本发明公开了一种木瓜果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜280‑320份、山药100‑140份、白砂糖50‑70份、葛根20‑30份、槐花20‑30份、石斛5‑15份、蒲公英15‑25份。本发明的饮品具有木瓜、山药及添加的中药材提取液中所含丰富的营养成分,常饮具有补充营养、滋阴清热、凉血止血之功效,是一种具有多重保健功效的健康饮品。

本发明涉及果汁饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种木瓜果汁饮品。
背景技术
木瓜素有“百益果王”之称。李时珍《本草纲目》中论述:木瓜性温味酸,平肝和胃,舒筋络,活筋骨,降血压。现代医学证明:果实含番木瓜碱、木瓜蛋白酶、凝乳酶、胡萝卜素等;并富含十七种以上氨基酸及多种营养元素;其中所含的齐墩果成份是一种具有护肝降酶、抗炎抑菌、降低血脂等功效的化合物。研究还发现:木瓜具有阻止人体致癌物质亚硝胺合成的功效。木瓜中维生素C的含量之高竟是苹果的48倍,常食平肝和胃,舒筋活洛,,软化血管,抗菌消炎,抗衰养颜,抗癌防癌,增强体质,是一种营养丰富、有百益而无一害的果之珍品。木瓜有丰富的营养价值,对于胃肠道功能不良的人来说,木瓜还有帮助消化的作用。木瓜中的乳状液汁,含有一种被称为“木瓜酵素”的蛋白分解酶,它跟胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶一样,能够分解蛋白质,因此能帮助我们消化肉类蛋白质。饭后吃木瓜,可以帮助消化,有辅助治疗肠胃炎、消化不良的效果。另外,木瓜还富含胡萝卜素,这是一种天然的抗氧化剂,能有效对抗全身细胞的氧化,破坏使人体加速衰老的氧自由基。因此,常吃木瓜还有美容护肤、延缓衰老的功效。目前,木瓜的加工利用还停留在初级阶段,加强木瓜功能与保健价值研究,开发木瓜系列保健食品,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明旨在提供一种木瓜果汁饮品。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种木瓜果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜280-320份、山药100-140份、白砂糖50-70份、葛根20-30份、槐花20-30份、石斛5-15份、蒲公英15-25份。
优选地,所述的木瓜果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜300份、山药120份、白砂糖60份、葛根25份、槐花25份、石斛10份、蒲公英20份。
所述木瓜果汁饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将木瓜去皮去籽、切成块,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到木瓜汁;
(2)将山药削皮、洗净、切块放入锅中加山药重量5倍量的纯净水煮沸再改用文火煮30分钟,然后置打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到山药浆液;
(3)将葛根、槐花、石斛、蒲公英混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
(4)将木瓜汁、山药浆液、中药液、白砂糖混合,均质;
(5)灌装,杀菌即得成品。
本发明中原料作用如下:
葛根具有滋身健体、抗衰老、降压、降糖、降脂、增加皮肤弹性、润肤等功效;
槐花具有凉血止血,清肝泻火的功效;
石斛具有滋阴清热,润肺养胃,强筋健骨的功效;
蒲公英具有清热解毒,消肿散结的功效。
本发明的优点是:本发明的饮品具有木瓜、山药及添加的中药材提取液中所含丰富的营养成分,常饮具有补充营养、滋阴清热、凉血止血之功效,是一种具有多重保健功效的健康饮品。

一种木瓜果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜280份、山药100份、白砂糖50份、葛根20份、槐花20份、石斛5份、蒲公英15份。

一种木瓜果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜300份、山药120份、白砂糖60份、葛根25份、槐花25份、石斛10份、蒲公英20份。

一种木瓜果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜320份、山药140份、白砂糖70份、葛根30份、槐花30份、石斛15份、蒲公英25份。
实施例4
实施例1-3所述木瓜果汁饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将木瓜去皮去籽、切成块,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到木瓜汁;
(2)将山药削皮、洗净、切块放入锅中加山药重量5倍量的纯净水煮沸再改用文火煮30分钟,然后置打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到山药浆液;
(3)将葛根、槐花、石斛、蒲公英混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
(4)将木瓜汁、山药浆液、中药液、白砂糖混合,均质;
(5)灌装,杀菌即得成品。

1.一种木瓜果汁饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜280-320份、山药100-140份、白砂糖50-70份、葛根20-30份、槐花20-30份、石斛5-15份、蒲公英15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木瓜果汁饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜300份、山药120份、白砂糖60份、葛根25份、槐花25份、石斛10份、蒲公英20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述木瓜果汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将木瓜去皮去籽、切成块,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到木瓜汁;
(2)将山药削皮、洗净、切块放入锅中加山药重量5倍量的纯净水煮沸再改用文火煮30分钟,然后置打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到山药浆液;
(3)将葛根、槐花、石斛、蒲公英混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
