Abstract

一种胶浆印花水性色浆用颜料红22的制备方法,由以下步骤实现:用大红色基G制备重氮盐溶液,用非离子的表面活性剂及氢氧化钠制备色酚AS的溶液,其中非离子表面活性剂的HLB值需在12‑13.5之间,采用正偶合的方法制备颜料,升温使颜料转型,制备的颜料色力高,颜色鲜艳。本发明所述的一种胶浆印花水性色浆用颜料红22的制备方法,采用亲水性较弱的非离子表面活性剂制备偶和液,偶合之后颜料的粒子较大,制备的颜料色力高,颜色鲜艳,且颜料的亲水性不强,制备水性色浆后用于胶浆印花,无渗色现象,耐水洗牢度好。

一种胶浆印花水性色浆用颜料红22的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机颜料的制备方法,尤其涉及一种胶浆印花水性色浆用颜料红22的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术制备的颜料红22水性色浆应用在胶浆印花中会出现皂洗牢度差的现象,原因是现有颜料红22的合成工艺导致颜料的粒子太细,且颜料亲水性太强,颜料粒子在水中易发生迁移,导致胶浆印花耐水性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种胶浆印花水性色浆用颜料红22的制备方法,采用亲水性较弱的非离子表面活性剂制备偶和液,偶合之后颜料的粒子较大,制备的颜料色力高,颜色鲜艳,且颜料的亲水性不强,制备水性色浆后用于胶浆印花,无渗色现象,耐水洗牢度好。
本发明所述的一种胶浆印花水性色浆用颜料红22的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤实现:
1、坚固大红22的合成:
a、重氮液的制备:0.1mol大红色基G,加0.22mol的HCL,加去离子水14moL,打浆半小时后,降温至0℃以下,加入0.1mol亚硝酸钠,重氮化,继续搅拌1h;
b、偶和液的制备:用非离子的表面活性剂及氢氧化钠制备色酚AS的溶液,其中非离子表面活性剂的HLB值需在12-13.5之间,具体的为用15moL的去离子水溶解非离子表面活性剂,加入0.22mol的氢氧化钠,升温到100℃,加入0.1mol色酚AS,溶解后降温至30-50℃;
c、将重氮液加入偶和液中进行快速偶合,调节pH值在10-11之间,无色相后继续搅拌0.5h,升温到100℃,降温过滤,80℃烘干;
2、色浆的制备:
取38g大红颜料22,7g平平加,10g乙二醇,45g去离子水,采用直径0.6mm的氧化锆珠,在4000rpm转速下,研磨1h.过滤后得水性色浆;
3、印花胶浆的制备:
印花胶浆基料由透明胶浆与白胶浆质量比7:3混合均匀,水性色浆与印花胶浆基料以质量比15:85混合,搅拌均匀得印花胶浆;
4、织物印花:
用400目的丝网在棉织物上印花,印一次后烘干然后进行叠印,总共印三次。

1.一种胶浆印花水性色浆用颜料红22的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤实现:

b、偶和液的制备:用非离子的表面活性剂及氢氧化钠制备色酚AS的溶液,其中非离子表面活性剂的HLB值需在12-13.5之间,具体的为用15moL的去离子水溶解非离子表面活性剂,加入0.22mol的氢氧化钠,升温到100℃,加入0.1mol色酚AS,溶解后降温至30-50℃;
c、将重氮液加入偶和液中进行快速偶合,调节pH值在10-11之间,无色相后继续搅拌0.5h,升温到100℃,降温过滤,80℃烘干;
