一种清热健脾饮，以下述五种成份，重量比如下，洋葱发酵产物100g；蓝莓粉30g；山楂20g；薏仁10g；马齿苋10g，五种成份的重量比在±10％的范围内，均是熟后去渣味后成饮料或冲、散剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料，尤其是洋葱发酵产物、蓝莓、薏仁组合物饮料(散)。
背景技术
洋葱葡萄酒,它包括以下原料制成:红葡萄酒60克～80克,洋葱提取液25克～40克。对人体具有多种健体功效。蓝莓、薏仁的功效虽然也十分明显，但以促进身体免疫的清热健脾饮料未有出现。
发明内容
本发明目的是，提出一种清热健脾饮，清热、健脾、利湿，适合高脂血症、糖尿病、预防肺癌、肠癌、肝癌等肿瘤；作为化疗辅助药物预防副作用；辅助肿瘤患者治疗，还适合高脂血症、糖尿病的辅助治疗，并能预防肺癌、肠癌、肝癌等肿瘤；抗衰老，抗氧自由基。
本发明技术方案是，一种清热健脾饮，其特征是以下述五种成份，且重量比如下，洋葱发酵产物100g；蓝莓粉30g；山楂20g；薏仁10g；马齿苋10g，五种成份的重量比在±10％的范围内，均是熟后去渣味后成饮料或冲、散剂。
有益效果：本发明是全食品级材料(完全符合食药同源的要求)，并具有明显功效；根据各成份对身体的作用，发现洋葱发酵汁的微生物菌群和化学组成；发酵使洋葱的风味更加丰富，在发酵产品中检测到更多种类的酯类、醇类、醛类、酮类等化合物。而且发酵产品的有机酸、氨基酸和挥发性风味物质的含量都受到盐含量的影响。洋葱发酵是乳酸菌、醋酸菌、柠檬酸杆菌和酵母菌这四大类微生物相互作用的结果。提取后制作成为饮品或者散剂服用。
功效：清热、健脾、利湿，适合高脂血症、糖尿病、预防肺癌、肠癌、肝癌等肿瘤；作为化疗辅助药物预防副作用；抗衰老，抗氧自由基。在动物试验中，可以降低高脂血症结肠癌动物模型的甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白；抑制结直肠癌肿瘤的生长。
具体实施方式
实施例(可为一天用量，但并无限制)：
洋葱发酵产物 100g(黄酮成分300mg/kg/d)(50-70℃发酵20天后取用)；
蓝莓粉 30 (花青素成分100mg/kg/d)(经发酵后将糖分转化为乳酸)；
山楂 20g(一天量)(干燥后使用)；
薏仁 10g(一天量)(蒸熟干燥后服用)；
马齿苋 10g(一天量)(水煎后去渣)；
五种成份的重量比在±10％的范围内。
以上均为一天的服用量，清热、健脾、利湿，适合高脂血症、糖尿病、预防肺癌、肠癌、肝癌等肿瘤；作为化疗辅助药物预防副作用；抗衰老，抗氧自由基。

1.一种清热健脾饮，其特征是以下述五种成份，且重量比如下，洋葱发酵产物100 g；蓝莓粉 30 g；山楂 20g；薏仁10g；马齿苋 10g，五种成份的重量比在±10%的范围内，均是熟后去渣味后成饮料或冲、散剂。
