本发明提供了一种复合型液体稀土热稳定剂,它的原料及原料的重量份数为:异辛酸镧10~15份,异辛酸锌10~20份,油酸钙20~30份,异辛酸镁15~20份,亚磷酸酯5~20份,环氧大豆油10~20份,季戊四醇5~20份,抗氧剂1010 1~10份。本发明将液体稀土类、液体钙金属皂类、液体镁金属皂类和其它辅助类热稳定剂进行有机复合,得到的热稳定剂具有热稳定性能优良、无粉尘污染、与PVC相容性好等优点,可广泛应用于各种PVC制品加工中。

Description

一种复合型液体稀土热稳定剂
技术领域
本发明属于PVC热稳定剂领域,涉及一种复合型液体稀土热稳定剂。
背景技术
PVC在加工过程中易发生降解脱氯,严重影响其色泽和力学性能,通过添加热稳定剂可以解决该问题,热稳定剂种类多,性能各异,应用于PVC中应注意选取适合的热稳定剂品种,热稳定剂常用品种包括铅盐类、金属皂类、有机锡类、稀土类以及复合热稳定剂等,铅盐类热稳定剂长期以来占据着主导地位,但是由于铅盐对人体和环境的毒性问题,现在其应用已经被限制;有机锡类热稳定剂的价格较高;金属皂类热稳定剂是替代铅盐类热稳定剂的品种,具有较好的热稳定性能。目前,热稳定剂的研究开始向复合、无毒、液体热稳定剂发展,复合型热稳定剂可以综合多种热稳定剂的性能,提高热稳定性能,液体热稳定剂具有无粉尘污染、与树脂的相容性好、不易析出等优势,所以复合型稀土液体热稳定剂的研究应用符合热稳定剂的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合型液体稀土热稳定剂,该热稳定剂将液体稀土类、液体钙金属皂类、液体镁金属皂类和其它辅助类热稳定剂进行有机复合,得到的热稳定剂具有热稳定性能优良、无粉尘污染、与PVC相容性好等优点,可广泛应用于各种PVC制品加工中。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种复合型液体稀土热稳定剂,它的原料及原料的重量份数为:
异辛酸镧 13份,
异辛酸锌 15份,
油酸钙 25份,
异辛酸镁 16份,
亚磷酸酯 7.5 份,
环氧大豆油 15 份,
季戊四醇 7 份,
抗氧剂1010 1.5份。
优选的,所述的亚磷酸酯为亚磷酸一苯二异辛酯、亚磷酸三辛酯、亚磷酸三壬酯的一种。
一种液体复合型稀土热稳定剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将亚磷酸酯、抗氧剂1010、季戊四醇加入反应釜中,加热至90℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)加入异辛酸锌、油酸钙和异辛酸镁,其中油酸钙分三次加入,搅拌直到溶解完毕;
(3)加入环氧大豆油,搅拌20min后再加入异辛酸镧,搅拌30min;
(4)降至室温后,出料,过滤掉残渣,得到透明溶液,即为液体复合型稀土热稳定剂。
本发明的有益效果有:
(1)本发明将液体稀土类、液体钙金属皂类、液体镁金属皂类和其它辅助类热稳定剂进行有机复合,得到的热稳定剂具有热稳定性能优良、无粉尘污染、与PVC相容性好等优点;
(2)本发明热稳定剂为液体形态,无粉尘污染,属于环保产品,应用广泛。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种复合型液体稀土热稳定剂,它的原料及原料的重量为:
异辛酸镧 13Kg,
异辛酸锌 15 Kg,
油酸钙 25 Kg,
异辛酸镁 16 Kg,
亚磷酸三辛酯 7.5 Kg,
环氧大豆油 15 Kg,
季戊四醇 7 Kg,
抗氧剂1010 1.5 Kg。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将亚磷酸三辛酯、抗氧剂1010、季戊四醇加入反应釜中,加热至90℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)加入异辛酸锌、油酸钙和异辛酸镁,其中油酸钙分三次加入,搅拌直到溶解完毕;
(3)加入环氧大豆油,搅拌20min后再加入异辛酸镧,搅拌30min;
(4)降至室温后,出料,过滤掉残渣,得到透明溶液,即为液体复合型稀土热稳定剂。
为了验证实施例制备的热稳定剂的热稳定性能,采用刚果红法进行了热稳定时间测试,将97质量份和PVC和3质量份的热稳定剂在开炼机上混炼,制得PVC测试试样,参照国标GBT 2917.1-2002,将试样粉碎后放入试管中,装好刚果红试纸,将试管固定在180±1℃的油浴中,并使油面与试样表面相平,记录刚果红试纸变蓝的时间,即为此试样的热稳定时间,测试结果显示,热稳定时间为53min。
实施例2
一种复合型液体稀土热稳定剂,它的原料及原料的重量为:
异辛酸镧 13Kg,
异辛酸锌 15 Kg,
油酸钙 25 Kg,
异辛酸镁 16 Kg,
亚磷酸一苯二异辛酯 7.5 Kg,
环氧大豆油 15 Kg,
季戊四醇 7 Kg,
抗氧剂1010 1.5 Kg。
制备方法同实施例1。
按照实施例1所述的刚果红法测试了实施例2热稳定剂的热稳定时间,测试结果显示,热稳定时间为56min。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例之一,并非以此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种复合型液体稀土热稳定剂,其特征在于,它的原料及原料的重量份数为:
异辛酸镧 13份,
异辛酸锌 15份,
油酸钙 25份,
异辛酸镁 16份,
亚磷酸酯 7.5 份,
环氧大豆油 15 份,
季戊四醇 7 份,
抗氧剂1010 1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型液体稀土热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的亚磷酸酯为亚磷酸一苯二异辛酯、亚磷酸三辛酯、亚磷酸三壬酯的一种。
3.一种权利要求1所述的复合型液体稀土热稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将亚磷酸酯、抗氧剂1010、季戊四醇加入反应釜中,加热至90℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)加入异辛酸锌、油酸钙和异辛酸镁,其中油酸钙分三次加入,搅拌直到溶解完毕;
(3)加入环氧大豆油,搅拌20min后再加入异辛酸镧,搅拌30min;
(4)降至室温后,出料,过滤掉残渣,得到透明溶液,即为复合型液体稀土热稳定剂。
