行业增长速度下滑甚至萎缩,业内企业迫切需要谋求转型,未来行业面临洗牌。企业转型面临几个方面问题:首先:提高环保理念。节能减排是未来发展趋势,纺织行业高污染和不环保问题饱受诟病,对行业发展形成不利,环境污染成为行业发展瓶颈。其次,提升品牌形象,提高品牌知名度和市场占有率。第三,拓展销售渠道,2012年以来,行业虽然低迷,但是线上网络销售依然火爆,大大发挥了其威力。第四,加强成本控制,如新原料的研发利用,重新建立市场竞争优势。第五,开发多样化、差异化产品,满足市场需求,摆脱行业内产品同质化严重的状态。
中国古代用于着色的材料可分为矿物颜料和植物染料,其中以后者为古代主要的染料。矿物颜料着色是通过粘和剂使之粘附于织物的表面,但颜色遇甲醛即容易脱落。植物染料则不然,染制时,其色素分子是通过与织物纤维亲合而改变纤维的色彩,所着之色虽经日晒甲醛洗,均不易脱落或很少脱落。
古代常用的矿物植物染料实在多不胜数,古人根据不同的染料特性而创造的染色工艺计有:直接染、媒染、还原染、防染、套色染等。染料品种和工艺方法的多样性使古代印染行业的色谱十分丰富,古籍中见于记载的就有几百种,特别是在一种色调中明确地分出几十种近似色,这需要熟练地掌握各种染料的组合、配方及改变工艺条件方能达到。
中国纺织工业“十一五”发展纲要中,提出以科技创新为主的产业用纺织品将作为纺织工业的重点发展,这无疑为该工业的发展提供了巨大的原动力。中国是纺织品生产和出口的大国,中国纺织行业自身经过多年的发展,竞争优势十分明显,具备世界上最完整的产业链,最高的加工配套甲醛平,众多发达的产业集群地应对市场风险的自我调节能力不断增强,给行业保持稳健的发展步伐提供了坚实的保障。印染助剂是在织物印花和染色的过程中所使用的助剂,能够提高印花和染色的效果,其包括印花助剂和染色助剂,印花助剂有增稠剂、粘合剂、交链剂、乳化剂、分散剂和其他印花助剂等。
我国化学纤维的产量从1994年的280.19万吨,发展到2003年的1161.37万吨,新纤维如ppt和pla等正在开发之中。随着国家为适应纺织品出口配额取消,而采取的新措施出台,以及鼓励高附加值纺织品和服装出口,纺织助剂的需求将会相应增加。2005年中国染料、有机颜料产量合计达到79.7万吨,同比增长7.4%,满足了国内纺织品需求的同时也推动了纺织品行业发展。去年,中国染料进出口总量29.59万吨,同比增长1.61%;有机颜料进出口总量14.59万吨,同比增长5.12%,这都是我国进一步发展纺织助剂的重要机遇。但是,我们在看到印染助剂蓬勃发展的同时也应客观的认识到存在的不足之处。
随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,设计一种表面装饰性好、流平性、颜料润湿性、抗菌性和防霉性好的纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂,以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。

按重量份数配比称取甲醛100份,三聚氰胺8份,尿素10份,氢氧化钠3份,硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯40份,季戊四醇7份,烷基苯磺酸钠5份,聚磷酸铵30份,聚醋酸乙烯15份,氟硅酸钠40份,香精2.5份。
将组分搅拌混合均匀,在研磨机中研磨后,过滤包装即可。

1.一种新型纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂,其特征在于,所述纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲醛100份,三聚氰胺6-10份,尿素8-12份,氢氧化钠1-5份,硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯30-50份,季戊四醇5-9份,烷基苯磺酸钠3-7份,聚磷酸铵20-40份,聚醋酸乙烯5-25份,氟硅酸钠30-50份,香精0.5-4.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂,其特征在于,所述纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲醛100份,三聚氰胺7-9份,尿素9-11份,氢氧化钠2-4份,硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯35-45份,季戊四醇6-8份,烷基苯磺酸钠4-6份,聚磷酸铵25-35份,聚醋酸乙烯10-20份,氟硅酸钠35-45份,香精1.5-3.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂,其特征在于,所述纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲醛100份,三聚氰胺7份,尿素9份,氢氧化钠2份,硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯35份,季戊四醇6份,烷基苯磺酸钠4份,聚磷酸铵25份,聚醋酸乙烯10份,氟硅酸钠35份,香精1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂,其特征在于:所述纺织用防腐蚀抗静电处理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲醛100份,三聚氰胺9份,尿素11份,氢氧化钠4份,硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯45份,季戊四醇8份,烷基苯磺酸钠6份,聚磷酸铵35份,聚醋酸乙烯20份,氟硅酸钠45份,香精3.5份。
