Abstract

本发明提供了一种表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜及其制备。所述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,包括从外到内依次设置的耐热性树脂层、铝箔芯层和热塑性树脂层,其中,所述的耐热性树脂层的外侧附有耐电解液聚酯层。本发明的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜中的耐热性树脂膜接触不到电解液,所以不会发生溶解和腐蚀,导致产品报废。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合软包装膜,特别是一种表面具有耐电解液聚酯层锂电池软包装膜。
背景技术
在锂电池生产过程中,注液工序和二封工序容易产生电解液污染软包装膜表面情况。由于现有软包装膜表面为聚酰胺层不耐电解液,容易被电解液溶胀溶解,在生产时表面耐热性聚酰胺树脂薄膜接触电解液时会发生溶解和腐蚀,导致产品报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐电解液的锂电池软包装膜。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,包括从外到内依次设置的耐热性树脂层、铝箔芯层和热塑性树脂层,其中,所述的耐热性树脂层的外侧附有耐电解液聚酯层。
优选地,所述的耐电解液聚酯层的材质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
更优选地,所述的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的数均分子量为1000-100000,更优选20000-50000。
优选地,所述的耐电解液聚酯层的单位重量为0.1克每平方米到50克每平方米,更优选为5克每平方米到20克每平方米。
优选地,所述的耐热性树脂层与铝箔芯层之间通过粘合剂粘合,所述的铝箔芯层与热塑性树脂层之间通过粘合剂粘合,耐热性树脂层与耐电解液聚酯层之间通过粘合剂粘合。
本发明还提供了上述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:将铝箔芯层置于耐热性树脂层和热塑性树脂层之间并在耐热性树脂层与铝箔芯层之间以及铝箔芯层与热塑性树脂层之间施加粘合剂,采用干法复合或共挤出复合制得半成品膜;将半成品膜的耐热性树脂层面上施加粘合剂,采用干法复合或共挤出复合耐电解液聚酯层,得到表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜中的耐热性树脂膜接触不到电解液,所以不会发生溶解和腐蚀,导致产品报废。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
如图1所示,为表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜结构示意图,所述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜包括从外到内依次设置的耐热性树脂层1、铝箔芯层2和热塑性树脂层3,其中,所述的耐热性树脂层1的外侧附有耐电解液聚酯层4。所述的耐热性树脂层1与铝箔芯层2之间通过粘合剂5粘合,所述的铝箔芯层2与热塑性树脂层3之间通过粘合剂5粘合,耐热性树脂层1与耐电解液聚酯层4之间通过粘合剂5粘合。
所述的耐热性树脂层1选用上海紫东化工有限公司的尼龙6(聚酰胺)薄膜,厚度25微米。铝箔芯层2选用上海美铝有限公司的0态合金号为8011的铝箔,厚度45微米。热塑性树脂层3选用无锡环亚包装有限公司的流延聚丙烯薄膜,厚度45微米。耐电解液聚酯层4选用上海紫东化工有限公司的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度12微米,材质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,数均分子量为20000-30000。粘合剂5选用北京高盟化工有限公司的YH3166/YH3166B双组分聚氨酯粘合剂,重量配比为10∶1.75,工作浓度为25wt%,涂布量为3克每平方米。耐电解液聚酯层4的单位重量为17克每平方米。
本发明还提供了上述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜的制造方法,具体步骤为:
取25微米厚的耐热性树脂层1、45微米厚的铝箔芯层2和45微米厚的热塑性树脂层3,将铝箔芯层2置于耐热性树脂层1和热塑性树脂层3之间并在耐热性树脂层1与铝箔芯层2之间以及铝箔芯层2与热塑性树脂层3之间施加北京高盟化工有限公司的YH3166/YH3166B双组分聚氨酯粘合剂,使用日本富士FL2-110干式复合机进行复合制得半成品膜。
将半成品膜在日本富士FL2-110干式复合机上,采用北京高盟化工有限公司的YH3166/YH3166B双组分聚氨酯粘合剂在25微米厚的耐热性树脂层1面,复合厚度为12微米的耐电解液聚酯层4,得到表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜。
在制得的锂电池软包装膜的表面滴1ml的1mol/L LiPF6电解液(溶剂为体积比为1∶1∶1的碳酸二甲酯、碳酸乙酯和碳酸二乙酯),室温放置30天后观测这些软包装膜表面有无溶胀和溶解,结果显示没有发生溶胀和溶解。

Claims (6)

1.一种表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,包括从外到内依次设置的耐热性树脂层(1)、铝箔芯层(2)和热塑性树脂层(3),其中,所述的耐热性树脂层(1)的外侧附有耐电解液聚酯层(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,所述的耐电解液聚酯层(4)的材质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,所述的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的数均分子量为1000-100000。
4.如权利要求1所述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,所述的耐电解液聚酯层(4)的单位重量为0.1克每平方米到50克每平方米。
5.如权利要求1所述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,所述的耐热性树脂层(1)与铝箔芯层(2)之间通过粘合剂(5)粘合,所述的铝箔芯层(2)与热塑性树脂层(3)之间通过粘合剂(5)粘合,耐热性树脂层(1)与耐电解液聚酯层(4)之间通过粘合剂(5)粘合。
6.权利要求1-5中任一项所述的表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:将铝箔芯层(2)置于耐热性树脂层(1)和热塑性树脂层(3)之间并在耐热性树脂层(1)与铝箔芯层(2)之间以及铝箔芯层(2)与热塑性树脂层(3)之间施加粘合剂(5),采用干法复合或共挤出复合制得半成品膜;将半成品膜的耐热性树脂层(1)面上施加粘合剂(5),采用干法复合或共挤出复合耐电解液聚酯层(4),得到表面具有耐电解液聚酯层的锂电池软包装膜。
