技术领域
本发明涉及瑜伽器材领域,具体涉及一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械及其加工方法。
背景技术
ETPU俗称“爆米花”料(热塑性聚氨酯)ETPU成型体材料质地柔软、弹性极佳,不但适合制作运动鞋中底和内底,还适合于抗反复冲击,运动防护,阻尼,家居用品,底载荷免充气轮胎等多个领域。
现在大多数传统瑜伽器械都是采用EVA泡沫;橡胶泡沫;PU泡沫。但EVAPU制作过程中汇产生对人体有害残留物,此外,EVA和橡胶发泡材料还存在弹性较差和永久形变较大的问题。PU发泡材料发泡过程中存在对人体有害的异氰酸酯残留物,由于分子链结构交联,发泡材料无法回收利用。
与之相比ETPU无色无味,可降解,更环保,耐热,耐磨,耐撕扯,止滑,减震,高回弹力,抗菌,透气,人们在进行瑜伽训练时候对人的膝部关节有一定的保护作用。
目前使用ETPU材料生产瑜伽柱还没有,目前瑜伽柱都是传统的瑜伽柱采用EVA材料制作,而且目前瑜伽柱设计都很传统,不能满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械及其加工方法,解决上述一个或者多个问题。
本发明提供一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械,它包括柱体、环形管,柱体是空心柱体,柱体内部开有药槽,药槽上面开有若干圆孔通往柱体外侧,药槽内装有药袋,药袋内装有保健性中药,柱体中间装有环形管,柱体内侧与环形管外侧紧密配合;柱体采用ETPU材料一体浇筑成型;柱体外表面是按摩外层。
在一些实施方式中,环形管设计成左环形管和右环形管,左环形管一端设计有环形卡台,另一端端部开有环形插槽,环形插槽底部设计有环形卡槽,右环形管一端设计有环形卡台,另一端端部设计有环形插板,环形插板内侧设计有环形凸起,柱体两侧对应左环形管的环形卡台和右环形管的环形卡台分别设计有环形凹槽,左环形管的环形卡台和右环形管的环形卡台分别对应卡在柱体两侧环形凹槽内,右环形管的环形插板插在左环形管的环形插槽内,环形插板内侧环形凸起卡在环形插槽底部的环形卡槽内。
一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,具体在于以下步骤,
1)采用专用的ETPU材料倒入成型模具中浇筑柱体;
2)环形管采用塑料制造成型;
3)向药袋内装有保健性中药,封袋,把装好药的药袋放入柱体内的药槽中,同时通过环形管,左右同时插入安装好,把药袋密封在药槽内,成品出库。
在一些实施方式中,第1)步骤中专用的ETPU材料的原料配比是聚乙烯醋酸乙烯48-49份、热塑性聚氨酯45-65份、改性聚丙烯15-35份、线性低密度聚乙烯11-12份、POE聚烯弹性体和/或SBS热塑性橡胶3-5份、纳米银离子颗粒2-12份、交联剂1-3份、接枝助剂1-2.5份、填充补强剂6-22份、加工助剂2.5-6份、辅助原料2.2-3.8份,且通过以下步骤制备:
(S1)、发泡粒料制备:将聚乙烯醋酸乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、改性聚丙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、POE聚烯弹性体和/或SBS热塑性橡胶、纳米银离子颗粒、交联剂、加工助剂按比例充分混合后,密炼机组密炼造粒制得发泡粒料,密炼机造粒温度150℃,密炼时间20min,造粒机造粒温度120℃;
(S2)、ETPU制备:将制得粒料充分搅拌后,加入接枝助剂进行接枝改性,接枝助剂质量分数1.5-3%充分混合后在双螺杆挤出机挤出切粒,口模压力设定20-40Mpa,口模温度设定120-160℃,制得ETPU发泡微球;
(S3)、发泡微球粘合:所制得的ETPU发泡微球,选择特定的发泡倍率,相对应的密度,以水性聚氨酯为熔体在常温下均匀搅拌,放置45分钟,制得ETPU发泡微球初坯溶体;
(S4):模压定型:将制得发泡熔体导入既定的模腔,施加一定的压力,压力设定10-20Mpa,在90-105度左右热压成型,模具的形状根据制品所需形状1∶1设定。
在一些实施方式中,改性聚丙烯为嵌段共聚聚丙烯,其成分有乙烯丙烯共聚单体、丙烯单体组成,采用茂金属催化技术制得所述的改性聚丙烯为嵌段共聚聚丙烯,其成分有乙烯丙烯共聚单体、丙烯单体组成,采用茂金属催化技术制得;POE聚烯弹性体为乙烯与辛或α型烯聚合的共聚体,SBS热塑性橡胶为苯乙烯与丁二烯共聚物。
在一些实施方式中,纳米银离子颗粒为偶氮二甲酰胺、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者按比例混合而成。
在一些实施方式中,交联剂为交联剂为(TMP/TMA)三羟甲基丙烷、三甲基丙烯酸,过氧化二异丙苯,一种或者多种混合而成;所述接枝助剂为三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯,多元官能基团酯化物。
在一些实施方式中,加工助剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、氧化锌、石蜡,一种或者多种混合而成。
在一些实施方式中,填充补强剂为白炭黑,学名二氧化硅,粒径1500目,辅助材料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、颜料。
在一些实施方式中,按摩外层呈波浪状或呈若干圆形凸起。

图4为本发明一种实施方式的一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的外表面外表面设计有若干圆形凸起视图。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述说明。
本发明提供一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械,如图1所示,它包括柱体1、环形管2,柱体1是空心柱体,柱体1内部开有药槽3,药槽3上面开有若干圆孔4通往柱体外侧,药槽3内装有药袋5,药袋5内装有保健性中药,柱体1中间装有环形管2,柱体1内侧与环形管2外侧紧密配合;柱体1采用ETPU材料一体浇筑成型;柱体1外表面是按摩外层,按摩外层呈波浪状11或外表面设计有若干圆形凸起12。
药槽3设计成若干个小的方型槽或环形凹槽,方型槽或环形凹槽上端开有若干圆孔4,这样药袋5可做成小型药袋,每个药袋内放置不同中药。
环形管2设计成左环形管21和右环形管22,左环形管21一端设计有环形卡台211,另一端端部开有环形插槽212,环形插槽212底部设计有环形卡槽213,右环形管22一端设计有环形卡台221,另一端端部设计有环形插板222,环形插板222内侧设计有环形凸起223,柱体1两侧对应左环形管的环形卡台211和右环形管的环形卡台221分别设计有左环形凹槽13和右环形凹槽14,左环形管的环形卡台211和右环形管的环形卡台221分别对应卡在柱体两侧左环形凹槽13和右环形凹槽14内,且右环形管的环形插板222插在左环形管的环形插槽212内,环形插板内侧环形凸起223卡在环形插槽底部的环形卡槽213内。
一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,具体步骤如下,
1).采用专用的ETPU材料倒入成型模具中浇筑柱体;
2).环形管采用塑料制造成型;
3).向药袋内装有保健性中药,封袋,把装好药的药袋放入柱体1内的药槽3中,同时通过环形管2,左右同时插入安装好,把药袋密封在所述药槽3内,成品出库。
第1)步骤中专用的ETPU材料的原料配比是聚乙烯醋酸乙烯48-49份、热塑性聚氨酯45-65份、改性聚丙烯15-35份、线性低密度聚乙烯11-12份、POE聚烯弹性体和/或SBS热塑性橡胶3-5份、纳米银离子颗粒2-12份、交联剂1-3份、接枝助剂1-2.5份、填充补强剂6-22份、加工助剂2.5-6份、辅助原料2.2-3.8份,且通过以下步骤制备:
(S1)、发泡粒料制备:将聚乙烯醋酸乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、改性聚丙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、POE聚烯弹性体和/或SBS热塑性橡胶、纳米银离子颗粒、交联剂、加工助剂按比例充分混合后,密炼机组密炼造粒制得发泡粒料,密炼机造粒温度150℃,密炼时间20min,造粒机造粒温度120℃;
(S2)、ETPU制备:将制得粒料充分搅拌后,加入接枝助剂进行接枝改性,接枝助剂质量分数1.5-3%充分混合后在双螺杆挤出机挤出切粒,口模压力设定20-40Mpa,口模温度设定120-160℃,制得ETPU发泡微球;
(S3)、发泡微球粘合:所制得的ETPU发泡微球,选择特定的发泡倍率,相对应的密度,以水性聚氨酯为熔体在常温下均匀搅拌,放置45分钟,制得ETPU发泡微球初坯溶体;
(S4):模压定型:将制得发泡熔体导入既定的模腔,施加一定的压力,压力设定10-20Mpa,在90-105度左右热压成型,模具的形状根据制品所需形状1∶1设定。
改性聚丙烯为嵌段共聚聚丙烯,其成分有乙烯丙烯共聚单体、丙烯单体组成,采用茂金属催化技术制得所述的改性聚丙烯为嵌段共聚聚丙烯,其成分有乙烯丙烯共聚单体、丙烯单体组成,采用茂金属催化技术制得;POE聚烯弹性体为乙烯与辛或α型烯聚合的共聚体,SBS热塑性橡胶为苯乙烯与丁二烯共聚物。
纳米银离子颗粒为偶氮二甲酰胺、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者按比例混合而成。
交联剂为交联剂为(TMP/TMA)三羟甲基丙烷、三甲基丙烯酸,过氧化二异丙苯,一种或者多种混合而成;所述接枝助剂为三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯,多元官能基团酯化物。
加工助剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、氧化锌、石蜡,一种或者多种混合而成。
填充补强剂为白炭黑,学名二氧化硅,粒径1500目,辅助材料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、颜料。
本发明具有以下优点,设计简单巧妙,产品结构合理紧凑,可以降解,更环保,耐热,耐磨,耐撕扯,止滑,减震,高回弹力,抗菌,透气,非常适合人们健身瑜伽使用,产品还可以药用保健,可以通过练习瑜伽结合药疗,提高对人身体保健,满足市场需求。
本发明采用专用的ETPU材料的原料配比是聚乙烯醋酸乙烯48-49份、热塑性聚氨酯45-65份、改性聚丙烯15-35份、线性低密度聚乙烯11-12份、POE聚烯弹性体和/或SBS热塑性橡胶3-5份、纳米银离子颗粒2-12份、交联剂1-3份、接枝助剂1-2.5份、填充补强剂6-22份、加工助剂2.5-6份、辅助原料2.2-3.8份。通过上述配方及配合制备工艺,可以大幅降低ETPU的生产成本,为ETPU的普及奠定基础,成本可降至现在ETPU生产成本的20%,大幅降低了成本,而且保证了产品的质量,使用寿命是现有EVA的4倍以上,最重要的是可以降解,十分的环保,有利于保护环境。
而且采用ETPU材料,不但可以制作本发明的产品,还可以应用于各种瑜伽器械中,如瑜伽垫、瑜伽球等,通过长期的测试得出,ETPU材料应用于瑜伽垫中效果最好,获得用户的广泛认可,使用寿命是现有EVA的5倍以上。
本发明通过加入有纳米银离子颗粒,发散出的纳米银离子,具有抗菌杀菌的作用,可以在数分钟内杀死多种对人体有害的病菌;渗透性强,可由毛孔迅速渗入皮下杀菌,促进愈合,改善创伤周围组织,有效地激活并促进组织细胞的生长,加速伤口的愈合,减少疤痕的生成等优点。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械,其特征在于,它包括柱体(1)、环形管(2),所述柱体(1)是空心柱体,所述柱体(1)内部开有药槽(3),所述药槽(3)上面开有若干圆孔(4)通往所述柱体(1)的外侧,所述药槽(3)内装有药袋(5),所述药袋(5)内装有保健性中药,所述柱体(1)中间装有环形管(2),所述柱体(1)内侧与所述环形管(2)外侧紧密配合;所述柱体(1)采用ETPU材料一体浇筑成型;所述柱体(1)外表面是按摩外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械,其特征在于,所述环形管(2)设计成左环形管(21)和右环形管(22),所述左环形管(21)一端设计有左环形管的环形卡台(211),另一端端部开有环形插槽(212),所述环形插槽(212)底部设计有环形卡槽(213),所述右环形管(22)一端设计有右环形管的环形卡台(221),另一端端部设计有环形插板(222),环形插板(222)内侧设计有环形凸起(223),所述柱体(1)两侧对应左环形管的环形卡台(211)和右环形管的环形卡台(221)分别设计有左环形凹槽(13)和右环形凹槽(14),所述左环形管的环形卡台(211)和所述右环形管的环形卡台(221)分别对应卡在柱体两侧左环形凹槽(13)和右环形凹槽(14)内,且所述右环形管的环形插板(222)插在左环形管的环形插槽(212)内,环形插板内侧环形凸起(223)卡在环形插槽底部的环形卡槽(213)内。
3.一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,其特征在于,
1).用专用的ETPU材料倒入成型模具中浇筑柱体;
2).形管采用塑料制造成型;
3).药袋内装有保健性中药,封袋,把装好药的药袋放入柱体(1)内的药槽(3)中,同时通过环形管(2),左右同时插入安装好,把药袋密封在所述药槽(3)内,成品出库。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,其特征在于,所述第1)步骤中专用的ETPU材料的原料配比是聚乙烯醋酸乙烯48-49份、热塑性聚氨酯45-65份、改性聚丙烯15-35份、线性低密度聚乙烯11-12份、POE聚烯弹性体和/或SBS热塑性橡胶3-5份、纳米银离子颗粒2-12份、交联剂1-3份、接枝助剂1-2.5份、填充补强剂6-22份、加工助剂2.5-6份、辅助原料2.2-3.8份,且通过以下步骤制备:
(S1)、发泡粒料制备:将聚乙烯醋酸乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、改性聚丙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、POE聚烯弹性体和/或SBS热塑性橡胶、纳米银离子颗粒、交联剂、加工助剂按比例充分混合后,密炼机组密炼造粒制得发泡粒料,密炼机造粒温度150℃,密炼时间20min,造粒机造粒温度120℃;
(S2)、ETPU制备:将制得粒料充分搅拌后,加入接枝助剂进行接枝改性,接枝助剂质量分数1.5-3%充分混合后在双螺杆挤出机挤出切粒,口模压力设定20-40Mpa,口模温度设定120-160℃,制得ETPU发泡微球;
(S3)、发泡微球粘合:所制得的ETPU发泡微球,选择特定的发泡倍率,相对应的密度,以水性聚氨酯为熔体在常温下均匀搅拌,放置45分钟,制得ETPU发泡微球初坯溶体;
(S4):模压定型:将制得发泡熔体导入既定的模腔,施加一定的压力,压力设定10-20Mpa,在90-105度左右热压成型,模具的形状根据制品所需形状1∶1设定。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的改性聚丙烯为嵌段共聚聚丙烯,其成分有乙烯丙烯共聚单体、丙烯单体组成,采用茂金属催化技术制得;POE聚烯弹性体为乙烯与辛或α型烯聚合的共聚体,SBS热塑性橡胶为苯乙烯与丁二烯共聚物。
6.根据权利要求4所述一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,其特征在于,所述纳米银离子颗粒为偶氮二甲酰胺、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者按比例混合而成。
7.根据权利要求4所述一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,其特征在于,所述交联剂为交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷、三甲基丙烯酸,过氧化二异丙苯,一种或者多种混合而成;所述接枝助剂为三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯,多元官能基团酯化物。
8.根据权利要求4所述一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,其特征在于,所述加工助剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、氧化锌、石蜡,一种或者多种混合而成。
9.根据权利要求4所述一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械的加工方法,其特征在于,所述填充补强剂为白炭黑,学名二氧化硅,粒径1500目,辅助材料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、颜料。
10.根据权利要求1所述一种具有药用杀菌功能的瑜伽器械,其特征在于,所述按摩外层呈波浪状(11)或呈若干圆形凸起(12)。
