本发明公开了一种复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,采用水性聚氨酯为主要成份,配合聚丙烯酸制备出的粘合剂,粘结性能好,使用较好量既可以具有良好的粘结性,PET薄膜可以牢固的被粘结在木质板材上。而且使用该粘结剂粘合PET薄膜和木质板材,在切割过程中,PET薄膜不会出现爆边的现象,有效的提高制备的板材的加工效率,提高板材的使用寿命。此外,该胶黏剂为水溶性,使用过程不会释放有害气体,不会危害人们的身体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及粘合剂领域,特别是涉及一种复合PET薄膜用粘合剂。
背景技术
聚酯膜(PET膜)具有优异的物理性能、化学性能以及尺寸稳定性、透明性以及可回收性,因此PET膜被广泛应用于磁记录、感光材料、电子、电气绝缘、屏幕保护、工业用膜、包装装饰或光学级镜面保护等领域。由于PET薄膜的亮度高,并且可在薄膜表面直接印花,将PET薄膜应用于装饰板中可以有效的提高装饰板的美观度,提高装饰板的商品价值。PET薄膜需要通过粘合剂粘合在装饰板上,在粘合过程中,如果粘合剂性能不好,粘合剂涂膜的太薄容易出现PET薄膜粘合度不够易脱落的问题,但是如果粘合剂太厚则会出现装饰板切割时PET薄膜容易爆边等问题。
工业上常用的粘合剂以溶剂型为主,比如以汽油为溶剂的聚烯烃粘合剂、以酮类为溶剂的双组分聚氨酯粘合剂和以甲苯为溶剂的橡胶类粘合剂等。溶剂型粘合剂表面张力低,无乳化剂的起泡现象,因此十分适合在塑料薄膜的粘贴中使用。有机溶剂还具有蒸发潜热低,挥发速度快等优点,故其在塑料薄膜的粘合生产中使用十分广泛。
但是,由于其溶剂大多具有毒性,在生产和使用过程中会对环境造成严重污染,对人体造成伤害。随着近年来的环境污染日益严重,人们的环保意识日益加强,溶剂型粘合剂的生产和使用已经受到限制。因此研发一种使用与PET薄膜粘贴的水溶性粘合剂十分具有实用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,该粘合剂适用于PET薄膜与木质板材的贴合,粘合性能强,少量即可使PET薄膜牢固的粘合在木质板材上,而且该粘合剂粘合速度快,使用过程操作简单,无有害气体释放。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)以重量份数计,将28-58份聚四亚甲基乙二醇,44-64份聚丙二醇,12-25份三羟甲基丙酸,33-58份聚碳酸酯二醇和90-130份多异氰酸酯置于反应釜中,加热至60-90℃,搅拌4-6h,向反应釜中加入2-15份氨水,继续搅拌30-60min后,加入60-100份水搅拌均匀,降温至40-50℃加入12-20份二乙烯三胺,22-34份乙二氨基乙磺酸钠和10-17份水性聚硅氧烷,并滴入2-5份催化剂,搅拌均匀,反应40-60min后制得水性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)向上一步制备的水性聚氨酯溶液中加入78-110份水性聚丙烯酸酯,混合搅拌均匀,升高温度为70-80℃,反应30min后,以重量份数计,加入47-70份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯,25-35份壳聚糖,12-20份流平剂搅拌均匀,降至室温后,即得所需粘合剂。
优选的,所述水性聚硅氧烷为羧基和环氧基混合改性的聚硅氧烷。
优选的,所述催化剂为辛酸亚锡和二甲基苯胺的混合物,其中辛酸亚锡和二甲基苯胺的质量比为3:1。
优选的,所述多异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或1,12-十二烷基二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种混合物。
优选的,所述水性聚丙烯酸由丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、交联单体聚合而成。
优选的,所述流平剂为羟甲基纤维素。
优选的,所述粘合剂适合PET薄膜和木质板材的粘合使用。

一种复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,由以下步骤制备而成:(1)以重量份数计,将28份聚四亚甲基乙二醇,44份聚丙二醇,12份三羟甲基丙酸,33份聚碳酸酯二醇和90份多异氰酸酯置于反应釜中,加热至60℃,搅拌4h,向反应釜中加入2份氨水,继续搅拌30min后,加入60份水搅拌均匀,降温至40℃加入12份二乙烯三胺,22份乙二氨基乙磺酸钠和10份水性聚硅氧烷,并滴入2份催化剂,搅拌均匀,反应40min后制得水性聚氨酯乳液;(2)向上一步制备的水性聚氨酯溶液中加入78份水性聚丙烯酸酯,混合搅拌均匀,升高温度为70℃,反应30min后,以重量份数计,加入47份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯,25份壳聚糖,12份流平剂搅拌均匀,降至室温后,即得所需粘合剂。

(1)以重量份数计,将28-58份聚四亚甲基乙二醇,44-64份聚丙二醇,12-25份三羟甲基丙酸,33-58份聚碳酸酯二醇和90-130份多异氰酸酯置于反应釜中,加热至60-90℃,搅拌4-6h,向反应釜中加入2-15份氨水,继续搅拌30-60min后,加入60-100份水搅拌均匀,降温至40-50℃加入12-20份二乙烯三胺,22-34份乙二氨基乙磺酸钠和10-17份水性聚硅氧烷,并滴入2-5份催化剂,搅拌均匀,反应40-60min后制得水性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)向上一步制备的水性聚氨酯溶液中加入78-110份水性聚丙烯酸酯,混合搅拌均匀,升高温度为70-80℃,反应30min后,以重量份数计,加入47-70份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯,25-35份壳聚糖,12-20份流平剂搅拌均匀,降至室温后,即得所需粘合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,其特征在于:所述水性聚硅氧烷为羧基和环氧基混合改性的聚硅氧烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,其特征在于:所述催化剂为辛酸亚锡和二甲基苯胺的混合物,其中辛酸亚锡和二甲基苯胺的质量比为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,其特征在于:所述多异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或1,12-十二烷基二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,其特征在于:所述水性聚丙烯酸由丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、交联单体聚合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,其特征在于:所述流平剂为羟甲基纤维素。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合PET薄膜用粘合剂,其特征在于:所述粘合剂适合PET薄膜和木质板材的粘合使用。
