本发明公开了一种新型纺织用丙烯酸酯水性处理剂,由去离子水、丁基熔纤剂、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、偶氮二异丁腈、三乙基胺、二甲苯、酞菁蓝酮、豆油脂肪酸和香精组成,用于纺织表面保护,光泽92‑96%,表面装饰性好,耐洗牢度高;铅笔硬度为F,有极好的吸去离子水均匀性,可防止麻点和缩孔现象,不影响手感;固化干燥时间40‑60min,结合强度高,流平性和颜料润湿性优良,透气性好;不伤皮肤,可大幅度提高纺织用品的抗菌性和防霉性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料表面用丙烯酸酯水性处理剂,尤其涉及一种新型纺织用丙烯酸酯水性处理剂。
背景技术
纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,现在的纺织已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品。所以,现代纺织是指一种纤维或纤维集合体的多尺度结构加工技术。中国古代的纺织与印染技术具有非常悠久的历史,早在原始社会时期,古人为了适应气候的变化,已懂得就地取材,利用自然资源作为纺织和印染的原料,以及制造简单的手工纺织工具。直至今天,日常生活中的服装、安全气囊和窗帘地毯都是纺织和印染技术的产物。
行业增长速度下滑甚至萎缩,业内企业迫切需要谋求转型,未来行业面临洗牌。企业转型面临几个方面问题:首先:提高环保理念。节能减排是未来发展趋势,纺织行业高污染和不环保问题饱受诟病,对行业发展形成不利,环境污染成为行业发展瓶颈。其次,提升品牌形象,提高品牌知名度和市场占有率。第三,拓展销售渠道,2012年以来,行业虽然低迷,但是线上网络销售依然火爆,大大发挥了其威力。第四,加强成本控制,如新原料的研发利用,重新建立市场竞争优势。第五,开发多样化、差异化产品,满足市场需求,摆脱行业内产品同质化严重的状态。
中国古代用于着色的材料可分为矿物颜料和植物染料,其中以后者为古代主要的染料。矿物颜料着色是通过粘和剂使之粘附于织物的表面,但颜色遇去离子水即容易脱落。植物染料则不然,染制时,其色素分子是通过与织物纤维亲合而改变纤维的色彩,所着之色虽经日晒去离子水洗,均不易脱落或很少脱落。
古代常用的矿物植物染料实在多不胜数,古人根据不同的染料特性而创造的染色工艺计有:直接染、媒染、还原染、防染、套色染等。染料品种和工艺方法的多样性使古代印染行业的色谱十分丰富,古籍中见于记载的就有几百种,特别是在一种色调中明确地分出几十种近似色,这需要熟练地掌握各种染料的组合、配方及改变工艺条件方能达到。
中国纺织工业“十一五”发展纲要中,提出以科技创新为主的产业用纺织品将作为纺织工业的重点发展,这无疑为该工业的发展提供了巨大的原动力。中国是纺织品生产和出口的大国,中国纺织行业自身经过多年的发展,竞争优势十分明显,具备世界上最完整的产业链,最高的加工配套去离子水平,众多发达的产业集群地应对市场风险的自我调节能力不断增强,给行业保持稳健的发展步伐提供了坚实的保障。
印染助剂是在织物印花和染色的过程中所使用的助剂,能够提高印花和染色的效果,其包括印花助剂和染色助剂,印花助剂有增稠剂、粘合剂、交链剂、乳化剂、分散剂和其他印花助剂等。
我国化学纤维的产量从1994年的280.19万吨,发展到2003年的1161.37万吨,新纤维如ppt和pla等正在开发之中。随着国家为适应纺织品出口配额取消,而采取的新措施出台,以及鼓励高附加值纺织品和服装出口,纺织助剂的需求将会相应增加。2005年中国染料、有机颜料产量合计达到79.7万吨,同比增长7.4%,满足了国内纺织品需求的同时也推动了纺织品行业发展。去年,中国染料进出口总量29.59万吨,同比增长1.61%;有机颜料进出口总量14.59万吨,同比增长5.12%,这都是我国进一步发展纺织助剂的重要机遇。但是,我们在看到印染助剂蓬勃发展的同时也应客观的认识到存在的不足之处。
随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,设计一种表面装饰性好、流平性、颜料润湿性、抗菌性和防霉性好的纺织用丙烯酸酯水性处理剂,以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。

一种新型纺织用丙烯酸酯水性处理剂,原料按重量份数配比如下:去离子水100份,丁基熔纤剂30-50份,苯乙烯10-30份,丙烯酸丁酯5-25份,甲基丙烯酸4-8份,偶氮二异丁腈1-5份,三乙基胺2-6份,二甲苯0.2-0.6份,酞菁蓝1-5份,豆油脂肪酸0.1-0.5份,香精0.4-0.8份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述纺织用丙烯酸酯水性处理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:去离子水100份,丁基熔纤剂35-45份,苯乙烯15-25份,丙烯酸丁酯10-20份,甲基丙烯酸5-7份,偶氮二异丁腈2-4份,三乙基胺3-5份,二甲苯0.3-0.5份,酞菁蓝2-4份,豆油脂肪酸0.2-0.4份,香精0.5-0.7份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述纺织用丙烯酸酯水性处理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:去离子水100份,丁基熔纤剂35份,苯乙烯15份,丙烯酸丁酯10份,甲基丙烯酸5份,偶氮二异丁腈2份,三乙基胺3份,二甲苯0.3份,酞菁蓝2份,豆油脂肪酸0.2份,香精0.5份。

有益效果:
本发明所述一种纺织用丙烯酸酯水性处理剂采用以上技术方案和现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、用于纺织表面保护,光泽92-96%,表面装饰性好,耐洗牢度高;2、铅笔硬度为F,有极好的吸去离子水均匀性,可防止麻点和缩孔现象,不影响手感;3、固化干燥时间40-60min,结合强度高,流平性和颜料润湿性优良,透气性好;4、不伤皮肤,可大幅度提高纺织用品的抗菌性和防霉性,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

按重量份数配比称取去离子水100份,丁基熔纤剂30份,苯乙烯10份,丙烯酸丁酯5份,甲基丙烯酸4份,偶氮二异丁腈1份,三乙基胺2份,二甲苯0.2份,酞菁蓝1份,豆油脂肪酸0.1份,香精0.4份。
将搅拌混合均匀,在研磨机中研磨后,过滤包装即可。
