Abstract

本发明涉及一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统,包括两个安全气囊,两个所述安全气囊在汽车发生侧面碰撞或侧面翻滚时起爆在同排座位之间互相支撑。通过本发明设计的一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统,当汽车发生侧面碰撞或翻滚时,前排驾、乘人员之间会发生的二次碰撞,而发明一种安全气囊结构,该结构弥补了现有碰撞安全技术的不足,降低了前排驾、乘人员之间的二次碰撞伤害。

一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车安全技术领域,具体涉及一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统。
背景技术
汽车安全带一般为三点式安全带,锁扣位置处于汽车中央通道,不管是驾驶员或是乘员,对于向车内方向运动,即向中央通道方向运动时,安全带并不能提供约束保护,驾乘人员的上躯干会发生侧向内偏转,尤其在汽车发生侧面碰撞或翻滚时,前排驾、乘人员之间会发生相互碰撞。常规的气囊,不管是驾驶员侧气囊、乘员侧气囊,还是侧气囊或者帘式气囊,它们在使用过程中都有支撑件对其进行有效的支撑。这样它们才能发挥其应有的缓冲作用。同样的为了降低前排驾、乘人员之间的相互碰撞而导致伤害,可以在前排驾、乘人员之间设置一个安全气囊。而在实际使用过程中,针对不同角度、不同碰撞力的汽车侧面碰撞或汽车翻滚时,需要在前排驾、乘人员之间设置较大面积同时具有足够支撑力的安全气囊才能达到其保护效果。单一的安全气囊在保护面积增大时由于支撑强度不足会导致展开姿态不稳定,接触后侧偏等问题。不能实现其合理的缓冲作用,达到迅速推动乘员与车体同步的效果。同时针对不同状况的侧面碰撞或翻滚,单一安全气囊的展开姿态不能有效调整。
发明内容
本发明专利是针对上述问题,提供了一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统,当汽车发生侧面碰撞或翻滚时,前排驾、乘人员之间会发生的二次碰撞,而发明一种安全气囊系统,该系统弥补了现有碰撞安全技术的不足,降低了前排驾、乘人员之间的二次碰撞伤害。
本发明专利的技术方案是:
一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统,包括两个安全气囊,两个所述安全气囊在汽车发生侧面碰撞或侧面翻滚时起爆在同排座位之间,两个安全气囊互相支撑稳定地在前排驾、乘人员之间展开,两个气囊展开面积大可以有效的保护驾驶员和乘员头、颈、肩、胸部,实现其良好的缓冲效果。同时,由于两个气囊展开过程相互支撑,能够有效的支撑在驾驶员和乘员之间,与单一气囊相比提高了气囊的整体支撑强度,可以满足迅速使乘员与车体具有相同速度从而降低伤害的目的。
进一步的,所述安全气囊起爆后在竖直方向覆盖驾乘人员的胸骨、颈部及头部区域,在水平方向展开至汽车仪表板前,保证完整的覆盖面积,特别是在正面 25%小偏置碰撞的过程中,驾乘人员都向碰撞侧偏转,展开至汽车仪表板前的安全气囊使驾乘人员的头部接触气袋,避免驾乘人员碰撞到仪表板。
进一步的,所述安全气囊设置有外拉带,所述外拉带连接所述安全气囊的根部和前端,所述外拉带的长度小于所述安全气囊平展时根部与前端的距离,使每个安全气囊都呈C型围绕着驾、乘人员展开,全面进行保护。
进一步的,所述外拉带为一条或多条,设置在所述安全气囊的根部和前端之间的任何位置。
进一步的,两个所述安全气囊起爆后所述两个安全气囊的根部之间夹角为 75°~135°。有利于两个安全气囊的展开和相互支撑。由于不同车型前排座椅之间的距离不同,根据具体车体空间尺寸调节气囊的展开角度,距离大,展开角度大,距离小,展开角度小。所以两个安全气囊的根部之间夹角将根据具体车型在75°~135°中间选用。
进一步的,所述两个安全气囊设置在所述同排座椅中央通道空间上的扶手箱、椅背上、汽车顶棚或汽车仪表板上。
进一步的,当汽车发生侧面碰撞或侧面翻滚时,所述两个安全气囊同时起爆。进一步的,所述安全气囊起爆后的厚度不小于所述同排座椅之间距离的一半。本发明专利的有益效果是:
当汽车发生不同角度、不同侧面碰撞或翻滚时,两个安全气囊同时或先后起爆,两个气袋按一定夹角方向较大面积地展开,并稳定地相互支撑在前排驾、乘人员中间,覆盖驾、乘人员胸骨以上区域。避免驾、乘人员在侧面碰撞或翻滚中相互碰撞,更有效地降低驾、乘人员的伤害。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1至5所示,一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统,包括第一安全气囊 11和第二安全气囊12,第一安全气囊11和第二安全气囊12分别设置在驾驶员座椅椅背311和乘客座椅椅背321上,第一安全气囊11和第二安全气囊12在汽车发生侧面碰撞或侧面翻滚时起爆在驾驶员座椅31和乘客座椅32之间互相支撑,第一安全气囊11和第二安全气囊12起爆后在竖直方向大面积覆盖驾驶员21和乘客22的胸骨、颈部及头部区域,在水平方向展开至汽车仪表板前,保证完整的覆盖面积,特别是在正面25%小偏置碰撞的过程中,驾乘人员都向碰撞侧偏转,展开至汽车仪表板前的安全气囊使驾乘人员的头部接触气袋,避免驾乘人员碰撞到仪表板。
如图6所示,为25%小偏置碰撞的过程中,安全气囊可以保护头部角度±30°范围,可见此安全气囊能够避免驾乘人员碰撞到仪表板,使乘驾人员更安全。
如图7和8所示,第一安全气囊11设置有外拉带113,外拉带113连接第一安全气囊根部111和第一安全气囊前端112,外拉带113的长度小于第一安全气囊11平展时第一安全气囊根部111与第一安全气囊前端112的距离,使第一安全气囊11和第二安全气囊12呈C型围绕着驾、乘人员展开,全面进行保护;外拉带113为一条,设置在第一安全气囊根部111和第一安全气囊前端112之间的任何位置;第一安全气囊11和第二安全气囊12起爆后,第一安全气囊根部111和第二安全气囊根部121之间夹角a为90°。
当汽车发生侧面碰撞或侧面翻滚时,第一安全气囊11和第二安全气囊12同时起爆;第一安全气囊11和第二安全气囊12在驾驶员座椅31和乘客座椅32之间展开,可保护驾驶员21和乘客22。
实施例2
一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统,与上述实施例基本相同,其不同之处在于,所述第一安全气囊11和第二安全气囊12设置在驾驶员座椅31和乘客座椅 32之间的扶手箱、汽车顶棚或汽车仪表板上。

1.一种互为支撑的汽车安全气囊系统,包括第一安全气囊(11)和第二安全气囊(12),第一安全气囊(11)和第二安全气囊(12)分别设置在驾驶员座椅椅背(311)和乘客座椅椅背(321)上,第一安全气囊(11)和第二安全气囊(12)在汽车发生侧面碰撞或侧面翻滚时起爆,在驾驶员座椅(31)和乘客座椅(32)之间互相支撑,第一安全气囊(11)和第二安全气囊(12)起爆后在竖直方向上覆盖驾驶员(21)和乘客(22)的胸骨、颈部及头部区域,在水平方向上展开至汽车仪表板前,其特征在于,
所述第一安全气囊(11)设置有外拉带(113),外拉带(113)连接第一安全气囊根部(111)和第一安全气囊前端(112),外拉带(113)的长度小于第一安全气囊(11)平展时第一安全气囊根部(111)与第一安全气囊前端(112)的距离,外拉带(113)设置在第一安全气囊根部(111)和第一安全气囊前端(112)之间;
所述第二安全气囊(12)设置有外拉带(113),外拉带(113)连接第二安全气囊根部(121)和第二安全气囊前端(122),外拉带(113)的长度小于第二安全气囊(12)平展时第二安全气囊根部(121)与第二安全气囊前端(122)的距离,外拉带(113)设置在第二安全气囊根部(121 )和第二安全气囊前端(122 )之间;
使第一安全气囊(11)和第二安全气囊(12)呈C型围绕着驾乘人员展开,第一安全气囊(11)和第二安全气囊(12)起爆后,第一安全气囊根部(111)和第二安全气囊根部(121)之间夹角为75°;
