Abstract
本发明的一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料,配组份包括环氧树脂、氧化镁、氮化硅、氧化铝、亚油酸、丙烯酸、三氧化二锑、增韧剂、消泡剂、流平剂、乙烯基苯。采用本配方制得的绝缘涂料,具有金属的韧性、高导热性和良好的热稳定性,又具有陶瓷的耐高温、耐腐蚀和耐磨损的特性,不会因为骤冷或骤热而脆裂,提高了涂料的耐机械冲击和耐热冲击的综合性能。良好绝缘性能,耐候性、抗老化性能优良,对各种金属基材均具有良好的附着力,固含量高,干燥固化时体积收缩率低,制作简单方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料。
背景技术
在电力设备或者一些设备的保护装置的表面常常涂覆一层绝缘材料,如绝缘涂料、绝缘漆等,这样可以提高电力设备外部绝缘性,不但提高电力系统的安全性,还能提高系统运行的可靠性,一定程度的节俭了电力设备的成本。
现在行业中,绝缘涂料的种类繁多,因为涂料的配方和加工工艺的差别,所以绝缘涂料的各方面性能也参差不齐。传统的绝缘涂料往往采用铬酸盐作为组分,而铬酸盐毒性大,污染重,对人体和环境造成有害影响,不少国内知名企业的电工钢绝缘涂料早年引进的国外技术也含有铬酸盐,这已引起世界各国的高度重视。现在急需研制出一种适合现代社会使用的绝缘涂料,以满足世界各国企业的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上缺陷,提供一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料。
本发明的一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料,按质量分数比,环氧树脂50-80 份、氧化镁3-10 份、氮化硅8-15 份、氧化铝1-5 份、亚油酸2-6 份、丙烯酸1-6 份、三氧化二锑5-15份、增韧剂3-6 份、消泡剂3-5 份、流平剂4-6 份、乙烯基苯4-8 份。
所述的增韧剂为醋酸酯。
所述的消泡剂为有机硅酮类消泡剂。
所述的流平剂为有机硅类流平剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用本发明所述配方制成的绝缘涂料,具有金属的韧性、高导热性和良好的热稳定性,又具有陶瓷的耐高温、耐腐蚀和耐磨损的特性,不会因为骤冷或骤热而脆裂,提高了涂料的耐机械冲击和耐热冲击的综合性能。良好绝缘性能,耐候性、抗老化性能优良,对各种金属基材均具有良好的附着力,固含量高,干燥固化时体积收缩率低,制作简单方便快捷。

一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料,按质量分数比,环氧树脂80 份、氧化镁10 份、氮化硅15份、氧化铝5 份、亚油酸6 份、丙烯酸6 份、三氧化二锑15 份、增韧剂6 份、消泡剂5 份、流平剂6 份、乙烯基苯8 份。

1.一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料,按质量分数比,特征在于:环氧树脂50-80 份、氧化镁3-10 份、氮化硅8-15 份、氧化铝1-5 份、亚油酸2-6 份、丙烯酸1-6 份、三氧化二锑5-15份、增韧剂3-6 份、消泡剂3-5 份、流平剂4-6 份、乙烯基苯4-8 份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料,其特征在于:所述的增韧剂为醋酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为有机硅酮类消泡剂。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种电力设备用的绝缘涂料,其特征在于:所述的流平剂为有机硅类流平剂。
