Abstract
本发明涉及一种功能性生态石及其制造方法,其特征在于,在混合石膏30~60重量%和碳酸钙20~40重量%以及水10~30重量%而形成的原料100重量部中,混合驱蚊草提取液1~30重量部、玄武岩纤维2~10重量部、草本植物纤维2~10重量部、植物杀菌素1~30重量部、黄土1~30重量部和木炭1~30重量部。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性生态石及其制造方法,更加详细地说,涉及这样一种功能性生态石及其制造方法,其特征在于,在混合石膏30~60重量%、碳酸钙20~40重量%和水10~30重量%而形成的原料100重量部中,混合驱蚊草提取液1~30重量部、玄武岩纤维2~10重量部、草本植物纤维2~10重量部、植物杀菌素1~30重量部、黄土1~30重量部以及木炭1~30重量部。
背景技术
一般来说,混凝土是把水泥与沙子、石子和水一起混合制作的复合材料,相比木材和钢材,对于水的抵抗力大,同时可以轻易地加工成各种各样的形态和尺寸,是地球上最为广泛使用的建筑材料。
近来由于国民收入的增加,对于周边环境的认识有所提高的同时,脱离了各种土木和建筑用构筑物的灰色一边倒的规格化、划一化的现有的框架,赋予了各种各样的颜色和设计,对改善城市的美观投入了大量的投资,为了各种社会福利的基础设施和运动休闲、生活体育文化的国民性的关心和要求激增,由此趋势是各种各样的颜色和形态的步道砖、自行车专用道、公交车专用道、海岸堤防和设施、公园散步路设施等涂料需求市场快速发展。
与之相同,对于混凝土产品的美观的需求者的要求急速变化中,但是用现有的产品满足这样的要求是有限界的。
一方面,在住房或者建筑物的室内,墙面或者隔墙墙面上,粘贴安装表现出花纹的墙纸或者瓷砖等来做室内装修,由于使用水泥和各种粘合剂的墙纸和地板材等而发生的由于甲醛的新居综合症成为焦点,对于使用天然成分的建筑材料的关注变高,因此,使用功能被熟知的黄土,炕面砖、砖头和砂浆等各种各样的产品被开发中。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的是,提供防止像蚊子这样的害虫,强度和吸音力优秀,具备湿度调节功能,可以预防各种环境疾病,并且除臭效果优秀的功能性生态石。
用于解决问题的手段
为了如上所述的目的,本发明的特征在于,在混合石膏30~60重量%、碳酸钙20~40重量%以及水10~30重量%而形成的原料100重量部中,混合驱蚊草提取液1~30重量部、玄武岩纤维2~10重量部、草本植物纤维2~10重量部、植物杀菌素1~30重量部、黄土1~30重量部以及木炭1~30重量部。
并且,本发明的特征在于,对上述生态石的表面进行银纳米涂层处理。
并且,本发明的特征在于包括:混合石膏30~60重量%、碳酸钙20~40重量%以及水10~30重量%而形成的原料的步骤;在上述原料100重量部中,混合驱蚊草提取液1~30重量部、玄武岩纤维2~10重量部、草本植物纤维2~10重量部、植物杀菌素1~30重量部、黄土1~30重量部以及木炭1~30重量部而形成混合物的步骤;以及将上述混合物投入到成形框架或者模具内部之后脱模的步骤。
发明效果
如上所述形成的本发明,原料中混合驱蚊草、玄武岩纤维、草本植物纤维、植物杀菌素、黄土和木炭,形成生态石,维持了一般生态石防止新居综合症、释放远红外线、湿度调节和防结露效果的优点,还具有防止害虫侵入、强度和吸音力优秀、湿度调节功能和除臭效果这些可能的优点。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的功能性生态石及其制造方法进行说明。
生态石的技术性特点是附加了防止因使用水泥和各种粘合剂的墙纸和地板材等而发生的由于甲醛导致的新居综合症,并且释放远红外线、湿度调节和防结露、抗霉抗菌效果、电磁波消除效果和除臭功能。
本发明的技术性特征是,由于是通过在石膏、碳酸钙和水的混合后的原料中,混合驱蚊草、玄武岩纤维、草本植物纤维、植物杀菌素、黄土和碳制成的,依然保有一般生态石的优点的同时,还附加了病虫害的入侵防止、强度和吸音力加强、环境疾病预防和除臭功能。
首先,根据本发明的功能性生态石由石膏、碳酸钙和水混合后形成原料。
上述原料特点是混合石膏30~60重量%、碳酸钙20~40重量%和水10~30重量%。
这里,上述原料100重量部混合水10~30重量部的理由是因为根据水的混合量硬化速度不一样,调节硬化速度的理由是,必须消除按顺序把通过上述原料形成的混合物倒入多个成形框架后,残留在成形框架内部的气泡,因为硬化速度过快的话,无法消除气泡,会发生产品不良。
接下来,根据本发明的功能性生态石,特点是在上述原料中混合驱蚊草提取液、玄武岩纤维、草本植物纤维、植物杀菌素、黄土和木炭。
首先,驱蚊草属于天竺葵属的植物,散发薄荷香和香茅精油香,通过这香气带有的固有的芳香性能(驱蚊香水),使包括蚊子在内的各种害虫无法接近,具有有效的阻断和除治的效果。
上述驱蚊草提取液可以通过各种各样的方式提取,例如,通过从驱蚊草进行分离叶子,压榨后,分离粉饼后排除,可以得到。
上述驱蚊草提取液,相对上述原料100重量部,混合1~30重量部。上述驱蚊草提取液不到1重量部混合时,由于未达到成分含量,蚊子、害虫的阻断和除治效果可能会低下。并且,上述驱蚊草提取液特点是散发玫瑰香,因此标准值范围内混合大量的驱蚊草提取液时,可以得到芳香剂的效果。
上述所谓玄武岩纤维,因为将天然玄武岩纤维化,具有抗张力优秀,并且低密度、低热膨胀性、耐热性、化学稳定性、自我润滑性、弹性、吸音性的特点,因而面对火灾很强,并且抗张力变高,可以弥补容易碎的缺点。
上述玄武岩纤维相比现有的玻璃纤维,性能更优秀,同时还是环保的,因此具有适合作为室内装修装修材料的优点。
上述玄武岩纤维,相对上述原料100重量部中混合2~10重量部。
上述玄武岩纤维不到2重量部混合的话,存在耐热性、强度低下的问题,超过10重量部时,存在因过度的凝聚现象而无法均匀的成形的问题。即,以室内装修为目标使用的生态石,重视审美性,含有标准值以上的上述玄武岩纤维而产生凝聚现象时,不能均匀的成形,因此可能存在产品生产难的问题。
上述草本植物纤维作为韩纸的原料,成形性和环保性优秀,突出了韩纸的感觉的室内装修,可以提高功能和湿度调节的能力,可以提高过敏性皮肤等环境性皮肤疾患的抵抗力。
上述草本植物纤维,相对上述原料100重量部,混合2~10重量部。上述草本植物纤维不到2重量部混合的话,存在湿度调节能力低下的问题,超过10重量部混合时,与上述玄武岩纤维相同,可能发生因为过度的凝聚现象而无法均匀的成形的问题。
上述植物杀菌素,不仅仅以为了抵抗植物周围的微生物或者病原菌而放射的天然抗菌物质来抗菌,还具有缓解压力、提高免疫功能、稳定中枢神经、除臭等效果,还被用作芳香剂、过敏性皮肤治疗剂和新居综合症有害气体去除剂等。
上述植物杀菌素,相对上述原料100重量部,混合1~30重量部。上述植物杀菌素不到1重量部混合的话,有抗菌性低下,缓解压力功能低下,免疫功能低下,除臭功能低下等缺点。
上述黄土阻断居住空间产生的各种有害物质的同时,依据固有的功能,具有去毒力、分解力、除湿力和保湿力等,包括除臭、净化作用的远红外线放射和阻燃剂的特性,酵素成分中具有过氧化氢酶、二酚氧化酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶等4种的酵素成分的功能性。
过氧化氢酶起到去除过氧化氢毒素的作用。人体代谢作用过程中产生的毒素会引起老化现象,由于土的很强的吸收力,抵消或者稀释体内过氧化脂质毒素,防止老化现象。
二酚氧化酶起到利用分子上的氧催化发生氧化反应的作用。在获得生活或者活体组织成分合成必需的能量上是必不可少的,可以实现人体内各种有/无机化合物的氧化还原。
蔗糖酶是把蔗糖水解后,产生葡萄糖和果糖的酵素,蛋白酶起到在蛋白质中的氮无机化时,把蛋白质水解为氨基酸的作用。可以瞬时间分解,破坏免疫力外的不需要的癌等其它腐坏的细胞。
有这样的酵素存在的黄土,具有发出远红外线,促进血液流动,促进发汗作用的同时,促进排泄人体中积累的废物,有排放重金属的效果,还具有抗菌和防虫效果,同时可以阻止霉的繁殖,具有除湿效果卓越的优点。
并且,具有由化学的、电器的放射性物质引起的空气污染的净化功能,可以净化类似甲醛水溶液的有害物质,可以去除香烟烟味或者臭味,阻断有害电子波,具有过滤功能,可以湿度调节的优点。
本发明通过在原料中混合如上所述包括各种各样效果的黄土,可以突出黄土固有的优点,最大化其功能性,同时为了达到这样的效果,上述黄土相对原料100重量部,混合1~30重量部。上述黄土不到1重量部混合时,因为未达成分含量,无法展现黄土所具有的多种多样的效果。
接下来,上述木炭有净化空气,放出大量的阴离子,对副交感神经产生影响而使情绪稳定,松弛身体紧张的效果,还可以发出远红外线促进血液循环。
并且,上述木炭具有优秀的吸附力和导电性,蓄电性,可以阻断电磁波,有吸附臭味的效果,还可以净化空气和调节湿度,具有抗菌和解毒的功能,可以防止虫害的入侵,并且具有帮助睡眠和疲劳恢复从而精力充电的卓越效果。
本发明通过在相对原料100重量部中,混合1~30重量部的具有这样的功能的木炭,形成生态石,可以最大化像空气净化、芳香和除臭效果、防治虫害、吸收电磁波、抗菌、睡眠和疲劳恢复功能、精力充电、发散阴离子和湿度调节这样的功能性。
上述木炭在原料中混合时,木炭不到1重量部的话,由于未达成分含量,无法展现木炭所具备的多种多样的效果。
根据本发明的功能性生态石通过混合石膏和碳酸钙以及水形成原料,然后把在上述原料中混合驱蚊草提取液、玄武岩纤维、草本植物纤维、植物杀菌素、黄土和木炭形成混合物投入到成形框架或者模具内部使之成形来制造。
其次,根据本发明的功能性生态石特点是表面做银纳米涂层处理。
自古以来,都熟知银约对650种的细菌和霉菌等有繁殖抑制效果和杀菌功能,银纳米涂层时,具有优秀的抗菌作用、除臭效果、防水性,同时增强耐久性以及耐磨耗性,由此具有延长产品的寿命的优点。
于是,本发明以上述的方法形成的生态石的表面通过银纳米涂层处理,加强抗菌作用、除臭效果、防水性等效果,并且通过延长产品的寿命,有可以减轻关于产品的维护或者再购买的负担的优点。
如上所述构成的本发明,通过在原料中混合驱蚊草提取液、玄武岩纤维、草本植物纤维、植物杀菌素、黄土和木炭,可以防止像蚊子这样的害虫的侵入,并且强度和吸音力优秀,具备湿度调节功能,可以预防各种环境疾病,还具有除臭效果优秀的功能。
Claims (3)
1.一种功能性生态石,其特征在于,
在混合石膏30~60重量%和碳酸钙20~40重量%以及水10~30重量%而形成的原料100重量部中,混合驱蚊草提取液1~30重量部、玄武岩纤维2~10重量部、草本植物纤维2~10重量部、植物杀菌素1~30重量部、黄土1~30重量部以及木炭1~30重量部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性生态石,其特征在于,
对所述生态石的表面进行银纳米涂层处理。
3.一种功能性生态石的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
混合石膏30~60重量%和碳酸钙20~40重量%以及水10~30重量%而形成原料的步骤;
在所述原料100重量部中,混合驱蚊草提取液1~30重量部、玄武岩纤维2~10重量部、草本植物纤维2~10重量部、植物杀菌素1~30重量部、黄土1~30重量部和木炭1~30重量部而形成混合物的步骤;以及
将所述混合物投入到成形框架或者模具内部之后脱模的步骤。
