Abstract
本发明公开了一种电动式食品压缩切片装置,它包括一压料筒、一送料蜗杆和多个长条形刀片,送料蜗杆设置在压料筒内,电机驱动压料筒环形移动,同时电机驱动送料蜗杆转动,送料蜗杆通过转动将压料筒内的食品进行压缩,食品压缩后从压料筒底部排出,排出的食品被长条形刀片进行切片。本发明可以先将食品进行压缩然后进行切片,这样在对质地松散的食品进行切片之前可以先将食品进行压缩以使得食品质地紧实。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动式食品压缩切片装置。
背景技术
目前,在对食品切片时,一般直接用刀片对食品进行切割,这样,对于质地紧实的食品,可以顺利进行切片,但对于质地松散的食品,往往无法顺利切片。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种电动式食品压缩切片装置,其可以先将食品进行压缩然后进行切片,这样在对质地松散的食品进行切片之前可以先将食品进行压缩以使得食品质地紧实。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的电动式食品压缩切片装置,包括:
一第一筒体,第一筒体上下两端开口;
一第二筒体,第二筒体上端封闭且下端开口,第二筒体设置在第一筒体内,第二筒体和第一筒体同轴线设置,第二筒体的上端面上设置有一环形凹槽,环形凹槽的内侧壁为环形齿面;
一压料筒,压料筒的上端开口且下端封闭,压料筒设置在第一料筒的内壁和第二料筒的外壁之间,压料筒的轴线与第一料筒的轴线相平行,压料筒的侧壁上设置有一进料口,压料筒的底部设置有一出料口;
一进料斗,进料斗安装在压料筒的侧壁上,进料斗与进料口相连通;
一送料蜗杆,送料蜗杆设置在压料筒内,送料蜗杆与压料筒同轴线设置,送料蜗杆旋转时将压料筒内的物料向压料筒的底部压送;
一盖板,盖板盖合在压料筒的上端,盖板与压料筒固定连接,送料蜗杆的上端伸出于盖板,送料蜗杆的上端固定套置有一第一皮带轮;
一电机,电机固定安装在盖板上,电机的输出轴上固定套置有一第二皮带轮和一齿轮,齿轮设置在环形凹槽内,齿轮与环形凹槽的环形齿面相啮合;
一传动皮带,传动皮带套置在第一皮带轮和第二皮带轮上进行传动;
多个长条形刀片,多个长条形刀片均沿第一筒体的径向方向设置,多个长条形刀片沿第一筒体的周向方向均匀分布,每个长条形刀片的一端均与第一筒体的内壁连接,每个长条形刀片的另一端均与第二筒体的外壁连接,多个长条形刀片均低于压料筒的出料口,每个长条形刀片的刃口均倾斜朝上设置。
作为优选,每个长条形刀片均固定设置在一刀片安装轴上,每个刀片安装轴的第一端部均与第一筒体的内壁转动连接,每个刀片安装轴均贯穿第二筒体的周壁且与第二筒体转动连接,每个刀片安装轴的第二端部上均可拆卸的连接有一用于将刀片安装轴锁紧固定在第二筒体上的紧固件。
作为优选,每个长条形刀片均与压料筒的底面呈45度夹角。
采用以上结构后,本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下的优点:
本发明的电动式食品压缩切片装置工作时,电机驱动第二皮带轮转动,第二皮带轮通过传动皮带带动第一皮带轮同步转动,送料蜗杆随第一皮带轮同步转动,这样就使得送料蜗杆旋转,并且电机驱动齿轮转动,由于齿轮与环形凹槽的环形齿面相啮合,这样齿轮转动时,齿轮沿着环形齿面环形移动,也就使得齿轮沿着环形凹槽环形移动,而齿轮与电机的输出轴是固定连接的,这样也就使得电机沿着环形凹槽环形移动,而电机、盖板、压料筒相互之间是固定连接的,这样,电机移动时通过盖板带动压料筒环形移动,这样,需要对食品进行切片时,将食品投入进料斗,食品从进料斗进入到压料筒内,送料蜗杆将食品向压料筒的底部压送,这样就使得食品被压缩,使得食品质地紧实,被压缩后的食品从压料筒底部的出料口被压出,此时由于压料筒在进行环形移动,而压料筒的下方设置有长条形刀片,这样,食品从压料筒底部的出料口被压出后,食品被长条形刀片进行切割,使得食品被切片。本发明的电动式食品压缩切片装置可以先将质地松散的食品进行压缩,使得食品质地紧实,然后对食品进行切片,使得食品切片后形状规则,使得食品在切片时不容易破碎。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细地说明。
由图1~图3所示,本发明电动式食品压缩切片装置包括一第一筒体1、一第二筒体2、一压料筒3、一进料斗10、一送料蜗杆4、一盖板5、一电机6、一传动皮带7、多个长条形刀片8。
第一筒体1上下两端开口。
第二筒体2上端封闭且下端开口,第二筒体2设置在第一筒体1内,第二筒体2和第一筒体1同轴线设置,第二筒体2的上端面上设置有一环形凹槽201,环形凹槽201的内侧壁为环形齿面2011。
压料筒3的上端开口且下端封闭,压料筒3设置在第一料筒1的内壁和第二料筒2的外壁之间,压料筒3的轴线与第一料筒1的轴线相平行,压料筒3的侧壁上设置有一进料口301,压料筒3的底部设置有一出料口302。
进料斗10安装在压料筒3的侧壁上,进料斗10与进料口301相连通。
送料蜗杆4设置在压料筒3内,送料蜗杆4与压料筒3同轴线设置,送料蜗杆4旋转时将压料筒3内的物料向压料筒3的底部压送。
盖板5盖合在压料筒3的上端,盖板5与压料筒3固定连接,送料蜗杆4的上端伸出于盖板5,送料蜗杆4的上端固定套置有一第一皮带轮401。
电机6固定安装在盖板5上,电机6的输出轴上固定套置有一第二皮带轮601和一齿轮602,齿轮602设置在环形凹槽201内,齿轮602与环形凹槽201的环形齿面2011相啮合。
传动皮带7套置在第一皮带轮401和第二皮带轮601上进行传动。
多个长条形刀片8,多个长条形刀片8均沿第一筒体1的径向方向设置,多个长条形刀片8沿第一筒体1的周向方向均匀分布,每个长条形刀片8的一端均与第一筒体1的内壁连接,每个长条形刀片8的另一端均与第二筒体2的外壁连接,多个长条形刀片8均低于压料筒3的出料口302,每个长条形刀片8的刃口均倾斜朝上设置。
每个长条形刀片8均固定设置在一刀片安装轴9上,每个刀片安装轴9的第一端部均与第一筒体1的内壁转动连接,每个刀片安装轴9均贯穿第二筒体2的周壁且与第二筒体2转动连接,每个刀片安装轴9的第二端部上均可拆卸的连接有一用于将刀片安装轴9锁紧固定在第二筒体2上的紧固件901,这样,切割不同的食品时,可以根据需要对刀片的倾斜角度进行调节,调节时,先旋松紧固件901,使得刀片安装轴9可以绕其自身轴线转动,然后转动刀片安装轴9,长条形刀片8随着刀片安装轴9转动,当长条形刀片8转动到所需角度后,旋紧紧固件901,使得刀片安装轴9被锁紧,也就使得长条形刀片8固定。
每个长条形刀片8均与压料筒3的底面呈45度夹角,如图3中,长条形刀片8的刃口均朝上设置,长条形刀片8与压料筒3的底面呈45度夹角,压料筒3向左移动,此时,长条形刀片8对食品的切片效果较好。
以上仅就本发明应用较佳的实例做出了说明,但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制,本发明的结构可以有其他变化,不局限于上述结构。总之,凡在本发明的独立权利要求的保护范围内所作的各种变化均在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种电动式食品压缩切片装置,其特征在于,包括:
一第一筒体(1),第一筒体(1)上下两端开口;
一第二筒体(2),第二筒体(2)上端封闭且下端开口,第二筒体(2)设置在第一筒体(1)内,第二筒体(2)和第一筒体(1)同轴线设置,第二筒体(2)的上端面上设置有一环形凹槽(201),环形凹槽(201)的内侧壁为环形齿面(2011);
一压料筒(3),压料筒(3)的上端开口且下端封闭,压料筒(3)设置在第一料筒(1)的内壁和第二料筒(2)的外壁之间,压料筒(3)的轴线与第一料筒(1)的轴线相平行,压料筒(3)的侧壁上设置有一进料口(301),压料筒(3)的底部设置有一出料口(302);
一进料斗(10),进料斗(10)安装在压料筒(3)的侧壁上,进料斗(10)与进料口(301)相连通;
一送料蜗杆(4),送料蜗杆(4)设置在压料筒(3)内,送料蜗杆(4)与压料筒(3)同轴线设置,送料蜗杆(4)旋转时将压料筒(3)内的物料向压料筒(3)的底部压送;
一盖板(5),盖板(5)盖合在压料筒(3)的上端,盖板(5)与压料筒(3)固定连接,送料蜗杆(4)的上端伸出于盖板(5),送料蜗杆(4)的上端固定套置有一第一皮带轮(401);
一电机(6),电机(6)固定安装在盖板(5)上,电机(6)的输出轴上固定套置有一第二皮带轮(601)和一齿轮(602),齿轮(602)设置在环形凹槽(201)内,齿轮(602)与环形凹槽(201)的环形齿面(2011)相啮合;
一传动皮带(7),传动皮带(7)套置在第一皮带轮(401)和第二皮带轮(601)上进行传动;
多个长条形刀片(8),多个长条形刀片(8)均沿第一筒体(1)的径向方向设置,多个长条形刀片(8)沿第一筒体(1)的周向方向均匀分布,每个长条形刀片(8)的一端均与第一筒体(1)的内壁连接,每个长条形刀片(8)的另一端均与第二筒体(2)的外壁连接,多个长条形刀片(8)均低于压料筒(3)的出料口(302),每个长条形刀片(8)的刃口均倾斜朝上设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动式食品压缩切片装置,其特征在于:每个长条形刀片(8)均固定设置在一刀片安装轴(9)上,每个刀片安装轴(9)的第一端部均与第一筒体(1)的内壁转动连接,每个刀片安装轴(9)均贯穿第二筒体(2)的周壁且与第二筒体(2)转动连接,每个刀片安装轴(9)的第二端部上均可拆卸的连接有一用于将刀片安装轴(9)锁紧固定在第二筒体(2)上的紧固件(901)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动式食品压缩切片装置,其特征在于:每个长条形刀片(8)均与压料筒(3)的底面呈45度夹角。
