The composition consists of seven medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicines, and pharmacodynamic experiments show that the composition can enhance the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia capabilities of mice and can also improve the attention of the mice, and the effects are superior to that of the medicines such as ginseng and the like which are used alone, so that the medicine provided by the invention plays a role in synergy.
The composition is safe and effective, has excellent effects of resisting fatigue and improving attention, has a simple preparation method, can be prepared into food, health-care food or medicines, and provides a new choice for practical use.
Obviously, many modifications, substitutions, and variations are possible in light of the above teachings of the invention, without departing from the basic technical spirit of the invention, as defined by the following claims.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples. This should not be understood as limiting the scope of the above-described subject matter of the present invention to the following examples. All the technologies realized based on the above contents of the present invention belong to the scope of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The raw materials and equipment used in the embodiment of the present invention are known products and obtained by purchasing commercially available products.
EXAMPLE 1 preparation of a composition according to the invention
Taking 10kg of Chinese date, 10kg of Chinese yam, 30kg of ginseng, 10kg of rhizoma polygonati, 10kg of arillus longan, 5kg of hawthorn and 25kg of Chinese wolfberry, carrying out reflux extraction for 2 times by using water, adding 12 times of volume of the extract for the first time and 10 times of volume of the extract for the second time, refluxing for 2 hours each time, filtering, combining filtrates, concentrating to a relative density of about 1.25g/ml, adding ethanol to ensure that the ethanol content reaches about 80% v/v, standing, carrying out solid-liquid separation, taking supernate, recovering ethanol, concentrating, drying, crushing the obtained extract, and sieving by using a 60-mesh sieve to obtain 31kg of extract powder.
The extract powder is taken and added with auxiliary materials or auxiliary components acceptable in the fields of food, health-care products or pharmacy to prepare the food, health-care food or medicine.
Example 2 preparation of a composition according to the invention
10kg of Chinese date, 10kg of Chinese yam, 40kg of ginseng, 20kg of rhizoma polygonati, 5kg of arillus longan, 5kg of hawthorn and 15kg of Chinese wolfberry are taken, water is used for reflux extraction for 2 times, 10 times of volume is added for the first time, 8 times of volume is added for the second time, the reflux is carried out for 2 hours each time, filtration is carried out, filtrate is combined, concentration and drying are carried out, the obtained extract is crushed and sieved by a 60-mesh sieve, and 26kg of extract powder is obtained.
The extract powder is taken and added with auxiliary materials or auxiliary components acceptable in the fields of food, health-care products or pharmacy to prepare the food, health-care food or medicine.
EXAMPLE 3 preparation of the composition of the invention
Taking 5kg of Chinese date, 5kg of Chinese yam, 35kg of ginseng, 15kg of rhizoma polygonati, 10kg of arillus longan, 10kg of hawthorn and 20kg of medlar, adding 60% ethanol, refluxing and extracting for 3 times, adding 8 times of volume of the extract for the first time, adding 6 times of volume of the extract for the second time and the third time respectively, refluxing for 1-2 hours each time, filtering, combining the filtrates, recovering ethanol, concentrating, drying, and crushing the obtained extract to obtain 20kg of extract powder.
The extract powder is taken and added with auxiliary materials or auxiliary components acceptable in the fields of food, health-care products or pharmacy to prepare the food, health-care food or medicine.
EXAMPLE 4 preparation of the composition of the invention
Taking 5kg of Chinese date, 5kg of Chinese yam, 20kg of ginseng, 5kg of rhizoma polygonati, 20kg of arillus longan, 10kg of hawthorn and 40kg of Chinese wolfberry, adding 60% ethanol for reflux extraction for 3 times, adding 8 times of volume amount for the first time, adding 6 times of volume amount for the second time and the third time respectively, refluxing for 1-2 hours each time, filtering, combining filtrates, recovering ethanol, concentrating, drying, and crushing the obtained extract to obtain 20kg of extract powder.
The extract powder is taken and added with auxiliary materials or auxiliary components acceptable in the fields of food, health-care products or pharmacy to prepare the food, health-care food or medicine.
EXAMPLE 5 preparation of the composition of the invention
1kg of Chinese date, 20kg of Chinese yam, 1kg of ginseng, 40kg of rhizoma polygonati, 1kg of arillus longan, 20kg of hawthorn and 1kg of Chinese wolfberry are taken, 60% ethanol is added for reflux extraction for 3 times, the volume of the Chinese date is 8 times that of the Chinese date, the volume of the Chinese date is 6 times that of the Chinese date, the Chinese date and the Chinese wolfberry are added for the first time, the Chinese date and the Chinese wolfberry are added for the second time and the third time respectively, the reflux is carried out for 1-2 hours each time, the Chinese date and the Chinese wolfberry are filtered.
The extract powder is taken and added with auxiliary materials or auxiliary components acceptable in the fields of food, health-care products or pharmacy to prepare the food, health-care food or medicine.
EXAMPLE 6 preparation of a composition according to the invention
Taking 20kg of Chinese date, 1kg of Chinese yam, 20kg of ginseng, 1kg of rhizoma polygonati, 20kg of arillus longan, 20kg of hawthorn and 1kg of medlar, adding 60% ethanol, refluxing and extracting for 3 times, adding 8 times of volume of the extract for the first time, adding 6 times of volume of the extract for the second time and the third time respectively, refluxing for 1-2 hours each time, filtering, combining the filtrates, recovering ethanol, concentrating, drying, and crushing the obtained extract to obtain 20kg of extract powder.
The extract powder is taken and added with auxiliary materials or auxiliary components acceptable in the fields of food, health-care products or pharmacy to prepare the food, health-care food or medicine.
The beneficial effects of the present invention are demonstrated by the following experimental examples.
Experimental example 1 Effect of the composition of the present invention on fatigue mice
70 KM mice were divided into 7 groups at random according to weight ratio, which were a model control group (0.5% tragacanth), a positive control group (total saponins of Panax Ginseng), a composition complete group (the composition prepared in example 1), a mountain drug group, a Polygonatum sibiricum group, a Panax ginseng group, and a Lycium barbarum group. The test drug or suspension was administered gavage 1 time daily for 14 consecutive days. 30min after the last administration, the animals are placed in water with the water temperature of 25 ℃ and the depth of 30cm after being given a load of 5 percent of the weight of the animals, and the time from the time of putting into the water to the death of the animals is recorded as the swimming time.

The results are shown in Table 1. The composition extract can be administered for 14 days by intragastric administration at a dose of 0.4g/kg, so that the swimming time of a loaded mouse can be remarkably prolonged, and the composition extract has no remarkable difference with a ginseng total saponin control group; the ginseng group also had better effects, but the effect was worse than the composition group of the present invention; the single medicine in other compositions has no obvious difference compared with the control group.
The experimental result shows that the composition can improve the capability of responding to fatigue, and the effect is better than that of any one of the medicines used independently, which shows that each medicine in the formula plays a synergistic effect. Moreover, the medicinal composition adopts the medicaments such as Chinese date, hawthorn, medlar and the like with lower price to be used with the ginseng, thereby not only improving the effect, but also greatly reducing the cost.
Experimental example 2 clinical observations of intervention attention with the composition of the invention
20 self-reported adults with difficulty in concentrating were recruited and aged between 19 and 50 years. Volunteers were assessed for attention using the schulter grid scale and were immediately divided into 2 groups, 1 group being the treatment group and 2 groups being the control group, according to attention. The patients in the treatment group consumed 30g of nutritional paste per day, wherein the composition of the invention prepared according to example 3 was present in a proportion of 16% in the nutritional paste. The control group was given 30g of a nutritional paste without the composition of the present invention. The nutrient paste is composed of red beans, corns and the like. The volunteers were again attentive using the scale after 1 month of consumption. The results are shown in Table 2.

The experimental results are as follows: eating the nutritional paste containing 16% of the composition can obviously improve the attention table score of people with inattention, and proves that the composition has better attention improving effect.
In conclusion, the composition is safe and effective, has excellent effects of resisting fatigue and improving attention, is simple in preparation method, can be prepared into food, health-care food or medicine, is low in cost and has good market application prospect.
Claims (8)
1. A composition characterized by: the preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of Chinese date, 10 parts of Chinese yam, 30 parts of ginseng, 10 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 10 parts of longan pulp, 5 parts of hawthorn and 25 parts of medlar; the composition can be used for preparing foods, health-care products or medicines with the anti-fatigue effect, and the composition can be used for preparing medicines with the attention-improving effect.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the preparation is prepared by adding crude medicinal powder or water or organic solvent extract of the raw materials into auxiliary materials or auxiliary components acceptable in the fields of food, health care products or pharmacy.
3. The composition according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that: the preparation is an oral preparation or an intestinal nutrient.
4. The composition of claim 3, wherein: the preparation is powder, granules, tablets, suspension or capsules.
5. A process for preparing the composition of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: it comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing raw material medicines;
(2) the raw materials are directly pulverized, or the raw materials are decocted with water or extracted by an organic solvent, the extract is concentrated, and then auxiliary materials or auxiliary components which are acceptable in the fields of food, health care products or pharmacy are added to prepare the preparation.

The method of claim 5, wherein: the extraction method comprises the following steps: extracting the raw materials with water, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating, adding ethanol to make ethanol content reach 80% v/v, standing, performing solid-liquid separation, collecting supernatant, recovering ethanol, concentrating, and drying.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein: the extraction method comprises the following steps: extracting the raw materials with 60% ethanol, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating, and drying.
8. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for the preparation of an antifatigue food product, a nutraceutical product or a medicament, or use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for the preparation of a medicament for improving attention.
