Abstract

一种用于真空绝热板芯材超快速烘干设备,主体为输送机,包括两端的滚筒,滚筒上设有传送链板,传送链板上方设有辅助传送设备,辅助传送设备外套有烘干箱,烘干箱下方开口,开口指向传送链板上。本发明的有益效果是:由下传送链板送入烘道箱体后,上辅助链板和下传送链板将产品压住,通过高压风嘴注入到达温度要求的热风,迫使产品内部水分快速蒸发、散失,后流出烘道进入下道工序。通过高压热风使产品本身的水分快速去除,达到工艺要求。这种方法加快了水分的蒸发、散失过程,使材料能在短时间内满足要求。

技术领域:
本发明设计真空绝热、芯材烘干领域,具体涉及一种用于真空绝热板芯材超快速烘干设备。
背景技术:
烘干机在风机的抽力作用下,外面新鲜冷空气直接通过进风口与加热器热交换后变成干燥的热空气,解决传统烘干机顺流脱湿造成的同向运动过程中随系统温度降低后水蒸气返回物料的问题。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于真空绝热板芯材超快速烘干设备。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种用于真空绝热板芯材超快速烘干设备,其特征在于:主体为输送机,包括两端的滚筒,滚筒上设有传送链板,传送链板上方设有辅助传送设备,辅助传送设备外套有烘干箱,烘干箱下方开口,开口指向传送链板上。
所述的烘干箱内置有高压风嘴。
所述的传送链板中间设有高压风回收室。
所述的烘干箱开口侧壁设有挡风帘。
本发明的有益效果是:由下传送链板送入烘道箱体后,上辅助链板和下传送链板将产品压住,通过高压风嘴注入到达温度要求的热风,迫使产品内部水分快速蒸发、散失,后流出烘道进入下道工序。通过高压热风使产品本身的水分快速去除,达到工艺要求。这种方法加快了水分的蒸发、散失过程,使材料能在短时间内满足要求。
采用这种方式,缩短产品生产过程的时间、降低生产时的能耗,同时使产品性能超过现有的设备制作性能,达到节能减排、提升产品品质、降低生产成本的目的。同时比现有的热传递的方式对保温材料进行处理更行之有效。占地面积更小。

如图1所示的一种用于真空绝热板芯材超快速烘干设备,主体为输送机,包括两端的滚筒1,滚筒上设有传送链板2,传送链板上方设有辅助传送设备3,辅助传送设备外套有烘干箱4,烘干箱下方开口,开口指向传送链板上。
其中烘干箱内置有高压风嘴5。
其中传送链板中间设有高压风回收室6。
其中烘干箱开口侧壁设有挡风帘7。
