、瓜儿冬胶加热熬化,然后将与原料中的改性碳酸钙、陶瓷纤维粉和硅藻土混合后搅拌得到糊料膏体,进行高温烘干后,磨粉;
2)将原料中的其余原料进行混合后,放入搅拌罐中,将步骤1中的物料加入其中,升温至35-40℃,搅拌25-27min后,过滤后得到浆液;
3)取市售滤纸,将其预先湿润后,直接放入浆液中,常温浸泡2-3h后,升温至60-80℃,再次浸泡3-5h,再将至室温,浸泡1-2h后,取出挤出滤纸上多余浆液;
4)将步骤3处理后的滤纸放入烘箱中,烘干至滤纸含水率为3-5%后,进行表面压平处理后,即可。

1.一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
竹浆55-65份、聚四氟乙烯纤维15-25份、乙酸乙酯乳液3-5份、醋丙乳液3-5份、田菁胶15-25份、瓜儿冬胶10-20份、磷酸酯淀粉6-8份、改性碳酸钙15-25份、陶瓷纤维粉2-4份、硅藻土6-8份、水120-130份。
制备上述用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸的方法为:
1)将上述原料中的田菁胶、瓜儿冬胶加热熬化,然后将与原料中的改性碳酸钙、陶瓷纤维粉和硅藻土混合后搅拌得到糊料膏体,进行高温烘干后,磨粉;
2)将原料中的其余原料进行混合后,放入搅拌罐中,将步骤1中的物料加入其中,升温至35-40℃,搅拌25-27min后,过滤后得到浆液;
3)取市售滤纸,将其预先湿润后,直接放入浆液中,常温浸泡2-3h后,升温至60-80℃,再次浸泡3-5h,再将至室温,浸泡1-2h后,取出挤出滤纸上多余浆液;
4)将步骤3处理后的滤纸放入烘箱中,烘干至滤纸含水率为3-5%后,进行表面压平处理后,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,其特征在于:各原料优选份量为:竹浆60份、聚四氟乙烯纤维20份、乙酸乙酯乳液4份、醋丙乳液4份、田菁胶20份、瓜儿冬胶15份、磷酸酯淀粉7份、改性碳酸钙20份、陶瓷纤维粉3份、硅藻土7份、水125份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,其特征在于:所述的变性海泡石粉制备方法为:
①将海泡石粉用双氧水泡4-5h后,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
②在海泡石粉中加入其总量10%的硼砂、5%的钠基硼润土、2%的纳米碳、在3500r/min下搅拌25min后,烘干粉碎成超细粉末即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽油滤清器的高强度滤纸,其特征在于:所述的改性碳酸钙的制备方法为:
将碳酸钙进行初步粉碎有过100-200目筛,然后将其置放于高温烘烤箱内,升温至120-130℃,高温烘烤20-30min后,自然冷却至室温,出料再次磨粉过300-400目筛,即可得到。
