本发明涉及一种美术绘画用防火纸,它包括80%纤维原料、10%阻燃剂和10%胶粘剂混合制成,所述的胶粘剂包括羧甲基纤维素施胶剂2.5‑3份、苯乙烯‑马来酸酐共聚物1.5‑2.5份、铝钒1‑1.5份、松香1.5‑2份、烷基烯酮二聚体1.5‑3份,所述的阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵溶液,质量百分数为20%~30%。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本技术方案采用聚磷酸铵溶液作为阻燃剂,在进行制作纸浆的过程中加入阻燃剂,具有良好的防火隔热的特性,并且制作工艺简单,适合推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及到防火纸材领域,具体是指一种美术绘画用防火纸。
背景技术
当前美术领域绘画类艺术作品越来越被人们所认知并收藏,传统的美术绘画用纸张不具备防火隔热的性能,会给保存或收藏带来极大的隐患。现有技术的美术绘画用防火纸是将纸张浸泡在防火液中,再进行干燥制得,该方法所得的防火纸虽然具有一定的防火性,但使用效果不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是以上技术问题,提供一种美术绘画用防火纸。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种美术绘画用防火纸,它包括80%纤维原料、10%阻燃剂和10%胶粘剂混合制成。
进一步的,所述的胶粘剂包括羧甲基纤维素施胶剂2.5-3份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物1.5-2.5份、铝钒1-1.5份、松香1.5-2份、烷基烯酮二聚体1.5-3份。
进一步的,所述的阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵溶液,质量百分数为20%~30%。
一种美术绘画用防火纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将纤维原料进行打浆、净化、筛选后进入流浆箱内;
步骤二:纸浆在经上网抄造后加入阻燃剂,阻燃剂为为聚磷酸铵溶液,质量百分数为20%~30%,再进行烘干,成形纸张干度为90-95%;
步骤三:使用机械压榨作用进一步脱水,提高纸张干度,纸张干度提高到92-95%;
步骤四:进行表面施胶,采用胶粘剂烘干和压榨后的湿纸进行施胶;
步骤五:对施胶后的纸张进行再次烘干、压光后得到成品。
进一步的,所述的步骤四中,对纸张进行染色,在染料中加入胶粘剂,充分混合后进行染色,然后烘干、压光后得到色纸成品。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本技术方案采用聚磷酸铵溶液作为阻燃剂,在进行制作纸浆的过程中加入阻燃剂,具有良好的防火隔热的特性,并且制作工艺简单,适合推广使用。

一种美术绘画用防火纸,它包括80%纤维原料、10%阻燃剂和10%胶粘剂混合制成。
所述的胶粘剂包括羧甲基纤维素施胶剂2.5-3份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物1.5-2.5份、铝钒1-1.5份、松香1.5-2份、烷基烯酮二聚体1.5-3份。
所述的阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵溶液,质量百分数为20%~30%以磷酸铵盐、尿素为原料,制备了高聚合度聚磷酸铵无机阻燃剂,成本低,使用效果好;
一种美术绘画用防火纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将纤维原料进行打浆、净化、筛选后进入流浆箱内,打浆使纤维产生变形、润胀、压溃切断和细纤维化等作用。通过打浆,可以改变纤维的形态,使纸浆获得某些特性(如机械强度、物理性能),以保证抄成的纸和纸板能取得预期的质量要求;
净化的目的在于去除纸料中相对大的杂质,如金属屑、煤渣等。净化设备的原理是利用密度差来选分杂质。常用设备:锥形除渣机。
目的在于去除纸料中相对密度小而体积大的杂质,如浆团、纤维束、草屑等。常用设备:压力筛。
步骤二:纸浆在经上网抄造后加入阻燃剂,阻燃剂为为聚磷酸铵溶液,质量百分数为20%~30%,进行提高纸张的防火性能,再进行烘干,成形纸张干度为90-95%;
步骤三:使用机械压榨作用进一步脱水,提高纸张干度,纸张干度提高到92-95%;
利用机械压榨作用进一步脱水提高纸幅干度。同时增加纸的紧度及纸的强度,改善纸的表面性质(如平滑度)。机械压榨脱水在经济上是比较合算的。采用新式复合压榨,湿纸页出压榨部的干度可达48—50%;
步骤四:进行表面施胶,采用胶粘剂烘干和压榨后的湿纸进行施胶;
步骤五:对施胶后的纸张进行再次烘干、压光后得到成品。
所述的步骤四中,对纸张进行染色,在染料中加入胶粘剂,充分混合后进行染色,然后烘干、压光后得到色纸成品,通过在施胶剂中添加染料,进行表面施胶染色,明显节约染料的使用量。
实施例一:
步骤一:将纤维原料进行打浆、净化、筛选后进入流浆箱内;
步骤二:纸浆在经上网抄造后加入阻燃剂,阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵溶液,质量百分数为20%~30%,再进行烘干,成形纸张干度为90-95%;
步骤三:使用机械压榨作用进一步脱水,提高纸张干度,纸张干度提高到92-95%;
步骤四:进行表面施胶,采用胶粘剂烘干和压榨后的湿纸进行施胶,胶粘剂包括羧甲基纤维素施胶剂2.5份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物1.5份、铝钒1份、松香1.5份、烷基烯酮二聚体1.5份;
步骤五:对施胶后的纸张进行再次烘干、压光后得到成品。
实施例二:美术绘画用防火纸生产工艺同实施例一,但在步骤四中,胶粘剂包括羧甲基纤维素施胶剂2.8份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物1.7份、铝钒1.2份、松香1.7份、烷基烯酮二聚体3份。
实施例三:美术绘画用防火纸生产工艺同实施例一,但在步骤四中,胶粘剂包括羧甲基纤维素施胶剂3份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物2.5份、铝钒1.5份、松香1.5份、烷基烯酮二聚体1.5份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美术绘画用防火纸,其特征在于:所述的胶粘剂包括羧甲基纤维素施胶剂2.5-3份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物1.5-2.5份、铝钒1-1.5份、松香1.5-2份、烷基烯酮二聚体1.5-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种美术绘画用防火纸,其特征在于:所述的阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵溶液,质量百分数为20%~30%。
4.一种美术绘画用防火纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将纤维原料进行打浆、净化、筛选后进入流浆箱内;
步骤二:纸浆在经上网抄造后加入阻燃剂,阻燃剂为为聚磷酸铵溶液,质量百分数为20%~30%,再进行烘干,成形纸张干度为90-95%;
步骤三:使用机械压榨作用进一步脱水,提高纸张干度,纸张干度提高到92-95%;
步骤四:进行表面施胶,采用胶粘剂烘干和压榨后的湿纸进行施胶;
步骤五:对施胶后的纸张进行再次烘干、压光后得到成品。
