本发明涉及一种瓷砖,具体涉及一种防霉抗菌环保瓷砖。
背景技术
瓷砖,又称磁砖,是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、施釉、烧结之过程,而形成的一种耐酸碱的瓷质或石质等,建筑或装饰材料,称之为瓷砖。其原材料多由粘土、石英砂等等混合而成。
随着经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对居住环境的要求也越来越高。但是,目前的瓷砖仍然存在着隔热保温效果差,吸水率高,强度低,易龟裂等许多不足之处,且无环保特性,对人体等存在不良影响,无法净化空气,不具备抗菌、杀菌、防霉的功能,完全不符合现代墙体材料的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的瓷砖不具备抗菌、杀菌、防霉的功能,目的在于提供一种防霉抗菌环保瓷砖,解决现有的瓷砖不具备抗菌、杀菌、防霉功能,不符合现代墙体材料的要求的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种防霉抗菌环保瓷砖,包括以下组分:高岭土、陶瓷粘土、硅灰石、石英、钾长石、萤石、锂瓷石、硅酸锆、氧化铝、氧化锌、硅酸钠、活性炭、纳米二氧化钛、纳米竹炭、玻璃微珠、玻璃纤维、纳米复合抗菌颗粒。
本发明瓷砖环保性能佳,具备抗菌、抑菌、杀菌的功能,满足了现代墙体材料的要求。除此之外,本发明瓷砖硬度大、强度高、粘接性强。
一种防霉抗菌环保瓷砖,包括以下重量份数的组分:20-40份高岭土、40-60份陶瓷粘土、10-15份硅灰石、10-25份石英、10-18份钾长石、7-15份萤石、8-10份锂瓷石、10-12份硅酸锆、1-5份氧化铝、1-5份氧化锌、2-10份硅酸钠、20-30份活性炭、1-8份纳米二氧化钛、10-15份纳米竹炭、5-15份玻璃微珠、1-5份玻璃纤维、3-20份纳米复合抗菌颗粒。
一种防霉抗菌环保瓷砖,包括以下重量份数的组分:36-40份高岭土、40-55份陶瓷粘土、10-13份硅灰石、18-25份石英、10-16份钾长石、7-10份萤石、8-10份锂瓷石、11-12份硅酸锆、1-3份氧化铝、1-3份氧化锌、6-10份硅酸钠、20-25份活性炭、6-8份纳米二氧化钛、13-15份纳米竹炭、12-15份玻璃微珠、3-5份玻璃纤维、8-15份纳米复合抗菌颗粒。
一种防霉抗菌环保瓷砖,包括以下重量份数的组分:38份高岭土、55份陶瓷粘土、12份硅灰石、20份石英、15份钾长石、8份萤石、9份锂瓷石、11.5份硅酸锆、2份氧化铝、2份氧化锌、8份硅酸钠、25份活性炭、7份纳米二氧化钛、14份纳米竹炭、13份玻璃微珠、4份玻璃纤维、11份纳米复合抗菌颗粒。
所述纳米复合抗菌颗粒包括以下组分:有机高分子氟碳材料、超分散纳米二氧化钛、硅烷偶联剂、醇。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明一种防霉抗菌环保瓷砖环保性能佳,具备抗菌、抑菌、杀菌的功能,满足了现代墙体材料的要求;
