一种超轻质高弹性耐磨鞋底及制备工艺,按质量百分比计由75~85%的橡塑组合物和18~22%的橡塑助剂两大组分组成,橡塑组合物组分由50~60%的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、10~15%的异戊橡胶、5~10%的乙烯‑甲基丙烯酸共聚物、15~20%的烯烃嵌段共聚物组成;橡塑助剂组分由30~35%耐磨剂、30~35%填充剂、1.5~3%硫化促进剂、2.5~3.5%的硫化活性剂、4~5%的活性剂、2.5~3.5%的交联剂、10~12%的发泡剂和9~11%的显色剂组成;胶粒的制备工艺为先将配方量的橡塑组合物组分和除发泡剂和交联剂的橡塑助剂组分投入到密炼机中密炼,后加入发泡剂和交联剂,再经开炼、出片、挤出造粒后成超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒;鞋底的成型工艺包括依模具注射成型和硫化成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底,特别涉及一种超轻质高弹性耐磨鞋底及制备工艺,属高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
鞋子,是以鞋底为基础能穿在脚上以防止脚受到伤害的一种物品,是以皮、布、木、草、塑料等为材料制作并穿在脚上用以着地的物品,也是人类必不可少的生活用品,这是对鞋子通用的释义。但是,在现代文明的今天,对于鞋子在传统意义上又加进了许多的功能元素,如休闲鞋、旅游鞋、登山鞋、跑步鞋、舞鞋等等,都在“用以着地的物品”的基础上,加进了特定功能属性。现代的鞋子有了名目繁多的功能元素附加,如何将这些附加的功能元素做的更好,这对于鞋底研发、生产人员来说,是永远无法结题的、充满挑战的课题。
发明内容
为解决现代鞋底在功能元素上尽可能满足市场和消费者需求的技术问题,本发明公开一种超轻质高弹性耐磨鞋底及制备工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种超轻质高弹性耐磨鞋底及制备工艺,按质量百分比计由75~85%的橡塑组合物和18~22%的橡塑助剂两大组分组成,橡塑组合物组分由50~60%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、10~15%的异戊橡胶(IR)、5~10%的乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、15~20%的烯烃嵌段共聚物(BOC)组成;橡塑助剂组分由30~35%耐磨剂、30~35%填充剂、1.5~3%硫化促进剂、2.5~3.5%的硫化活性剂、4~5%的活性剂、2.5~3.5%的交联剂、10~12%的发泡剂和9~11%的显色剂组成;制备工艺包括胶粒的制备工艺和鞋底的成型工艺;胶粒的制备工艺为先将配方量的橡塑组合物组分和橡塑助剂组分中的耐磨剂、填充剂、硫化促进剂、硫化活性剂、活性剂、显色剂投入到密炼机中密炼,后加入发泡剂和交联剂,再经开炼、出片、挤出造粒后成超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒,其中开炼的时间为12分钟,出片为厚片和薄片各出二次,造粒机模头温度为85°C,造粒机加热板温度为80°C,切粒后在冷却桶的搅拌冷却时间为15分钟;鞋底的成型工艺包括依模具注射成型和硫化成型。
填充剂采用的是BHS-818的2000目滑石粉,活性剂采用氧化锌,硫化活性剂采用硬脂酸锌,硫化促进剂采用硬脂酸,显色剂采用R103钛白粉。
交联剂包含过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、过氧化氢二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、二叔丁基过氧化物、2,5-二甲基-2,5 二叔丁基过氧化己烷、双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯,本发明采用双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(BIPB)。
发泡剂包含发泡剂 H 或发泡剂 AC 或发泡剂 OBSH的其中一种。
注射成型的方法是:用任何一种站位式注射成型机对该超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒加热加压,使其成紊流态胶料,将该紊流态胶料注射入模具腔内,以及硫化该模具腔内的紊流态胶料,经冷却、脱模、修边后即成超轻质高弹性耐磨鞋底。
硫化成型的方法是:将既定重量的该超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒投入硫化成型模具的模具腔内、模具进入硫化床加热加压使其成紊流态胶料,硫化该模具腔内的紊流态胶料,经冷却、脱模、修边后即成超轻质高弹性耐磨鞋底。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用以EVA为主结构树脂,配合新型弹性体的烯烃嵌段共聚物(BOC)以及异戊橡胶和乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物,将较低成本、良好的弹性、更宽的应用温度范围、超轻质、高耐磨、抗断裂、耐切口撕裂的特性融合到一体,是追求轻质、高弹性和高耐磨户外鞋类的最佳结构。

具体实施方式

本配方为适应轻质、高弹性和高耐磨户外鞋类的制品要求。制备步骤是:先将配方量的橡塑组合物、耐磨剂、填充剂、硫化促进剂、硫化活性剂、活性剂、显色剂投入到密炼机中密炼,混合8分钟后加入发泡剂和交联剂,再混合4分钟,密炼机温度105℃,再经开炼、挤出造粒后成超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒。
将超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒投入到站位式注射成型机的料斗内,开启注射成型机对超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒加温加压,使其成紊流态胶料,此过程的温度控制在100℃,压力在105MPa。当超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒成为可以注射的紊流态胶料时,将该紊流态胶料注射入模具的模具腔内,硫化该模具腔内的紊流态胶料,硫化温度为170℃,硫化时间为3分钟,胶料进行硫化的同时发泡。达到设定的硫化时间后脱模为成品超轻质高弹性耐磨鞋底。
将既定重量的超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒投入到硫化成型模具的模具腔内,关闭模具并将其送入液压式硫化机的硫化床,对硫化成型模具进行加温加压,使模具腔内的超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒成紊流态胶料的同时,硫化该模具腔内的紊流态胶料,此过程的压力在125MPa,温度为160℃,硫化时间为5分钟,胶料进行硫化的同时发泡。达到设定的硫化时间后脱模为成品的超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒鞋底。

1.一种超轻质高弹性耐磨鞋底及制备工艺,其特征是:按质量百分比计由75~85%的橡塑组合物和18~22%的橡塑助剂两大组分组成,橡塑组合物组分由50~60%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、10~15%的异戊橡胶(IR)、5~10%的乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、15~20%的烯烃嵌段共聚物(BOC)组成;橡塑助剂组分由30~35%耐磨剂、30~35%填充剂、1.5~3%硫化促进剂、2.5~3.5%的硫化活性剂、4~5%的活性剂、2.5~3.5%的交联剂、10~12%的发泡剂和9~11%的显色剂组成;制备工艺包括胶粒的制备工艺和鞋底的成型工艺;胶粒的制备工艺为先将配方量的橡塑组合物组分和橡塑助剂组分中的耐磨剂、填充剂、硫化促进剂、硫化活性剂、活性剂、显色剂投入到密炼机中密炼,后加入发泡剂和交联剂,再经开炼、出片、挤出造粒后成超轻质高弹性耐磨胶粒,其中开炼的时间为12分钟,出片为厚片和薄片各出二次,造粒机模头温度为85°C,造粒机加热板温度为80°C,切粒后在冷却桶的搅拌冷却时间为15分钟;鞋底的成型工艺包括依模具注射成型和硫化成型。
