技术领域
本发明涉及无机非金属材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种家用地砖防滑陶瓷。
背景技术
防滑地砖是一种陶瓷地板砖,正面有褶皱条纹或凹凸点,以增加地板砖面与人体脚底或鞋底的摩擦力,防止打滑摔倒。瓷砖在沾水后防滑能力大大减弱,并非所有瓷砖沾水后均能防滑,若家中有小孩或老人家,将威胁到他们的自身的安全。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种防滑能力强,高强度、硬度及耐磨性的家用地砖防滑陶瓷。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种家用地砖防滑陶瓷,包含以下质量份数的原料:
高岭土30-35份,膨胀珍珠岩10-14份,氧化铁2-5份,羟基磷灰石8-10份,硼氢化锂5-7份,三乙酰氧基硼氢化钠4-6份,金红石型钛白粉4-8份,石英粉10-14份,蛏子王壳粉12-16份,硼玻璃4-7份,硅藻土8-9份,玻璃纤维12-13份,碳纤维5-8份,白云2-6份,氮化硼2-5份,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4-5份。
