Abstract
本发明公开了近平滑假丝酵母CGMCC 9630,该菌株表达的羰基还原酶及其编码基因和氨基酸序列,含有该基因序列的重组表达载体和重组表达转化体,以及利用所述近平滑假丝酵母整细胞、其羰基还原酶或相应的重组转化体作为催化剂用于催化潜手性羰基化合物的不对称还原,特别是6‑羰基‑8‑卤代辛酸酯还原制备(R)‑α‑硫辛酸合成前体(R)‑6‑羟基‑8‑卤代辛酸酯。与不对称还原制备(R)‑6‑羟基‑8‑卤代辛酸酯的其他方法相比,本发明具有底物浓度高、反应条件温和、环境友好、产率高、产品光学纯度高等优势,因此在(R)‑α‑硫辛酸的工业化生产中具有很好的应用前景。
