本发明所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材及制作方法,包括如下原料:0.075~5mm颗粒原料、0.005~0.045mm石英粉、有色颜料、硅烷偶联剂、不饱和聚酯树脂、固化剂、高光抗污液,可以使人造石英石板材表面光泽度达到80GS以上,并且具有强大的抗污性能。使人造石英石板材性能进一步完善,打破限制得到更进一步的广泛推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于人造石英石板材技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种高光抗污人造石英石板材及其制备方法
背景技术
人造石英石是一种由90%以上的石英晶体加上树脂及其他微量元素人工合成的一种新型石材。它是通过特殊的机器在一定的物理、化学条件下压制而成的大规格板材。它的主要材料是石英。人造石英石无辐射、硬度高,造就了石英石台面刮不花、污不染、烫不坏、用不旧和无毒无辐射。广泛应用于公共建筑和家庭装修领域,是一种无放射性污染、可重复利用的环保、绿色新型建筑室内装饰材料。传统的人造石英石在光泽度和抗污性能上尚未达到比较好的水平。特别在抗污性能上,对于一些顽固污迹以及特殊污迹的抗污性能上表现不理想,从而限制了人造石英石的广泛应用和推广。
高光抗污液主要由有机硅和氟的化合物为主要有效成分。采用纳米技术无色透明,无毒环境保护产品,具有隔热、抗紫外线并能保持颜色不变,防水防油及油性笔记号笔等颜色渗入。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种高光抗污人造石英石板材及制作方法,其具有色彩鲜艳、高光泽度和强抗污性能的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,包括如下原料:0.075~5mm颗粒原料、0.005~0.045mm石英粉、有色颜料、硅烷偶联剂、不饱和聚酯树脂、固化剂、高光抗污液。
进一步,按照重量百分比,0.075~5mm颗粒原料55%~65%、0.005~0.045mm石英粉20%~30%;有色颜料0.01%~3%;硅烷偶联剂0.1%~1%;不饱和聚酯树脂8%~14%;固化剂0.8%~1.4%。
其中,颗粒原料为石英颗粒或玻璃颗粒,或两种的混合物。
进一步,所述有色颜料为无机颜料或有机颜料或色浆的一种或多种。
进一步,所述无机颜料为钛白、中铬黄、铁黄、铁红、铁蓝、镉红、镉黄、炭黑、铁黑等无机颜料,所述有机颜料为大红粉、偶氮黄、酞青绿和酞菁蓝等有机颜料。
进一步,所述色浆为白浆、黑浆、大红浆、酞青绿浆、酞菁蓝浆等色浆。
进一步,所述的不饱和聚酯树脂也可以是环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯树脂中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述固化剂为过氧化(2-乙基己酸)叔丁酯、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化二苯甲酰和脂肪多元胺中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和γ-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述高光抗污液是由有机硅和氟的化合物为主要成分。
一种高光抗污人造石英石板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方称取各组份;
(2)搅拌:将称取的石英颗粒、玻璃颗粒、硅烷偶联剂于双行星式搅拌桶中预混合;将已混合好的固化剂、装饰有色颜料和不饱和聚酯树脂倒入双行星式搅拌桶中进行混合,然后加入石英粉进行混合。搅拌频率15~55Hz,搅拌时间180~600s;
(3)布料:将步骤(2)混合好的物料送入打散机进一步打散,打散后,经电子计量进入布料机内布料;
(4)压制:布料完成之后,在-0.1Mpa的真空条件下经压制设备振动压制成型,压力50~200t,振动频率30~55Hz,时间60~600s;
(5)热固化:经振动压制后,进入固化设备,在80~130℃的温度下固化,固化时间为30~180分钟;
(6)固化完成后,常温放置待冷却完全后进入板材定厚机定厚,再经过水磨抛光设备进行抛光;
(7)对抛光深加工处理后的产品,表面进行高光抗污处理,以高光抗污液喷涂于板材表面,用无尘布擦拭至均匀,即完成抗污处理;
(8)待3~5分钟,以高光抗污液离板材20cm高度,45°角喷涂于板材表面,至表面形成光亮面,停止喷涂放置24~48h,待结晶面凝固即完成高光处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材及制作方法,可以使人造石英石板材表面光泽度达到80GS以上,并且具有强大的抗污性能。使人造石英石板材性能进一步完善,打破限制得到更进一步的广泛推广。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,包括如下原料:按照重量百分比,0.075~5mm颗粒原料60%、0.005~0.045mm石英粉25%;有色颜料2%;硅烷偶联剂0.5%;不饱和聚酯树脂11.5%;固化剂1%。
其中,高光抗污液是由有机硅和氟的化合物为主要成分,颗粒原料为石英颗粒或玻璃颗粒,或两种的混合物。
有色颜料为无机颜料或有机颜料或色浆的一种或多种,无机颜料为钛白,中铬黄,铁黄,铁红或铁黑,有机颜料为大红粉,酞青绿和酞菁蓝,色浆为白浆、黑浆、大红浆,酞青绿浆、酞菁蓝浆。
不饱和聚酯树脂也可以是环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯树脂中的一种或多种。
固化剂为过氧化(2-乙基己酸)叔丁酯、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化二苯甲酰和脂肪多元胺中的多种。
硅烷偶联剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和γ-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的多种。
一种高光抗污人造石英石板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方称取各组份;
(2)搅拌:将称取的石英颗粒、玻璃颗粒、硅烷偶联剂于双行星式搅拌桶中预混合;将已混合好的固化剂、装饰有色颜料和不饱和聚酯树脂倒入双行星式搅拌桶中进行混合,然后加入石英粉进行混合。搅拌频率15~55Hz,搅拌时间180~600s;
(3)布料:将步骤(2)混合好的物料送入打散机进一步打散,打散后,经电子计量进入布料机内布料;
(4)压制:布料完成之后,在-0.1Mpa的真空条件下经压制设备振动压制成型,压力50~200t,振动频率30~55Hz,时间60~600s;
(5)热固化:经振动压制后,进入固化设备,在80~130℃的温度下固化,固化时间为30~180分钟;
(6)固化完成后,常温放置待冷却完全后进入板材定厚机定厚,再经过水磨抛光设备进行抛光;
(7)对抛光深加工处理后的产品,表面进行高光抗污处理,以高光抗污液喷涂于板材表面,用无尘布擦拭至均匀,即完成抗污处理;
(8)待3~5分钟,以高光抗污液离板材20cm高度,45°角喷涂于板材表面,至表面形成光亮面。停止喷涂放置24~48h,待结晶面凝固即完成高光处理。
(9)将上述制得的人造石英石板材,做光泽度和抗污性能测试,结果如下:

Claims (10)
1.一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:包括如下原料:0.075~5mm颗粒原料、0.005~0.045mm石英粉、有色颜料、硅烷偶联剂、不饱和聚酯树脂、固化剂、高光抗污液。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:按照重量百分比,0.075~5mm颗粒原料55%~65%、0.005~0.045mm石英粉20%~30%;有色颜料0.01%~3%;硅烷偶联剂0.1%~1%;不饱和聚酯树脂8%~14%;固化剂0.8%~1.4%;
其中,颗粒原料为石英颗粒或玻璃颗粒,或两种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:所述有色颜料为无机颜料或有机颜料或色浆的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:所述无机颜料为钛白、中铬黄、铁黄、铁红、铁蓝、镉红、镉黄、炭黑、铁黑,所述有机颜料为大红粉、偶氮黄、酞青绿和酞菁蓝。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:所述色浆为白浆、黑浆、大红浆、酞青绿浆、酞菁蓝浆。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:所述的不饱和聚酯树脂也可以是环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯树脂中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:所述固化剂为过氧化(2-乙基己酸)叔丁酯、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化二苯甲酰和脂肪多元胺中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和γ-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种高光抗污人造石英石板材,其特征在于:所述高光抗污液是由有机硅和氟的化合物为主要成分。
10.一种高光抗污人造石英石板材的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方称取各组份;
(2)搅拌:将称取的石英颗粒、玻璃颗粒、硅烷偶联剂于双行星式搅拌桶中预混合;将已混合好的固化剂、装饰有色颜料和不饱和聚酯树脂倒入双行星式搅拌桶中进行混合,然后加入石英粉进行混合,搅拌频率15~55Hz,搅拌时间180~600s;
