Abstract
减少复漂的前处理工艺,涉及纺织技术领域,主要由烧毛、浸渍、冷堆、煮练、煮练堆置、水洗、漂白、再堆置和再水洗工艺步骤组成。特点是:在浸渍液后、煮练前将面料置于进行10~30℃的环境温度下冷堆。本发明在原工艺基础上引进了冷堆工艺步骤,可减少一道长车氧漂,能耗降低,同时减少了污水排放的量。本发明适合对全棉、涤棉、棉包氨纶、棉锦等面料的处理,用此工艺生产的面料,质量达到原工艺复漂后的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,特别是织物的后处理工艺技术。
背景技术
漂白布白度要求高,正常的加工流程为烧毛、退煮漂、复漂,此工艺能耗较高。
现行的退煮漂、复漂工艺存在的缺陷:
1、用退煮漂、复漂工艺生产时降强相对较大,产生氧化洞的风险增大,产生的疵布率相对较高点。
2、用退煮漂、复漂工艺生产时消耗较高,尤其是水电汽消耗和污水的排放量相对较多。
3、用退煮漂、复漂工艺生产时机台的产能受到影响,使整体产能降低近一半,从而影响效益。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提出一种能克服以上现有技术缺陷的前处理工艺,以减少复漂工艺。
本发明主要由烧毛、浸渍、冷堆、煮练、煮练堆置、水洗、漂白、再堆置和再水洗工艺步骤组成。特点是:在浸渍液后、煮练前将面料置于进行10~30℃的环境温度下冷堆。
本发明的工艺特点:在原工艺基础上引进了冷堆工艺步骤,可减少一道长车氧漂,能耗降低,同时减少了污水排放的量。本发明适合对全棉、涤棉、棉包氨纶、棉锦等面料的处理,用此工艺生产的面料,质量达到原工艺复漂后的效果。
本工艺的优点:
1、节约生产成本,提高了煮漂机的产能和效率,为保证产能减少了设备的投入。
2、避免了复漂导致的污水的排放。
另外,本发明所述冷堆的堆置时间为24±1小时。由于在10~30℃的环境温度下冷堆,温度低,必须要有充分的作用时间,让工作液能与面料内的杂质充分反应,以保证后续加工能达到要求(如白度、毛效等)。
具体实施方式
现以50S全棉面料为例,具体生产工艺步骤有:烧毛、浸渍、冷堆、煮练、煮练堆置、水洗、漂白、再堆置和再水洗。
1、烧毛:
车速 110m/min;
风压 13bar;
火口只数 2 ,正反面烧毛,烧毛等级 3-4级。
2、浸渍:
车速为:60±5m/min。
采用的浸渍液配方为:NaOH:190g/L(滴定值50-55g/L)、H2O2:77g/L(滴定值20-22g/L)、HOP稳定剂:12g/L、CPB-2精炼剂:20g/L、HAS裂解剂:2g/L,其余为水。
3、冷堆:
冷堆时的环境温度为10~30℃,堆置时间:24±1小时,根据温度来确定时间。
4、煮练:
车速为:60m/min;
第1至4级水洗温度为90~95℃;
在浸轧槽内置入煮练用液,配方:
NaOH:116 (滴定值40-45ml/kg);KE:5 g/L;HD-X:5 g/L;其余为水。
煮练用液的温度为:50±2℃。
5、煮练堆置:
堆置蒸箱温度为101~103℃;
堆置时间:60~65min。
6、水洗:
第5至10级水洗温度为90~95℃。
7、漂白:
车速:60 m/min;
第11级水洗温度为30~40℃。
漂白液配方为:净棉素:设定值20kg,NaOH滴定值3-3.5g/l;H2O2:18.4(滴定值5~5.5g/L);HD-X:3g/ L;其余为水。
漂白液工作温度为:30~40℃。
8、再堆置:
堆置环境温度:97~100℃
堆置时间:30min
9、再水洗:
下道工序为丝光的品种第12至16级水洗温度为90~95℃;如下道工序为定型的品种第12至14级水洗温度为90~95℃,第15水洗温度为60℃,调酸pH值为4.5~5 ,第16水洗温度为60℃。
对涤棉、棉包氨纶、棉锦等面料采用以上工艺进行前处理,同样也能达到原工艺复漂后的效果,同时减少一道长车氧漂,能耗降低,同时减少了污水排放的量。

1.减少复漂的前处理工艺,包括烧毛、浸渍液、冷堆、煮练、煮练堆置、水洗、漂白、再堆置和再水洗工艺步骤,其特征在于:在浸渍液后、煮练前将面料置于进行10~30℃的环境温度下冷堆。
2.根据权利要求1所述减少复漂的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述冷堆的堆置时间为24±1小时。
