Abstract
本发明公开了一种棉布还原染料染色工艺,包括以下步骤:(a)染液配制:在15‑20℃的去离子水中加入润湿剂、还原染料,循环均匀;(b)悬浮体冷染:将棉布放入步骤(a)中配置好的染液中、循环染色;(c)加碱循环:将烧碱加入步骤(b)中的染液中,循环;(d)再加入加保险粉循环;(e)升温还原上染:醋酸调节染浴pH值至4‑4.5,以1.5℃/min速度升温至100℃,保温染色40‑60min,之后以1℃/min的速度由100℃降至60℃保温30min;(f)皂洗:肥皂或合成洗涤剂,加入Na2C03,再洗涤至中性,室温下晒晾;本发明具有染色率高,移染性好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色领域,具体涉及一种棉布还原染料染色工艺。
背景技术
无论是织物还是棉布,使用还原染料染色不论何种方式染色过程都要历经染料被还原成隐色体一隐色体上染纤维一隐色体被氧化成染料一皂洗发色并洗去浮色四步。但隐色体初染率高,移染性差,染物匀染性和透染性差(色花及白芯),且预还原操作复杂。棉布染色中,传统的绞纱染色,还有一些企业采用隐色体染色,但筒子染色采用隐色体染色很难取得满意的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种棉布还原染料染色工艺,具有染色率高,移染性好的优点。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供了一种棉布还原染料染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(a)染液配制:在15-20℃的去离子水中加入润湿剂、还原染料,循环均匀;
(b)悬浮体冷染:将棉布放入步骤(a)中配置好的染液中、循环染色;
(c)加碱循环:将烧碱加入步骤(b)中的染液中,循环;
(d)再加入加保险粉循环;
(e)升温还原上染:醋酸调节染浴pH值至4-4.5,以1.5℃/min速度升温至100℃,保温染色40-60min,之后以1℃/min的速度由100℃降至60℃保温30min;
(f)皂洗:肥皂或合成洗涤剂,加入Na2C03,再洗涤至中性,室温下晒晾;
优选的,所述的步骤(a)中润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物的一种。
优选的,所述的步骤(b)中循环染色10-20min。
优选的,所述的步骤(c)中循环时间为20-40min。
优选的,所述的步骤(d)中加循环时间为20-40min。
优选的,所述步骤(f)中晒晾时间为10-15h。
本发明有益效果:
在染色开始时,室温条件下,染浴中的染料处于未还原状态,与纤维之间无直接性,低温循环使染料和化学品在纤维上均匀分配。随着温度升高,染料逐渐被还原成具有直接性的隐色体钠盐,由于其已均匀地分布在纤维上,因而就地均匀上染。

实施例1:
一种棉布还原染料染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(a)染液配制:在15℃的去离子水中加入润湿剂、还原染料,循环均匀;
(b)悬浮体冷染:将棉布放入步骤(a)中配置好的染液中、循环染色;
(c)加碱循环:将烧碱加入步骤(b)中的染液中,循环;
(d)再加入加保险粉循环;
(e)升温还原上染:醋酸调节染浴pH值至4.5,以1.5℃/min速度升温至100℃,保温染色40min,之后以1℃/min的速度由100℃降至60℃保温30min;
(f)皂洗:肥皂或合成洗涤剂,加入Na2C03,再洗涤至中性,室温下晒晾;
步骤(a)中润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物的一种。

(c)加碱循环:将烧碱加入步骤(b)中的染液中,循环;
(d)再加入加保险粉循环;
(e)升温还原上染:醋酸调节染浴pH值至4.5,以1.5℃/min速度升温至100℃,保温染色60min,之后以1℃/min的速度由100℃降至60℃保温30min;
(f)皂洗:肥皂或合成洗涤剂,加入Na2C03,再洗涤至中性,室温下晒晾;

(b)悬浮体冷染:将棉布放入步骤(a)中配置好的染液中、循环染色;
(c)加碱循环:将烧碱加入步骤(b)中的染液中,循环;
(d)再加入加保险粉循环;
(e)升温还原上染:醋酸调节染浴pH值至4.3,以1.5℃/min速度升温至100℃,保温染色50min,之后以1℃/min的速度由100℃降至60℃保温30min;
(f)皂洗:肥皂或合成洗涤剂,加入Na2C03,再洗涤至中性,室温下晒晾;
步骤(a)中润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物的一种。
实施例6:
一种棉布还原染料染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(a)染液配制:在18℃的去离子水中加入润湿剂、还原染料,循环均匀;
(b)悬浮体冷染:将棉布放入步骤(a)中配置好的染液中、循环染色;
(c)加碱循环:将烧碱加入步骤(b)中的染液中,循环;
(d)再加入加保险粉循环;
(e)升温还原上染:醋酸调节染浴pH值至4.2,以1.5℃/min速度升温至100℃,保温染色40min,之后以1℃/min的速度由100℃降至60℃保温30min;
(f)皂洗:肥皂或合成洗涤剂,加入Na2C03,再洗涤至中性,室温下晒晾;
步骤(a)中润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物的一种。

Claims (6)
1.一种棉布还原染料染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(a)染液配制:在15-20℃的去离子水中加入润湿剂、还原染料,循环均匀;
(b)悬浮体冷染:将棉布放入步骤(a)中配置好的染液中、循环染色;
(c)加碱循环:将烧碱加入步骤(b)中的染液中,循环;
(d)再加入加保险粉循环;
(e)升温还原上染:醋酸调节染浴pH值至4-4.5,以1.5℃/min速度升温至100℃,保温染色40-60min,之后以1℃/min的速度由100℃降至60℃保温30min;
(f)皂洗:肥皂或合成洗涤剂,加入Na2C03,再洗涤至中性,室温下晒晾。
2.如权利要求1所述的棉布还原染料染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤(a)中润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的棉布还原染料染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤(b)中循环染色10-20min。
4.如权利要求1所述的棉布还原染料染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤(c)中循环时间为20-40min。
5.如权利要求1所述的棉布还原染料染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤(d)中加循环时间为20-40min。
6.如权利要求1所述的棉布还原染料染色工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(f)中晒晾时间为10-15h。
