本实用新型涉及塑胶地板领域，尤其涉及一种环保无PVC塑胶地板。
背景技术
塑胶地板目前已成为家装中比较流行的材料，市面上的塑胶地板基本均为以PVC为主要材料配以增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂、填充剂制作的卷材或片材地板。其种类较多，纹饰逼真，具备防水、防滑等多种功能，是一种较好的地面装饰材料，其种类较多，纹饰逼真，具备防水、防滑等多种功能，是一种较好的地面装饰材料。随着市场的推广，使用的普及，也暴露出一些不足，比如：1、因其自身热胀冷缩率大，在大面积铺装后易产生较为明显的地板收缩或拱起现象，影响地板使用；2、随着塑胶地板销量连年上升，部分小商家为抢占低端市场，大打价格战，采用一些价格低不环保的材料，比如增塑剂、稳定剂来做地板，直接影响消费者健康；3、PVC塑胶地板采用的高分子耐磨层，表面一般都有UV处理层，在地板使用一两年以后，尤其在人流量大的地方，容易出现表面刮花问题，相对于瓷砖、木地板，此也是PVC地板致命的弱点。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保无PVC塑胶地板，该地板耐刮耐磨性能优越，更加环保，尺寸稳定性高，遇高温不易拱起，并且回弹性好，脚感舒适且不会分层。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种环保无PVC塑胶地板，包括热压为一体的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶耐磨表层和水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的纸质印刷层，所述水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的纸质印刷层底部通过热塑性弹性体胶层与聚丙烯发泡板基材底层粘合为一体。
本实用新型选择热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶（TPU）为耐磨表层，是因为TPU耐刮耐磨性能优异、透明度好、耐油污、弹性佳减震效果明显可以带来非常舒适的脚感。同时TPU耐寒性能强，零下30℃仍然能保持其良好的弹性及柔韧性，这是PVC材质地板表层PVC透明膜所无法比拟的。
选择水性聚氨酯树脂（PU）浸泡处理的纸质印刷层作为印刷层，是因为此原材料来源广泛，成本低廉，不含PVC等成份，很环保，而且由于经过浸水性PU树脂处理，使得其强度更高，在操作过程中不易断裂、打折、同时又可以很好的和TPU耐磨表层热压贴合。
本实用新型选取热塑性弹性体（TPR）胶水作为印刷层和基材底层之间的粘结层，因TPR具备以下优点：1，无毒，无异味，生产和使用均对人和环境不会产生任何污染，还可回收利用；2，其抗张强度高、断裂拉伸值大，此赋予地板抵抗形变，具备良好的回弹性能；3，环境适应性强，长期在70℃的温度下也不会出现老化等现象；即便是在低温零下60℃仍能保持良好的韧性。
本实用新型用聚丙烯（PP）发泡板作为基材底层，因PP发泡板具备以下优点：1、环保，PP材料是公认的环境友好材料，其无毒无污染，广泛应用于食品的包装材料；2、质量轻、刚性好，其弯曲模量约为1.5Gpa,而PE发泡板弯曲模量仅为207Mpa，该性能赋予地板刚性的同时能更好的抵抗形变；3、有较高的热变形温度，因其是封闭式泡孔结构，具备保温隔音功能，其温度传递慢，在苛刻温度下其刚性和热收缩率变化较小，因此在大面积铺装时不会发生低温收缩缝隙明显、高温容易出现拱起等现象，而PVC材质地板基本在35℃即出现软化，5℃基本失去弹性。
进一步的，所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶耐磨表层厚度为0.05mm~1mm。
进一步的，所述聚丙烯发泡板基材底层厚度为2.5mm~10mm。
进一步的，所述地板侧壁开有凹槽，凹槽可以开在地板四边的侧壁，也可以开在其中两边的侧边。当然，根据实际应用的场所，也可以不开槽。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
本实用新型使用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶（TPU）做为耐磨表层，使本发明的地板具备超耐刮耐磨性能；采用了纸质印刷层做为印刷层，然后浸水性聚氨酯树脂，以此取代传统的PVC印刷膜，达到更加环保的目的；以PP发泡板做为基材层，使得地板绝对环保，并提高了地板使用环境限制，使地板保持更好的尺寸稳定性，遇高温不易拱起，并且回弹性好；使用环保TPR热熔胶材料作为印刷层和PP发泡板之间的粘结层，使得地板脚感舒适且不会分层。

具体实施方式
本实用新型环保无PVC塑胶地板可采用如下制备方法：
步骤一，取热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶（TPU）耐磨表层和水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的印刷纸，将印刷纸放在TPU耐磨表层下方，在TPU耐磨表层上面放置与印刷纸图案配套的不同风格的压纹板，经压机高温高压压制，冷却后取出，此可以使TPU耐磨表层和印刷纸完全贴合，同时具备压纹，使地板感官效果更好；
步骤二，打开背胶机加温部分，将热塑性弹性体（TPR）胶水放于加温箱加温，待其从固态变为液态后打开背胶机传动部分，在聚丙烯（PP）发泡板上背上一层TPR胶水。
步骤三，将贴合好的耐磨表层和印刷层半成品贴在背过胶的PP发泡板上，然后冷压即可得到此环保无PVC塑胶地板半成品。
步骤四，将以上半成品裁切成所需规格，然后可在四周进行开槽处理即完成此新型地板的整个加工工序。
下面结合以上制作方法和附图以及实施例对本实用新型进行详细的说明。
实施例1
如图1所示，一种环保无PVC塑胶地板，包括热压为一体的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶耐磨表层1和水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的纸质印刷层2，所述水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的纸质印刷层2底部通过热塑性弹性体胶层3与聚丙烯发泡板基材底层4粘合为一体。所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶耐磨表层1厚度为1mm，所述聚丙烯发泡板基材底层4厚度为2.5mm。
实施例2
如图1所示，一种环保无PVC塑胶地板，包括热压为一体的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶耐磨表层1和水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的纸质印刷层2，所述水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的纸质印刷层2底部通过热塑性弹性体胶层3与聚丙烯发泡板基材底层4粘合为一体。所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶耐磨表层1厚度为0.05mm，所述聚丙烯发泡板基材底层4厚度为10mm。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制，但凡采用等同替换或等效变换的形式所获得的技术方案，均应落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种环保无PVC塑胶地板，其特征在于：包括热压为一体的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶耐磨表层（1）和水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的纸质印刷层（2），所述水性聚氨酯树脂浸泡处理的纸质印刷层（2）底部通过热塑性弹性体胶层（3）与聚丙烯发泡板基材底层（4）粘合为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保无PVC塑胶地板，其特征在于：所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶耐磨表层（1）厚度为0.05mm~1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保无PVC塑胶地板，其特征在于：所述聚丙烯发泡板基材层（4）厚度为2.5mm~10mm。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的环保无PVC塑胶地板，其特征在于：所述地板侧壁开有凹槽。
