Abstract

本发明公开一种舒适耐用的防滑垫,包括彩印层、上材料层、下材料层和吸盘,所述上材料层与下材料层通过热压压合形成密闭整体,并于密闭整体的边缘形成有密封压边,所述吸盘通过热压压合在下材料层下表面,所述彩印层设于上材料层的上表面;所述上材料层为耐磨PVC膜层,所述耐磨PVC膜层上设有防滑纹路或防滑突点,所述下材料层为由多层PVC膜热压压合后经发泡形成的发泡层。由于防滑垫都是采用PVC膜制成,使得防滑垫的整体结构更加稳定,更耐用,使用更加舒适,同时,通过在防滑垫上设置防滑纹路或防滑突点,人在使用时防滑效果更好,通过设置彩印层使得防滑垫更美观,可以起到装饰愉悦作用,提升用户的使用体验。

舒适耐用的防滑垫及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及防滑垫生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防滑垫的生产工艺及其制得的防滑垫。
背景技术
随着时代进步,越来越多人使用防滑垫,特别是在浴室。现在许多家庭的浴室地面都铺设有瓷砖,瓷砖表面光滑,洗澡时水落在瓷砖上很容易导致人们滑倒。在现有技术中揭示了一些防滑垫,其中这些防滑垫均为层状结构,即防滑层和橡胶层是用粘结剂结合在一起的,而粘结剂构成一粘结层。这种胶粘的层状结构会由于不同的层之中不同化学成分之间出现化学成分之间出现化学迁移,结果导致各层不同的收缩,从而发生防滑垫卷曲,造成防滑效果降低,使用起来的舒适度不高。此外这类防滑垫在用完之后还会产生垃圾处理和环保等问题。因此,如果能有一种防滑垫在保留了相当或更好的防滑效果,以及更好的舒适性但又能减少材料使用量,以此减少垃圾处理量的问题,在日益重视环保的今天以及资源逐渐减少的情况下显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,提供一种既可防止霉变,使用起来又让人感到舒适的防滑垫及其生产工艺。
为达上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种舒适耐用的防滑垫,包括彩印层、上材料层、下材料层和吸盘,所述上材料层与下材料层通过热压压合形成密闭整体,并于密闭整体的边缘形成有密封压边,所述吸盘通过热压压合在下材料层下表面,所述彩印层设于上材料层的上表面;所述上材料层为耐磨PVC膜层,所述耐磨PVC膜层上设有防滑纹路或防滑突点,所述下材料层为由多层PVC膜热压压合后经发泡形成的发泡层。
作为一种优选方案,所述彩印层通过丝印、喷印或热转印附着于耐磨PVC膜上表面。
作为一种优选方案,所述上材料层上设有温度提示区,所述温度提示区上覆有高于特定温度会褪色冷却后恢复原色的感温变色油墨层。
一种防滑垫的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将多层PVC膜在温度为145℃~180℃时采用模压热塑工艺压合形成防滑垫基体,其中,最上一层PVC膜设有耐磨成分,其余的PVC膜设有发泡剂;
(2)在温度为210℃~230°时,使防滑垫基体中设有发泡剂的PVC膜发泡形成发泡层,其中,所述发泡层为防滑垫的下材料层,设有耐磨成分的PVC膜为防滑垫的上材料层;
(3)采用压花辊在发泡成型的防滑垫的上材料层上压出防滑纹路或防滑突点;
(4)采用丝印、喷印或热转印工艺在上材料层的上表面印刷出具有精美图案的彩印层;
(5)采用热压的方式将吸盘压合于下材料层的下表面,同时对防滑垫边沿压边密封。
作为一种优选方案所述发泡剂以重量份计包括以下组分:
作为一种优选方案,步骤(1)中,多层PVC膜在温度为160℃时压合形成防滑垫基体;步骤(2)中,防滑垫基体在温度为220℃时,设有发泡剂的PVC膜发泡形成发泡层。
作为一种优选方案,在进行步骤(5)时,先将吸盘按一定间距铺设于电热压底模上,再将防滑垫下材料层的下表面置于吸盘上,然后采用电热压上模热压,使吸盘沾附于下材料层的下表面上。
作为一种优选方案,所述电热压底模的边沿以及电热压上模的边沿均设有压边结构,在将吸盘压于下材料层上时,所述电热压底模和电热压上模上的压边结构相互配合,在防滑垫的裁切边沿压出密封压边,所述密封压边的厚度小于防滑垫中部的厚度。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,通过将一层含有耐磨成分的PVC膜和多层含有发泡剂的PVC膜压合后经发泡形成防滑垫本体:1、由于整个防滑垫都是使用PVC膜制作而成的,可以有效预防霉变现象的发生,多层PVC膜经过发泡后变得柔软蓬松,具有一定的缓冲作用,站在防滑垫上使人产生舒适感,同时防滑效果更好;2、由于整个防滑垫是采用PVC膜热压结合,而不通过粘结剂,避免了不同的层中因不同化学成分之间出现化学迁移而导致各层不同收缩的情况,使得防滑垫整体结构更加稳定,使用效果更好;3、所述上材料层运用含有耐磨成分的PVC膜,使整个防滑垫使用时更耐磨,使用寿命更长;4、在防滑垫本体下设有吸盘,利用吸盘将防滑垫牢牢固定在地面上,起到高效防滑的作用;5、在防滑垫本体上丝印有精美图案,能起到装饰作用,使整个防滑垫变得美观;6、在耐磨PVC膜层上设有防滑纹路或防滑突点,用户使用时,站得更稳,防滑效果更佳,提高了使用的安全性。

如图1所示,一种舒适耐用的防滑垫,包括彩印层6、上材料层、下材料层和吸盘5,所述上材料层与下材料层通过热压压合形成密闭整体,所述密闭整体的边沿形成有密封压力,所述吸盘通过热压压合在下材料层下表面。所述上材料层为含有耐磨成分的第一PVC膜层1,通过增加耐磨成分,可以使得防滑垫具有更长的使用寿命。所述第一PVC膜层上设有防滑纹路或防滑突点,使得防滑效果更佳,所述防滑纹路或防滑突点由压花辊压出。所述第一PVC膜层的上表面还设有彩印层6,所述彩印层6通过丝印、喷印或热转印印刷有美观的彩印图案,可以使得用户在使用过程中心情愉悦,提升使用乐趣。所述下材料层为由第二PVC膜层2、第三PVC膜层3和第四PVC膜层4热压压合后经发泡形成的发泡层。所述防滑垫的边缘形成有密封压边。密封压边对防滑垫起到保护作用,增加防滑垫的使用寿命。本发明的防滑垫的发泡层可以由三层PVC膜发泡形成,为增加防滑垫厚度,也可以由三层以上的PVC膜发泡形成。
如图2所示,所述上材料层上还设有温度提示区7,所述温度提示区7上覆有高于特定温度会褪色冷却后恢复原色的感温变色油墨层。所述的感温变色油墨层的特定温度选择范围为32~40℃,并且所述感温变色油墨层的特定温度最好为37℃,利用感温变色油墨高于特定温度会褪色冷却后恢复原色的原理,从而提示水温,避免了人被烫伤的可能。
本发明之防滑垫的生产工艺之实施例1:一种防滑垫的生产工艺,首先将一层设有耐磨成分的PVC膜和四层设有发泡剂PVC膜在温度为145℃时,采用模压热塑工艺压合形成防滑垫基体,并且设有耐磨成分的PVC膜压合于防滑垫基体的最上层,然后将压合后的防滑垫基体加热到210℃,使防滑垫基体中设有发泡剂的PVC膜发泡形成发泡层,其中,所述发泡层形成防滑垫的下材料层,设有耐磨成分的PVC膜形成防滑垫的上材料层,为使防滑垫具有更好的防滑效果,接着采用压花辊在上材料层上压出防滑纹路或防滑突点,然后采用丝印、喷印或热转印工艺在上材料层上印刷出具有精美图案的彩印层,印刷好后将发泡成型后的防滑垫裁切成特定形状,接着采用热压的方式将吸盘压合于裁切后的防滑垫下材料层的下表面,热压时,先将吸盘按一定间距铺设于电热压底模上,再将防滑垫下材料层的下表面置于吸盘上,然后采用电热压上模热压,使吸盘沾附于下材料层的下表面上,由于所述电热压底模的边沿以及电热压上模的边沿均设有压边结构,在将吸盘压于下材料层上时,所述电热压底模和电热压上模上的压边结构相互配合,在防滑垫的裁切边沿压出密封压边,所述密封压边的厚度小于防滑垫中部的厚度。
本发明之防滑垫的生产工艺之实施例2:一种防滑垫的生产工艺,首先将一层设有耐磨成分的PVC膜和三层设有发泡剂PVC膜在温度为160℃时,采用模压热塑工艺压合形成防滑垫基体,并且设有耐磨成分的PVC膜压合于防滑垫基体的最上层,然后将压合后的防滑垫基体加热到220℃,使防滑垫基体中设有发泡剂的PVC膜发泡形成发泡层,其中,所述发泡层形成防滑垫的下材料层,设有耐磨成分的PVC膜形成防滑垫的上材料层,为使防滑垫具有更好的防滑效果,接着采用压花辊在上材料层上压出防滑纹路或防滑突点,然后采用丝印、喷印或热转印工艺在上材料层上印刷出具有精美图案的彩印层,印刷好后将发泡成型后的防滑垫裁切成特定形状,接着采用热压的方式将吸盘压合于裁切后的防滑垫下材料层的下表面,热压时,先将吸盘按一定间距铺设于电热压底模上,再将防滑垫下材料层的下表面置于吸盘上,然后采用电热压上模热压,使吸盘沾附于下材料层的下表面上,由于所述电热压底模的边沿以及电热压上模的边沿均设有压边结构,在将吸盘压于下材料层上时,所述电热压底模和电热压上模上的压边结构相互配合,在防滑垫的裁切边沿压出密封压边,所述密封压边的厚度小于防滑垫中部的厚度。为使防滑垫具备温度提醒功能,还会在上材料层上设置温度提示区,所述温度提示区上覆有高于特定温度会褪色、冷却后恢复原色的感温变色油墨层。
本发明之防滑垫的生产工艺之实施例3:一种防滑垫的生产工艺,首先将一层设有耐磨成分的PVC膜和五层设有发泡剂PVC膜在温度为180℃时,采用模压热塑工艺压合形成防滑垫基体,并且设有耐磨成分的PVC膜压合于防滑垫基体的最上层,然后将压合后的防滑垫基体加热到230℃,使防滑垫基体中设有发泡剂的PVC膜发泡形成发泡层,其中,所述发泡层形成防滑垫的下材料层,设有耐磨成分的PVC膜形成防滑垫的上材料层,为使防滑垫具有更好的防滑效果,接着采用压花辊在上材料层上压出防滑纹路或防滑突点,然后采用丝印、喷印或热转印工艺在上材料层上印刷出具有精美图案的彩印层,印刷好后将发泡成型后的防滑垫裁切成特定形状,接着采用热压的方式将吸盘压合于裁切后的防滑垫下材料层的下表面,热压时,先将吸盘按一定间距铺设于电热压底模上,再将防滑垫下材料层的下表面置于吸盘上,然后采用电热压上模热压,使吸盘沾附于下材料层的下表面上,由于所述电热压底模的边沿以及电热压上模的边沿均设有压边结构,在将吸盘压于下材料层上时,所述电热压底模和电热压上模上的压边结构相互配合,在防滑垫的裁切边沿压出密封压边,所述密封压边的厚度小于防滑垫中部的厚度。

1.一种舒适耐用的防滑垫,其特征在于:包括彩印层、上材料层、下材料层和吸盘,所述上材料层与下材料层通过热压压合形成密闭整体,并于密闭整体的边缘形成有密封压边,所述吸盘通过热压压合在下材料层下表面,所述彩印层设于上材料层的上表面;所述上材料层为耐磨PVC膜层,所述耐磨PVC膜层上设有防滑纹路或防滑突点,所述下材料层为由多层PVC膜热压压合后经发泡形成的发泡层。
2.根据权利要求1所述舒适耐用的防滑垫,其特征在于:所述彩印层通过丝印、喷印或热转印附着于耐磨PVC膜上表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述舒适耐用的防滑垫,其特征在于:所述上材料层上设有温度提示区,所述温度提示区上覆有高于特定温度会褪色冷却后恢复原色的感温变色油墨层。
4.一种前述权利要求1-3所述的防滑垫的生产工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将多层PVC膜在温度为145℃~180℃时采用模压热塑工艺压合形成防滑垫基体,其中,最上一层PVC膜设有耐磨成分,其余的PVC膜设有发泡剂;
(2)在温度为210℃~230°时,使防滑垫基体中设有发泡剂的PVC膜发泡形成发泡层,其中,所述发泡层为防滑垫的下材料层,设有耐磨成分的PVC膜为防滑垫的上材料层;
(3)采用压花辊在发泡成型的防滑垫的上材料层上压出防滑纹路或防滑突点;
(4)采用丝印、喷印或热转印工艺在上材料层的上表面印刷出具有精美图案的彩印层;
(5)采用热压的方式将吸盘压合于下材料层的下表面,同时对防滑垫边沿压边密封。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防滑垫的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述发泡剂以重量份计包括以下组分:
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的防滑垫的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,多层PVC膜在温度为160℃时压合形成防滑垫基体;步骤(2)中,防滑垫基体在温度为220℃时,设有发泡剂的PVC膜发泡形成发泡层。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的防滑垫的生产工艺,其特征在于:在进行步骤(5)时,先将吸盘按一定间距铺设于电热压底模上,再将防滑垫下材料层的下表面置于吸盘上,然后采用电热压上模热压,使吸盘沾附于下材料层的下表面上。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的防滑垫的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述电热压底模的边沿以及电热压上模的边沿均设有压边结构,在将吸盘压于下材料层上时,所述电热压底模和电热压上模上的压边结构相互配合,在防滑垫的裁切边沿压出密封压边,所述密封压边的厚度小于防滑垫中部的厚度。
