Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法,属于造纸技术领域,包括以下步骤:(1)将制作纸张用的原材料按比例混合后加入到水力碎浆机中进行粉碎打浆得到初级浆料;(2)对初级浆料进行筛浆处理后加入陶瓷纤维并在打浆机中制成复合浆料;(3)在复合浆料中加入辅料进行抗腐蚀、增白处理得到均匀浆料;(4)给均匀浆料中加入阻燃剂、抗菌剂、增韧剂搅拌得到备用浆;(5)纸张成型。该方法操作简单,增加了聚四佛乙烯纤维和陶瓷纤维,提高了美术用纸的耐高温性和抗腐蚀性,本发明制备的抗腐蚀的美术用纸还添加了抗菌剂和阻燃剂,提高了美术作品的保存时间和保存质量,本发明的美术用纸制备方法操作简单易,易于推广使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法。
背景技术
纸是中国古代四大发明之一,给中国古代文化的繁荣提供了物质技术的基础。纸的发明结束了古代简牍繁复的历史,大大地促进了文化的传播与发展。纸是劳动人民长期经验的积累和智慧的结晶,用于书写、印刷、绘画或包装等的片状纤维制品。现有的美术领域中,纸的分类更加细化,根据作画风格不同,需要采用不同的纸张,对纸张的特性要求也比较多。
在美术创作中纸是不可或缺的工具之一,美术用纸跟其它纸不同,且根据创作手法的不同,美术用纸的种类也不尽相同,现有的造纸技术已经能够为美术创作者提供各种类型的纸张,使得美术用纸在实际应用中可以发挥很好的艺术效果。
但是美术作品除了具有观赏作用外,还有一个很重要的作用就是收藏价值。由于受收藏环境的影响,空气湿度或者储藏环境酸碱性的变化,对美术作品纸质的腐蚀性增强,现有美术用纸还不能完全满足美术作品长期收藏的要求。且目前具有一定抗腐蚀作用的美术用纸制备工艺复杂,生产周期长。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)碎浆:将制作纸张用的原材料按比例混合后加入到水力碎浆机中进行粉碎打浆形成主料,碎浆度控制在30-450SR,碎浆时间为45-60分钟,并对所述主料进行2-3级水力除渣处理得到初级浆料;
(2)配制浆料:对步骤(1)制备的所述初级浆料进行筛浆处理后加入陶瓷纤维并在打浆机中制成复合浆料,打浆度控制在20-30SR;
(3)抗腐蚀漂白处理:在步骤(2)中的复合浆料中加入辅料进行抗腐蚀、增白处理制成混合浆料;
所述辅料包括1-5份的聚丙烯酰胺、2-10份的羧甲基纤维素、1-4份的聚四佛乙烯纤维和2-6份的漂白剂;
将所述混合浆料、聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素和聚四佛乙烯纤维搅拌混合,在搅拌混合过程中升温至65-75℃,保持温度15-25min,经漂白剂漂白,用打浆机进行打浆,搅拌成均匀浆料,打浆度控制在40-50OSR;
(4)深度处理:给步骤(3)制备好的均匀浆料中加入1-3份阻燃剂、1.2-1.5 份抗菌剂、1-1.2份增韧剂,由搅拌机搅拌20-30min并进行磨浆处理,得到备用浆,磨浆浓度30-45wt%;
(5)纸张成型:将步骤(4)得到的备用浆送入流浆箱,并经过上纸机,依次完成热轧、干燥、抄纸及切纸工作,美术用纸制备完成。
优选地,所述原材料包括木材、草被、竹条和废纸;所述木材占所述原材料总质量的50-60%,所述草被所述占原材料总质量的25-35%,其余占所述原材料总质量的5-25%。
本发明提供的抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法操作简单,在现有美术用纸的制备技术上增加了聚四佛乙烯纤维和陶瓷纤维,提高了美术用纸的耐高温性和抗腐蚀性,使制备的美术用纸能够抵抗空气中化学对美术作品的腐蚀,同时对美术的颜料类物质进行很好的吸附,本发明制备的抗腐蚀的美术用纸还添加了抗菌剂和阻燃剂,使美术作品在长期保存中不易发生氧化,不易滋生细菌性腐蚀,提高了美术作品的保存时间和保存质量,本发明的美术用纸制备方法操作简单易,易于推广使用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)碎浆:将制作纸张用的原材料按比例混合后加入到水力碎浆机中进行粉碎打浆形成主料,碎浆度控制在30-450SR,碎浆时间为50分钟,并对主料进行2级水力除渣处理得到初级浆料;
本实施例中,原材料包括木材、草被、竹条和废纸;木材占原材料总质量的50%,草被占原材料总质量的25%,其余占原材料总质量的25%;
(2)配制浆料:对步骤(1)制备的初级浆料进行筛浆处理后加入陶瓷纤维并在打浆机中制成复合浆料,打浆度控制在20-30SR;
(3)抗腐蚀漂白处理:在步骤(2)中的复合浆料中加入辅料进行抗腐蚀、增白处理制成混合浆料;
辅料包括4份的聚丙烯酰胺、6份的羧甲基纤维素、3份的聚四佛乙烯纤维和5份的漂白剂;
将混合浆料、聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素和聚四佛乙烯纤维搅拌混合,在搅拌混合过程中升温至65℃,保持温度20min,经漂白剂漂白,用打浆机进行打浆,搅拌成均匀浆料,打浆度控制在40-50OSR;
(4)深度处理:给步骤(3)制备好的均匀浆料中加入3份阻燃剂、1.2份抗菌剂、1份增韧剂,由搅拌机搅拌20min并进行磨浆处理,得到备用浆,磨浆浓度30-45wt%;
(5)纸张成型:将步骤(4)得到的备用浆送入流浆箱,并经过上纸机,依次完成热轧、干燥、抄纸及切纸工作,美术用纸制备完成。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)碎浆:将制作纸张用的原材料按比例混合后加入到水力碎浆机进行粉碎打浆形成主料,碎浆度控制在30-450SR,碎浆时间为60分钟,并对主料进行2-3级水力除渣处理得到初级浆料;
本实施例中,原材料包括木材、草被、竹条和废纸;木材占原材料总质量的60%,草被占原材料总质量的35%,其余占原材料总质量的5%;
(2)配制浆料:对步骤(1)制备的初级浆料进行筛浆处理后加入陶瓷纤维并在打浆机中制成复合浆料,打浆度控制在20-30SR;
(3)抗腐蚀漂白处理:在步骤(2)中的复合浆料中加入辅料进行抗腐蚀、增白处理制成混合浆料;
辅料包括5份的聚丙烯酰胺、8份的羧甲基纤维素、4份的聚四佛乙烯纤维和6份漂白剂;
将混合浆料、聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素和聚四佛乙烯纤维搅拌混合,在搅拌混合过程中升温至75℃,保持温度25min,经漂白剂漂白,用打浆机进行打浆,搅拌成均匀浆料,打浆度控制在40-50OSR;
(4)深度处理:给步骤(3)制备好的均匀浆料中加入3份阻燃剂、1.5份抗菌剂、1.2份增韧剂,由搅拌机搅拌30min并进行磨浆处理,得到备用浆,磨浆浓度30-45wt%;
(5)纸张成型:将步骤(4)得到的备用浆送入流浆箱,并经过上纸机,依次完成热轧、干燥、抄纸及切纸工作,美术用纸制备完成。

Claims (2)
1.一种抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)碎浆:将制作纸张用的原材料按比例混合后加入到水力碎浆机中进行粉碎打浆形成主料,碎浆度控制在30-450SR,碎浆时间为45-60分钟,并对所述主料进行2-3级水力除渣处理得到初级浆料;
(2)配制浆料:对步骤(1)制备的所述初级浆料进行筛浆处理后加入陶瓷纤维并在打浆机中制成复合浆料,打浆度控制在20-30SR;
(3)抗腐蚀漂白处理:在步骤(2)中的复合浆料中加入辅料进行抗腐蚀、增白处理制成混合浆料;
所述辅料包括1-5份的聚丙烯酰胺、2-10份的羧甲基纤维素、1-4份的聚四佛乙烯纤维和2-6份的漂白剂;
将所述混合浆料、聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素和聚四佛乙烯纤维搅拌混合,在搅拌混合过程中升温至65-75℃,保持温度15-25min,经漂白剂漂白,用打浆机进行打浆,搅拌成均匀浆料,打浆度控制在40-500SR;
(4)深度处理:给步骤(3)制备好的均匀浆料中加入1-3份阻燃剂、1.2-1.5份抗菌剂、1-1.2份增韧剂,由搅拌机搅拌20-30min并进行磨浆处理,得到备用浆,磨浆浓度30-45wt%;
(5)纸张成型:将步骤(4)得到的备用浆送入流浆箱,并经过上纸机,依次完成热轧、干燥、抄纸及切纸工作,美术用纸制备完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀的美术用纸制备方法,其特征在于,所述原材料包括木材、草被、竹条和废纸;所述木材占所述原材料总质量的50-60%,所述草被所述占原材料总质量的25-35%,其余占所述原材料总质量的5-25%。
