背景技术
电动大巴包括蓄电池汽车、混合动力电动汽车和燃料电池电动汽车。全部使用电能行驶,该类产品噪音小,行驶稳定性高,并且实现零排放。电动大巴具备良好动力性能、电池寿命长而且成本较低、与整车的配备良好。符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的车辆。电力大巴是国家863计划提出新一代电动汽车技术作为我国汽车科技创新的主攻方向,计划在“十一五”期间,以电动汽车的产业化技术平台为工作重点,力争取得重大突破,抢占新一代电动汽车产业技术的制高点,实现交通能演结构的多元化,维护国家能源安全,减轻汽车排放污染,保障社会可持续发展。
但是现目前大巴的油泵、气泵等控制器都是独立的硬件,单独来实现其功能,这样成本较高,在整车上安装占用空间较大,不便于维护检修,以及高压连接线束用量较多造成成本增加。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种集成度高、安装尺寸小的纯电动大巴电控系统。

本发明是将油泵控制器、气泵控制器、主驱动控制器、DC/DC,高压配电等功能通过技术创新达到优化集成、简化安装的目的。壳体1较小,所以安装尺寸小,占用空间小,安装效果也很美观;油控制器模块、气泵控制器模块、主驱动控制器模块、DC/DC、高压配电模块都集成安装在壳体1内,这样集成度高,并且可大大减少高压线束的用量。
并且油泵控制器在纯电动汽车上油泵的主要功能是为车辆转向提供助力,便于驾驶员轻松操作方向盘,电动汽车在启动时,五合一集成式电机控制器的油泵控制器模块根据车辆工况要求实现对油泵电机供电、断电,控制油泵电机转速等功能的控制,以及跟整车控制器之间的通信。
气泵控制器在纯电动汽车上气泵的主要功能是为车辆刹车提供助力,便于驾驶员轻松实现对车辆的制动,电动汽车在启动时,五合一集成式电机控制器的气泵控制器模块根据车辆工况要求(主要是储气罐的压力大小)实现对气泵电机供电、断电,控制气泵电机转速等功能的控制,以及跟整车控制器之间的通信。
主驱动电机是指为车辆行驶提供驱动力的驱动电机,相当于传统燃料汽车的发动机。纯电动汽车在行驶时,五合一集成式电机控制器的主驱动控制器模块根据车辆的工况以及驾驶员的操作要求(如,前进、倒退、加速、减速、刹车、爬坡、下坡等),实现对主驱动电机加速、减速、改变电机旋向等功能的控制,实时监测主驱动电机的工作温度,以及跟整车控制器之间的通信。
DC/DC功能是指将动力电池的高压直流电源通过五合一集成式电机控制器的降压处理后给辅助蓄电池进行直流充电。辅助蓄电池电压为DC24V,其主要功能是为整车上低压用电设备提供电源,如灯光、音响设备等。当车辆在运行过程中,整车控制器检测到低压辅助蓄电池馈电时跟五合一集成式电机控制器进行通信,此时,DC/DC功能启动,为低压辅助蓄电池进行充电,达到设定值后停止充电。
高压配电控制器的功能是指为纯电动汽车上其余辅助用电设备进行供电,如,空调、除霜机等,当车辆在运行时,五合一集成式电机控制器的高压配电模块根据辅助用电设备的用电需求,实现对用电设备提供电源,并对电源进行降压等控制以及跟整车控制器之间的通信。

所述油泵控制器模块、气泵控制器模块、主驱动控制器模块、DCDC、高压配电模块均集成安装于壳体(1)内;
所述端口包括进水端口(2)、出水端口(3)、油泵调试端口(4)、气泵调试端口(5)、DC/DC输出端口(6)、空调端口(7)、电除霜端口(8)、气泵端口(9)、油泵端口(10)、主驱动调试端口(11)、低压控制端口(12)、编码器端口(13)。
