本发明是鉴于所述诸多问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种照明兼用采暖装置,第一目的为具备采暖照明装置,采暖照明装置由框架、采暖单元、LED灯、温度调节器、遥控器构成,第二目的为利用远红外线辐射能辐射加热室内温度,并均上升至40~60°之间来最大限度地提高效率,从而,能除臭及中和新居的挥发性甲醛,第三目的为在人体及有机体上渗透远红外线辐射能,使得活性化人体的新陈代谢,并由于具有除臭及杀菌性,造成绿色环保的舒爽的室内环境,第四目的为开发出模块型的LED照明装置与远红外线采暖方式,使得需要时可选择性地使用,能实时地感应室内的空气污染度与电使用量,从而大幅度地节省能源,第五目的为结合放射远红外线的远红外线发热装置与照明装置,使得不仅节约室内照明还能节省采暖设备的费用,从而,提供不需要产品的维修费用的效果,第六目的为根据产品的设计差别化提高国内外市场竞争力,从而,提高市场占有率,第七目的为由于大幅度地提高产品质量及信赖性,能满足消费者的多种需求。

本发明结合放射远红外线的远红外线发热装置与照明装置,使得不仅节约室内照明还能节省采暖设备的费用,从而,提供不需要产品的维修费用的效果。
本发明根据产品的设计差别化提高国内外市场竞争力,从而,提高全市场的占有率。
本发明由于大幅度地提高产品质量与信赖性,因此,能满足消费者的多种需求。
以下,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。

图1是本发明的照明兼用采暖装置的主要截面图。

图3是本发明的采暖照明装置与温度调节器的使用状态图。
具体实施方式
参照图1至图3说明本发明的照明兼用采暖装置。
以下,在说明本发明时,若判断为对相关公知技术的具体说明会导致本发明的要旨不明确时,则省略详细说明。
后述的术语考虑到本发明的功能而设定的,因此,可根据技术人员的意图或惯例而不同,根据本说明书的全体内容作为基础而定。
首先,如图1所示,本发明的照明兼用采暖装置在天花板或墙壁上粘贴采暖照明装置1的框架10,在该框架10上设置采暖单元20与LED灯30,使得利用远红外线辐射能中和污染物质同时,借助照明器材自身的温热功能均等地提升室内温度。
尤其,本发明的所述框架10包括收容采暖单元20的第一空间部11、收容LED灯30的第二空间部12、消热LED灯的热的第三空间部13、向室内供给采暖单元20的远红外线辐射能与温热的孔14。
本发明的所述采暖单元20,包括:第一板22,位于将远红外线辐射能与温热向下部通过的孔14的上端,下端涂布有远红外线放射涂层布21;热线23,由铁氟龙材料而成,位于所述第一板22的上端,用于散热,在所述热线23设置硅胶23a,硅胶23a能耐住200~500℃的温度,与包扎构件固定粘贴;包扎构件24,设置于所述热线23的上端,用于固定热线;第二板26,设置于所述包扎构件24的上端,用于切断热以防热朝上部泄露,并下端涂布有切热涂层部25。
另一方面,在本发明的所述远红外线放射涂层部21涂层有混合液状耐火涂料与碳及放射物质的混合物质。
此时,所述混合物质为了产生生物能源来提高人体的免疫力,使用量子能(Quantum energy)涂料,量子能涂料中包含Sio2(二氧化硅)50-65重量%、Al2O3(氧化铝)25-31重量%、Fe2O3(氢氧化铁)2-5重量%、Cao(氧化钙)1-2重量%、Mgo(氧化镁)1-2重量%、K2O(氧化钾)3-5重量%、Na2O(氧化钠)3-5重量%。
尤其,所述Sio2(二氧化硅)为50重量%以下时,远红外线的效果与波长微弱,超过65重量%时,不容易与其他成分溶解,因此,优选地,所述Sio2(二氧化硅)为50-65重量%。
并且,所述Al2O3(氧化铝)为25重量%以下时,催化剂反应变弱,超过31重量%时,容易变硬,因此,优选地,所述Al2O3(氧化铝)为25-31重量%。
并且,所述Fe2O3(氢氧化铁)为2重量%以下时,热散发力变弱,超过5重量%时,不会与其他成分凝固,因此,优选地,所述Fe2O3(氢氧化铁)为2-5重量%。
并且,所述Cao(氧化钙)为1重量%以下时,与其他成分的的混合力变弱,超过2重量%时,由于碱性强有吸入的危险性,因此,优选地,所述Cao(氧化钙)为1-2重量%。
并且,所述Mgo(氧化镁)为1重量%以下时,吸附力变弱,超过2重量%时,与其他成分的混合力变弱,因此,优选地,所述Mgo(氧化镁)为1-2重量%。
并且,所述K2O(氧化钾)为3重量%以下时,吸收性变弱,超过5重量%时,由于反应性变弱,因此,优选地,所述K2O(氧化钾)为3-5重量%。
最后,所述Na2O(氧化钠)为3重量%以下时,不能与其他成分混合溶解,超过5重量%时,由于不能与其他成分混合,因此,优选地,所述Na2O(氧化钠)为3-5重量%。
本发明的所述切热涂层部25用于防止向上部传递热,同时考虑到耐热性与绝缘安全性问题涂层处理铁氟龙。
如图3所示,本发明的所述采暖照明装置1与温度调节器40连接,温度调节器40用于保持规定的温度,温度调节器40与遥控器50连接,使用者可直接操作开关或远程操作遥控器50。
并且,如图2所示,本发明的所述温度调节器40具备控制温度调节器的微电脑41,微电脑41包括电源42a、开关42b、作为输入操作装置的键盘43、用于显示数据的显示板或使用者看屏幕直接输入的触摸板的显示装置44、感应甲醛或二氧化碳的传感器45、温度传感器46、调整灯环境的调暗单元47、软件控制信号48、遥控器发送部49。
另一方面,在本发明的所述框架10上设置电源端子35与电源供给装置(SMPS)36、负离子模组37,负离子模组37约20000/空气发生负离子1cc来完成杀菌及除臭与净化室内空气,此时,将发生的臭氧限制到0.05ppm以下来引发电晕放电,在该负离子模组连接负离子传感器38。
另一方面,本发明适用所述组成部时可实施多种变形及形态。
本发明并不限定本发明的特定的形态,可理解为包含在本发明的思想及技术范围内所有变更及均等物及代替物。
以下说明所述结构的本发明的照明兼用采暖装置的作用效果。
首先,本发明利用远红外线辐射能中和污染物质同时,借助照明器材的自身的温热功能均等地提升室内的温度。
使用者操作遥控器50或温度调节器40来启动采暖照明装置1时,从采暖照明装置1放出远红外线辐射能,使得中和污染物质同时,借助照明器材的自身的温热功能均等地提升室内温度,如图3所示,在本发明将所述采暖照明装置1粘贴在天花板或未图示的墙壁上,由此显示所述效果。
如图2所示,所述温度调节器40借助电源42a与开关42b来控制启动采暖照明装置1,因此,微电脑(41)包括作为输入操作装置的键盘(43)、用于显示数据的显示板或使用者看屏幕直接输入的触摸板的显示装置(44)、感应甲醛或二氧化碳的传感器(45)、温度传感器(46)、调整灯环境的调暗单元(47)、软件控制信号(48)、遥控器发送部(49)来分别启动。
另一方面,以下详细说明本发明的采暖照明装置1能中和污染物质与均等地提升室内温度的作用。
首先,根据施加的电源加热热线23后,根据约70-90℃的高温的热加热第一板22,第一板22加热远红外线放射涂层部21。由于在远红外线放射涂层部21涂层有混合液状耐火涂料与碳及放射物质的混合物质,因此,产生热时产生远红外线,从而,传递到室内。
然后,热线23借助包扎构件24坚固地固定。
并且,本发明的第二板26与切热涂层部25防止热损失,使得从热线23发生的热仅传递到下部不会传递到上部。
即,切热涂层部25被铁氟龙涂层处理,使得防止热传递到上部同时,确保耐热性与绝缘安全性。
另一方面,在所述框架10形成收容采暖单元20的第一空间部11、收容LED灯30的第二空间部12、消热LED灯的热的第三空间部13、向室内供给采暖单元20的远红外线辐射能与温热的孔14,借助从所述LED灯30产生的热来加热室内空气。

本发明的照明兼用采暖装置的技术思想是反复实施实际上的相同结果,因此,实施本发明以促进技术发展,从而,贡献产业发展。
Claims (5)
1.一种照明兼用采暖装置,其特征在于,为了利用远红外线辐射能中和污染物质同时,借助照明器材自身的温热功能均等地提升室内温度,在天花板或墙壁上粘贴采暖照明装置(1)的框架(10),在该框架(10)上安装采暖单元(20)与LED灯(30)、保持规定温度的温度调节器(40),所述框架(10)包括收容采暖单元(20)的第一空间部(11)、收容LED灯(30)的第二空间部(12)、消热LED灯的热的第三空间部(13)、向室内供给采暖单元(20)的远红外线辐射能与温热的孔(14),所述采暖单元(20)包括:
第一板(22),位于向下部通过远红外线辐射能与温热的孔14的上端,下端涂布有远红外线放射涂层部(21);
热线(23),由铁氟龙材料而成,设置于第一板的上端,用于散热;
包扎构件(24),设置于热线的上端,用于固定热线;
第二板(26),设置于包扎构件的上端,用于切断热以防热朝上部泄露,下端涂布有切热涂层部(25),在所述远红外线放射涂层部(21)涂层有混合液状耐火涂料与碳及放射物质的混合物质,在所述热线(23)包括硅胶(23a),硅胶(23a)能耐住200~500℃的温度,与包扎构件固定粘贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明兼用采暖装置,其特征在于,所述混合物质为了产生生物能源来提高人体的免疫力,使用量子能(Quantum energy)涂料,量子能涂料中包含Sio2(二氧化硅)50-65重量%、Al2O3(氧化铝)25-31重量%、Fe2O3(氢氧化铁)2-5重量%、Cao(氧化钙)1-2重量%、Mgo(氧化镁)1-2重量%、K2O(氧化钾)3-5重量%、Na2O(氧化钠)3-5重量%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的照明兼用采暖装置,其特征在于,在所述切热涂层部(25)涂层处理铁氟龙以防热传递到上部的同时,确保耐热性与绝缘安全性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的照明兼用采暖装置,其特征在于,所述温度调节器(40)具备控制温度调节器的微电脑(41),微电脑(41)包括电源(42a)、开关(42b)、作为输入操作装置的键盘(43)、用于显示数据的显示板或使用者看屏幕直接输入的触摸板的显示装置(44)、感应甲醛或二氧化碳的传感器(45)、温度传感器(46)、调整灯环境的调暗单元(47)、软件控制信号(48)、遥控器发送部(49)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的照明兼用采暖装置,其特征在于,所述框架(10)具备电源端子(35)、电源供给装置(SMPS)(36)、负离子模组(37),负离子模组(37)约20000/空气产生负离子1cc来进行杀菌及除臭与净化室内空气,此时,将发生的臭氧限制到0.05ppm以下来引发电晕放电,在所述负离子模组连接负离子传感器(38)。
