水性纳米复合涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体地,涉及一种水性纳米复合涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
人类生产使用涂料已经有悠久的历史,纳米功能复合涂料是从我国涂料-油漆基础上发展形成的、能提供多种不同特殊功能的一种新型涂料。
不论是传统的一天然物质为原料的涂料产品,还是现代发展中以合成化工产品为原料的纳米复合涂料,都属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。涂料属于传统的精细化工产品,而纳米复合涂料使涂料使涂料这种传统的精细化工产品成为了化工产品中的重要门类。最近几年随着环保呼声越来越高,水性纳米复合涂料在全球市场中国成为持续的热点,一直被关注期待。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性纳米复合涂料,该水性纳米复合涂料具有低毒环保、高阻燃性能以及高耐污指数等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种水性纳米复合涂料,按照重量份数计包括以下组分:相对于乳液100份,纳米填料70-80份,增强剂10-12份,抗氧剂2-3份,水15-30份。
本发明还提供了所述水性纳米复合涂料的制备方法,将纳米填料加入到水中搅拌得到组分一,再将乳液加入到所述组分一中搅拌得到组分二,最后将增强剂和抗氧剂加入到所述组分二中混合得到所述水性纳米复合涂料。
通过上述技术方案,本发明提供的水性纳米复合涂料,所用乳液选自自醋丙乳液、苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和水性环氧树脂中的一种或多种,且加入了无机纳米填料和具有协同作用的增强剂,所制得的水性纳米复合涂料具有高的阻燃性能,耐污指数高且低毒环保。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供的一种水性纳米复合涂料包括:相对于乳液100重量份,纳米填料70-80重量份,增强剂10-12重量份,抗氧剂2-3重量份,水15-30重量份。
在上述的水性纳米复合涂料中,为了提高涂料的成膜效果,优选地,所用乳液选自醋丙乳液、苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和水性环氧树脂中的一种或多种。
在上述的水性纳米复合涂料中,为了提高涂料的成膜效率和阻燃效果,添加了纳米填料,优选地,所述的纳米填料选自氢氧化铝、氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁中的一种或多种。
在上述的水性纳米复合涂料中,为了进一步提高涂料的阻燃性能和抗氧化性能,添加了增强剂和抗氧剂;优选地,增强剂选自三氧化二锑或红磷,抗氧剂选自2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚或双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚。
本发明还提供了上述水性纳米复合涂料的制备方法,将所述纳米填料加入到水中搅拌得到组分一,再将乳液加入到所述组分一中搅拌得到组分二,最后将增强剂和抗氧剂加入到所述组分二中混合得到所述水性纳米复合涂 料。
在上述的制备方法中,制备所述组分一和所述组分二均采用搅拌的方式,其中对所述搅拌的温度和搅拌的转速没有特别的限定,但是从制备所述弹性外墙涂料的制备率和操作过程的节能方面考虑,优选地,所述搅拌的温度为20-35℃,搅拌的转速为1000-2000rpm。为了更进一步地使涂料各组分能够通过搅拌充分混合,优选地,搅拌的时间为20-35min。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
在25℃,1200rpm转速下,将所述氢氧化铝35kg、氢氧化钙35kg加入到20kg水中搅拌得到组分一,再将50kg醋丙乳液、50kg苯丙乳液乳液加入到所述组分一中搅拌得到组分二,最后将三氧化二锑10kg和2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚2kg加入到所述组分二中混合得到所述水性纳米复合涂料记为A1。
实施例2
在30℃,1600rpm转速下,将所述氢氧化铝45kg、氢氧化镁30kg加入到25kg水中搅拌得到组分一,再将50kg纯丙乳液、50kg硅丙乳液加入到所述组分一中搅拌得到组分二,最后将红磷11kg和2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚3kg加入到所述组分二中混合得到所述水性纳米复合涂料记为A2。
实施例3
在35℃,2000rpm转速下,将所述氢氧化铝40kg、氢氧化镁40kg加入到30kg水中搅拌得到组分一,再将50kg纯丙乳液、50kg水性环氧树脂加入到所述组分一中搅拌得到组分二,最后将红磷12kg和2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚4kg加入到所述组分二中混合得到所述水性纳米复合涂料记为A3。
对比例1
按照实施例1的方法制得水性纳米复合涂料B1,不同的是未加入氢氧化铝和氢氧化钙。
对比例2
按照实施例2的方法制得水性纳米复合涂料B2,不同的是未加入红磷。
对比例3
按照实施例3的方法制得水性纳米复合涂料B3,不同的是未加入2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
检测例1
将所制备的水性纳米复合涂料A1-A3以及B1-B3用同一涂刷工艺涂刷在相同大小的纤维块表面,接着测试纤维块的燃烧速度,结果见表1;再将同一方法制备的纤维块,放在室外30天后,用清水洗刷三遍涂有涂料的纤维块块表面,观察玻璃块表面的清洁程度,结果见表1。

根据检测例1可知,本发明提供的水性纳米复合涂料具有较好的阻燃性能,且易清洁。并且通过对比例可知,本发明提供的水性纳米复合涂料,所用乳液选自自醋丙乳液、苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和水性环氧树脂中的一种或多种,且加入了无机纳米填料和具有协同作用的增强剂,所制得的 水性纳米复合涂料具有高的阻燃性能,耐污指数高且低毒环保。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。

Claims (9)

1.一种水性纳米复合涂料,其特征在于,按照重量份数计包括以下组分:相对于100份乳液,纳米填料70-80份,增强剂10-12份,抗氧剂2-4份,水15-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性纳米复合涂料,其中,乳液选自醋丙乳液、苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和水性环氧树脂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性纳米复合涂料,其中,纳米填料选自氢氧化铝、氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性纳米复合涂料,其中,增强剂选自三氧化二锑或红磷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性纳米复合涂料,其中,抗氧剂选自2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚或双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚。
6.权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的水性纳米复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述纳米填料加入到水中搅拌得到组分一,再将乳液加入到所述组分一中搅拌得到组分二,最后将增强剂和抗氧剂加入到所述组分二中混合得到所述水性纳米复合涂料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的水性纳米复合涂料的制备方法,其中,制得所述组分一搅拌的时间为20-50min,温度为20-35℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的水性纳米复合涂料的制备方法,其中,制得所述组分二搅拌的时间为20-50min,温度为20-35℃。
9.根据权利要求7或8中的任一项所述的水性纳米复合涂料的制备方法,其中,所述搅拌的转速在1000-2000rpm之间。
