技术领域
本发明涉及环境保护领域,具体涉及一种环保砖。
背景技术
传统烧制砖主要以粘土为原料。但是,随着建筑行业的不断发展,砖的需求量逐步增大,现有的粘土资源已经不能再满足制砖的需求,加之我国对于环境保护的不断加强。因此,研发一种使用其他原料代替粘土、具有较高性能的环保砖成为了急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明通过调整砖体的原料组成,一方面使用了高岭土尾矿粉、煤矸石粉、凹凸棒土和红柱石等作为主要原料,同时添加了纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化镁份、纳米二氧化钛等成分,既实现了环保,又保证了砖体具有较好的性能特性。
具体涉及一种绿色环保砖,其特征在于按重量份其原料组成如下:高岭土尾矿粉25-35份、煤矸石粉20-40份、凹凸棒土15-20粉、红柱石粉8-15份、纳米氧化铝3-6份、纳米氧化镁5-8份、纳米二氧化钛1-4份、硅微粉3-5份、氧化锆粉9-12份、氮化硅粉6-10份、石墨粉6-10份、碳化硅粉3-8份、氧化铈粉1-5份、氧化铬粉2-5份、不锈钢纤维3-5份。
本发明环保砖制备工艺简便:按照规定称量原料,混合后进行球磨处理;球磨后加入适量水,得到料浆;将料浆制坯成型;随后进行干燥和烧制处理。
本发明具有以下优势和效果:
1、采用了高岭土尾矿粉、煤矸石粉、凹凸棒土和红柱石等作为主要原料,原料来源广泛,尤其对于使用高岭土尾矿粉和煤矸石粉,实现了对于废弃物的再利用。
2、通过添加纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化镁、纳米二氧化钛和硅微粉等原料,通过合理配备其含量,提高了原料间的反应活性,由此一方面可以提高原料中高岭土尾矿粉、煤矸石粉等底活性原料的用量,同时还可以在较低的烧成温度下使砖体获得较高的强度等特性,本发明砖体制备时烧结温度仅需1000℃以下即可。
3、通过添加氧化锆粉、氮化硅粉、石墨粉、碳化硅粉等原料,通过合理配置其含量,提高了砖体的耐磨性、抗热震性等特性。
4、通过各类原料种类及含量的合适选择配比,本发明的环保砖可以达到如下性能指标:常温强度≥250MPa、热震稳定性(1100℃水冷)≥9次、显气孔率≤10%、莫氏硬度≥9。

一种环保砖,具体选用如下原料组成:高岭土尾矿粉25份、煤矸石粉20份、凹凸棒土15粉、红柱石粉10份、纳米氧化铝5份、纳米氧化镁7份、纳米二氧化钛3份、硅微粉5份、氧化锆粉10份、氮化硅粉6份、石墨粉7份、碳化硅粉7份、氧化铈粉5份、氧化铬粉3份、不锈钢纤维3份。

一种环保砖,具体选用如下原料组成:高岭土尾矿粉30份、煤矸石粉30份、凹凸棒土17粉、红柱石粉12份、纳米氧化铝5份、纳米氧化镁6份、纳米二氧化钛3份、硅微粉3份、氧化锆粉10份、氮化硅粉8份、石墨粉8份、碳化硅粉6份、氧化铈粉5份、氧化铬粉5份、不锈钢纤维5份。
通过以上实施例获得的产品均可以满足:常温强度≥250MPa、热震稳定性(1100℃水冷)≥9次、显气孔率≤10%、莫氏硬度≥9。
